The work is good and the repair costs are among the lowest in the area. Best prices on tires and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. They take their time and do the job right.

Not once but twice on two different cars the Mechanic Broke the bolt on each tire. I went to have my new rims put on my new tires and they broke off the lug nut in the tire and scratch my new rim.. All they could say was it was where I got the lug nuts from because they were too small.. So now I have to buy a new rim and have the old one drilled out I was told the only way to get the tire off the was to crack my rim and I would have to get a new 1 and it wasn't there fault and were not going to fit it. I will never bring a car back there. If the mechanic would not have torqued the lugnat on my ram it would be fine

I moved up to Gorham NH almost 2 years ago and dreaded finding a new mechanic. Andy has been great. He has always done exceptional work, setting me up with new tires and fixing all the issues that have come up mechanically. Great place!

Friendly owners & staff. Very accommodating. Knowledgeable mechanics. Quick to get vehicle serviced. From tires to windshield wipers,, they have it all. A+ all around. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been to Mountain Tire several times for various repairs on both of our vehicles and have been nothing but VERY happy! Andy is very honest, explains every detail of what is needed, and their prices are very reasonable! We come up to Berlin from Center Conway just for peace of mind that things will be done correctly from the start and that we won't be mislead or tricked into doing something that isn't necessary. We've sent several family members and friends to Mountain Tire and we will continue to recommend them as every one of them have been just as satisfied!

Super accommodating!Everytime I need their services it's last minute and probably inconvenient but they always fit me in and are so nice about it. Plus they have the best prices in the area compared to VIP.Highly recommend!!

WOW, I went to their website on Saturday and received a follow up That Day and they were closed!!! WOW, what service!!! Tires order and on my car on Wednesday! Doesn't get much better than that! Just in time for our next storm! I Highly Recommend Mountain Tire!!! Their Customer Service is #1!!
