The young man behind the counter came right out tested my battery and alternator and informed me that I do in fact need a new alternator and he helped me find the best for my car. Very helpful

*EDIT**O'Reilly's is getting better, if they don't have something they can ship from another store to their store usually within a day. People that work there are always friendly and willing to help... And hey, they are the only parts store in town Not a huge fan of O'reilly's. They don't stock a lot of common parts other stores like advanced auto parts does

The staff here are happy to help with anything that needs to be done.Michael and Matthew have been great helping me when I need my battery replaced, windshield wipers replaced, and even adding in windshield wiper fluid.I highly recommend shopping there for all of your vehicle needs.

Usually very good customer service. My concern is your receipt tape. It is heat sensitive and erases it self when placed in your wallet for safe keeping. Kind of defeats the purpose. Businesses need their receipts, and so do customers needing to return parts, items not needed, and cores. Find a better receipt paper.

I should ve written this sooner because since I moved to Bristol last September, the employees here have been the best! They always go out of their way to help me figure things out. Today, Mike offered to help me mount my license plate because I couldn t get the screws to bite. Thank you, O Reilly Auto Parts, for always going above and beyond!

Good quick visit. I called first and they pulled my product aside for when I got there. They also recommended the 50/50 coolant so I wouldn't have to dilute it myself.

My experience was excellent this morning. I needed a battery cause I couldn't turn my truck off cause the battery was dieing. A young man named Jordan sold me a battery and offered to install it for me. He cleaned my terminals for me and spent time making sure everything was perfect for me ! I am so great ful to Jordan ! I am a school bus driver in Bristol NH. Oriellys in Bristol is awesome !!!!!!!!

Great little auto parts store. We are lucky to have an auto parts store in a small community like Bristol. I have always been very pleased with the service and availability of items.

They didn't ask enough questions about my car so the wrong part was ordered. My friend figured it out and called his parts guy and they got it right. He told me to ask a parts "guy" not a parts seller if I want the right part. Lesson learned.

NO Customer service skills. Sent me to hardware store. Instead of taking 2 minutes to walk out from behind counter and looking. To early to be bothered. Miss real parts store every sale mattered and people had brains and drive
