Our local Napa here in Berlin is great. All the guys are really nice and helpful. I really enjoy the community feeling you get when going in.

I appreciate the guys at this location. Being a female that knows a lot about mechanics is usually met with some rude remarks. Not here! Their the kindest parts place around.

Guy working at the counter says very seriously "doubt me again and ill kill you" then tried to charge $5 more for absolutely no reason. Very unpleasant. Will not be returning.

They might be good guys and helpful but their prices have gone through the roof. I have been a loyal customer for years buying all my oil and fuel filters for my Detroit diesel. Went in this year and seems prices have doubled. I now go to Amazon for all my Wix/Napa gold filters @ half the price. Wix makes their nap gold filters. I'll never go to another Napa store again. Feel betrayed after trusting such a large chain for best prices. See ya Napa.

Prices are a lil high but the help is good and they keep alot in stock and you usually dont have to order and wait
