Not impressed at all with the level of workmanship. Paint doesn t match, overspray everywhere including inside the car, used taillight, and they left the car more damaged than before. Paint is missing from doors and the roof just above the door now.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took a little while to get my truck in due to how busy they are but worth the wait. Estimate was spot on in terms of cost and time to finish the work. They kept me in the loop so I knew exactly how long they'd need and I could plan around my pick up date and rental return. Awesome job all around. Thank you to their whole team.

Totally disappointed and dismayed by Fine Line's service! Noting that Fine Line advised a three month wait, it is obvious that they did little preparation during that time as we were originally quoted a 2 week repair which ended up taking nearly 6 weeks. Noting that the damage was restricted to two door skins for which they replaced both doors, their eventual costs doubled from the estimator's. Which considering the damage was well understood is unbelievable. Lastly, even though they had received over 75% of their fees they would still not release the car, which we were desperate for until we covered the remainder, pending us receiving the monies back from our insurance company.Oh to add insult to injury they didn't even have the decency to clean or detail the car!!Would never use or recommend ever!Service: Body & Trim

Had a car "repaired" here and it was an absolute lazy-effort/hack job. The car was torn down for a full repair, they then used some of the damaged parts, and used parts (which i explicitly said not to do). I would not recommend anyone this shop to anyone who cares about the quality of their repair. My car was in pristine condition before getting rear ended and "Zak" told me he would be sure to take care of all the issues that happened. Absolutely pathetic and embarrassing for a person who considers themselves a professional. Eventually brought it to another shop who said they would have to completely redo the work as it was incredibly poor workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Amazing service! I was recently in an accident with my brand new Camry. I am a State Farm insured and I was referred to fine lines by my agent. This shop is awesome!!!! State of the art body shop waiting area with literally cars coming out of the ceiling and flat screen televisions all around. I felt like I was at universal studios. My amazement didn t stop there. They had a rental car waiting for me, with Budget onsite. My expected repair time was a couple days before the original schedule time. The work was flawless, and the paint match on a difficult color was beyond my expectations. I take pride in my cars so I took it to the dealership after the repairs and the service manager at Toyota said the repairs were immaculate and to the naked eye their was no signs of a repair being done. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get QUALITY work done to their car. I signed a Direction to pay for the insurance company and that was the only thing I had to do for the insurance company. Great experience!!

Brought my truck in for a dented quarter panel, while the replaced panel was acceptable, the attention to detail was not. They take their time and charge a premium, which would be fine for premium work. That was not my experience.They removed the truck bed and to do so, also removed the bed liner. In the process they sheared four bolts on my bed anchors and didn t bother to drill out the broken bolts or replace or even return the anchors. They didn t note the damage and I didn t notice the issue until I needed to secure a load a few days later. When I removed the liner to inspect the bolts, the truck bed was full of dirt and debris. I appreciate that the dirt was there to start, but they had the liner out and the bed off and just left it there and put the liner back in?Lazy work.What I could see was done well, what I couldn t was another story. I don t trust their work and won t give them mine again.In fairness, they offered to fix the problem after two calls to complain, but I would have been with out anchors for at least a week and then without a truck for at least two days after that. To avoid the inconvenience, I fixed it myself.

I've been working with Fine lines for more than 5 years as a customer and in the insurance world. They are extremely friendly and professional. The work is always completed on time, or earlier than scheduled. They always go above and beyond to make sure that all customers that I refer are always given the best service. If I ever need work, or have customers that are looking for exceptional service I will continue to refer Fine Lines.

We have used Fine Lines for many years and once again they have out done themselves. We have recieved outstanding customer service from Brian in the office. Anytime there is a issue or delay, usually due to the insurance company, he keeps us updated with a phone call or calls. Your just don't find that kind of customer service. I have delt with other shops before we came to fine lines 24 years ago and they are bar none the best. There body work is A+. Anytime we have a issue the insurance company tries to push us to another shop, I tell them NO I want Fine Lines.

I brought my Trans Am to Fine Lines for repair and they did an excellent job. I was very happy with their customer service and the timely manner in which they handled it. I would highly recommend them to my friends, co workers and family.

The whole side of my car was damaged. With a white pearl car, I was nervous the paint would never look the same. Fine Lines did a FLAWLESS job, not only with the paint but altogether. They do great work!

My vehicle was struck by a Liberty Mutual Insurance customer. I took the vehicle to a reputable body shop run by someone that I have known for 25 years for an estimate. I then found out that Liberty Mutual would not accept that estimate, and forced me to go to Fine Lines. The estimate from Fine Lines was only 70% of the true cost to repair the damage.STAY AWAY - THEY WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO CHEAT PEOPLE!!!

I get a quote from this place and schedule my repair. They estimate 2 days. On day 2 I call and Jen says my car is almost done, she will call me back. No call. On day 3 I call, Jen says my car is getting detailed she will call me back. On day 5 I call, Jen says she will call me back. Day 5, call 2, I call and complain and Jen says they need to order more parts and that my car won't be done for 2 more days. On Day 6, I call they say that my car will be done soon. On day 7, I pick up my car.Some things that should have concerned me. Whenever I called they always asked what insurance company I use. Since I was self paying I couldn't help think that they care more about customers with insurance. Two, every time I called I was told that my car was getting detailed and was almost done. My car was never detailed. Three, I was always told they would call back, the NEVER called back. Four, I was always asked for my phone number and my insurance company - I gave that to them. Five, the car was dirty from their work inside. I was surprised how much dust they actually got in my car. Six, after having my car for four days they decide the quote was wrong and they want to know if I still want them to do my repair. They clearly don't understand how to give quotes. I would NEVER go back to them. They lie and are crooked.

The insurance company I use was terrible, but fine lines almost cancelled their terribleness out. They did great work, called me w/ updates and had accurate and insightful advice on how to deal w/ the insurance company which tries their hardest to make life difficult.

I had a bad experience in Dublin, NH yesterday with one of their tow truck drivers. He was tailgating us and let blasting his air horn. He eventually passed us illegally on a solid yellow line, going around a corner (with a car on the flatbed and a pick-up truck in tow). based on my limited exposure to the company, I wouldn't trust them.

Terrible experience, Fine Lines did the body repair and sub contracts the mechanic work and that s where it fell apart. Truck was repaired months ago and is still not right.
