I highly recommend you DO NOT bring your machines here. I brought my 3 Skidoo's here at the end of October 2023. They asked when I wanted them back and I said no rush as long as we get them before the trails open. Well we didn't get them back until the end of February 2024. 2 of the sleds are my daughters. 1 of the sleds is an 1987 Ski Doo Safari 377 that my 13 year old spent the summer rebuilding and had brought there for a couple of issues that we couldn't fix. when we finally were able to get them back from them, we went to go hookup to the trailer after we paid the bill, we noticed there was a large damaged area on the hood. they said that's strange we never noticed it, don't know what happened. The 2nd sled came back with and all the warning lights on when we got it started and the 3rd sled won't even start.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

These guys are great, I brought my new skidoo here in hopes that someone would be able to help with my warranty work and get it fixed correctly, as I had trouble elsewhere. With as busy as they are they kept me up to date, were patient with the questions I had, and helped me along the whole way. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.. thanks again!

Hands down the best service I have EVER received!!! If I could give more stars I would! I came from 2+ hours away in Southern Maine to service my sleds here because of the incredibly quick turn around they quoted(along with good reviews online!) When I got there, I found everyone to be incredibly friendly and SO helpful! Even with the long drive from home, I will be using Dalton mountain motorsports for ALL my ATV/snowmobile service needs!

I have ridden up north for over a decade on an ATV in the summer and 2021 is my first year on a sled. Since I live in Central NH, I don't have any relationship with any dealer or shop up north yet. I made a call to Dalton Mountain Motor Sports on a Friday to ask if they had any carbides in stock for my sled since my dealer near home was out of stock. They confirmed they had some in stock and I mentioned I was going to be riding by on my sled the next day and THEY SAID THEY COULD INSTALL ON THE SPOT! That was unexpected and I not only thank them for the fast service but the great advice too! Thank you so much you friendly bunch of people! Now I love my sled it rides 100% better! Glad to be building relationships up north!

I've now been in a couple times to Dalton Powersports in Berlin. One day we were riding and one of my atv's broke down, we were able to limp to the shop, and even though that they did not have the parts in stock, the mechanic there was able to temporarily fix the problem so we were able to ride the rest of the weekend. On top of it, he was very busy in the shop and took time out of his busy day to help us out. The other time that I was in I was asking about a new model, but was not sure if it would fit in my trailer. They were kind enough to let me test if it would fit in the trailer. Although it did not fit, It was a very gracious gesture. I would highly recommend Dalton Powersports as they have excellent customer service

These guys are great. I bought 4 new machines from them. They worked their butt off to track down the exact models and colors I wanted. Definitely worth checking out

On the website it lists that they do rentals. The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude when I asked for information about the rentals. Being a new rider, she informed us they don't rent to people that don't know how to handle the equipment and suggested to call someone that would show or train. But couldn't actually come up with a name or other group. I wouldn't do any kind of business with these folks. Sorry for asking about information on your website, maybe you should add that you don't rent to new riders.

Thanks to Mike and Dalton Mountain motorsports I am a proud and happy owner of a 2019 outlander 850xt-p! After dealing with several dealerships from NH,CT,NY,and even NJ, it was this dealership that made things quick, easy, straightforward, and honest. Couldn t find that anywhere else. Being from CT, I did most of my buying through emails. Responses to my concerns and questions were answered quickly and I never felt like there would be a surprise cost or change throughout the whole process. I drove 5 hrs. And I would do it again. Even on the purchase day my trade in value remained where I was quoted and I was shown the areas that needed subtracted from the range quote. My new ATV was Inspected , tested and a complete run down of its operation and important features was shown to me. Paperwork and loan approval was simple and hands free with the exception of signatures. If your looking for a Can Am Product and don t feel like haggling over set up fees and rebates Vs Distination fees and processing fees Vs MSRP, then I can highly Recommend Mike in sales at Dalton Mountain motor sports of Berlin!!!! One of the best buying experiences I ve had in quite some time! Thanks again to everyone there! Best wishes!!

Great customer service. Service department litterally dropped what they were doing to fix my coolant leak on my renegade. I was back on the trails in just over an hour. Highly recommend

I have been there a few times and asked lots of questions. To which i got great, informative answers. I havent purchased yet but when I do I will drive up from central mass to do so.

Rented an ATV here. Pricier than across the street and they make you top off the gas which logistically isn't the easiest thing to do. Machine was nice though.

Disappointed Local Customer. Repairs went two weeks beyond estimated time. Several Items stolen from storage compartment. Wouldn't do business there again.

I think this is one of berlin only businesses that is open 7 days a week !!. Deal with parts dept often ,Always very helpful
