The people who work here were great in helping us rent a boat for the day. The folks up in the front were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and taking us through and showing us everything.I really appreciate everyone s help there and had a great experience. I recommend this for anyone who wants to rent a boat for the day. The sandbar is really close, if you don t have a boating license and don t care to get one, this is the perfect option for you. You can take a little ride around the lake and then hang out at the sandbar so the kids can play in it.

We were looking to buy our first boat, and Jeremy could not have made the process easier. He was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. We felt confident working with him from beginning to end. He even helped us with securing financing and insurance! We are extremely excited to get out on our boat next spring. Awesome sale Rep Maxwell. Maxwell was so accommodating to all my questions. Great experience from a Wednesday seeing boat for sale to on the lake by Friday 2 days later having a blast with family. So accommodating to all my questions and needs. Honest trust worthy people and they do what they say they will do. 5 stars from me for sure. Also rented a slip from them and so happy they offered it to us in mid season. Best decision we made getting slip. Buy your boat from them for sure. See Maxwell he will take great care of you.

We just purchased a pontoon boat from Winnisquam Marine. They had by far the best selection of boats. Our sales person was Josh. He was great. He has a very pleasant demeanor and had patience for our many questions. If he didn t know the answer, he would find out the answer and get back to us in a timely manor. He was always available by text. He even took videos of different layouts because we are two hours away from the showroom. When we started our search in March, we told him we wanted our boat by the end of April. He said that was doable and even though we changed our mind on many accessories, the boat was delivered on time. Even the man who delivered the boat was informative and pleasant. We took the boat out for a nighttime ride last night and found lights that we didn t even know we had. The boat is everything we had hoped it would be. Thanks Josh and Winnisquam Marine.

If you re in the market for a new boat I highly recommend giving this dealer a chance. I shopped for two months, and they were by far the best deal in the northeast. I hadn t owned a boat in several years and needed a lot of equipment to get us on the water. Maxwell and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the water.The weekend we picked up our new boat we stayed in town to use the boat on the lake. Maxwell made it a point to reach out to us to make sure everything was going well.I ve purchased a lot of things from dealers and this was by far the best experience I ve had.

I was patient, I spent a year looking and couldn't find anything then when swinging by to fill up our Formula Ryan and the team came out to tell me they think they have something! Next day despite COVID they had me in to see this little boat. She was perfect, just what I was looking for. Simple, used and old school. Then... a few days later they show up at the house to at least upgrade her cassette tape with a blue tooth stereo so I could jam to the tunes on my phone. TRULY deserve 10 star review but google only allows 5 stars. THANKS to the ENTIRE team at Winnisquam Marine for taking care of me and helping me find my first lil dingy!

One of the best customer satisfaction experiences we ve ever had. We bought a boat from Mark and were also assisted by Maggie and Maxwell. Maggie went above and beyond chasing down the owner of a lost trailer title. We can t say enough about Mark. He was very informative, very patient, and he made the process painless and enjoyable. Can t wait to buy our next boat from Mark and Team! Thank you all!

I had a great experience renting a 15ft Bayliner with 25hp motor for the day from Winnisquam Marine. If you do not have a boating license in New Hampshire you are limited to renting a boat with a 25hp or less. When we picked the boat up they looked the boat over with us before we took it out to check for damage and then looked it over again when we returned it. I was concerned that I would be taken advantage of based off of some other reviews that mentioned charges for damage that either were not caused by the renter or were over exaggerated. I saw these complaints for every company I looked at, so I was a little worried about the final check-out. All was good on both inspections and the refueling charge was only $22 (based on how much fuel we used). I was impressed with the professionalism of this company and they treated me fairly. We had an absolutely lovely day on Lake Winnisquam with the boat, especially because we added a water mat to the rental, which made lounging on the lake so easy! Although the rental was a bit of a splurge for us it was totally worth it. Also good to note Winnisquam Marine is one of the few companies that allowed well behaved dogs on their boats. I found another company that also allowed dogs but they were much more expensive.

We had a really good experience with Winnisquam Marine renting a large pontoon boat for a family visit. They have a monopoly on Winnisquam. This is reflected in the prices, which seemed pretty steep to be honest when we secured the rental. However, unlike other places we ve rented from that give you a heap of junk that s liable to break down, the boat we got at Winnisquam was almost brand new and was definitely a more luxury model. The boat was sparkling clean with comfy leather seats, a fold down bed, tons of storage, some sick lights, and movable cup holders. The check in/out process was quick and easy each time, and navigating out of their marina area was also a lot easier than other marinas we ve been to. The location of Winnisquam Marine is also awesome, right near the sand bar and the Winnisquam Country Store where you can anchor and hop off the boat for ice, sandwiches, and other boat day essentials. Overall, the rental was worth the price here and we d go back for future rental needs.

And offered useful suggestions.Very thorough boat demos and overall a good value for the Bennington that we purchased.We were very pleased with the whole experience, Winnisquam Marine made it easy.

Fantastic customer service all around. Zach was great during the entire sales process. He always replied promptly and answered all questions thoroughly. There was never any pressure and his knowledge was outstanding. This was the second boat I have bought from Winnisquam Marine and I would highly recommend purchasing from them - prices won't be beat and sales process was top notch from beginning to delivery.

This boat rental company is phenomenal. We arrived early for a full day rental at 8:40a. They were absolutely ready for us. They walked us through the safety and operation of the boat and even let us test drive the boat with the dock staff. The boat was immaculate and like new. We had a fantastic time on the lake, spending 7 hours, no luck with fishing though! Highly highly highly recommend them.

Good boats, great lake, customer service with much to be desired They rented a boat out to our small family with kids right before a strong thunderstorm (if they monitor the weather and radar they likely know?). Forty minutes later we were back with no weather insurance recourse or any offer for a credit of any kind for another day. Fine, tough policy I guess. But the way the entire message is delivered, in every interaction. It s just not pleasant.

BE WARY.....I was looking for a cheaper boat seeing to how it's my first time buying one so was interested in a '97 Sea Ray 210 that was in nice condition but was priced $3,000 over NADA recommendations. Maxwell, the sales manager i was emailing, was friendly, helpful and quick to respond the entire time i was in contact. When i showed up to review the boat, he had an upset attitude the entire time and seemed judgemental towards the fact i dont visually fall in line with the "normal" aspects of appearances. Entire time i was looking over the boat i was telling him how interested i was in buying it and how nice it was visually but i wanted to get a marine survey done due to me not fully knowing the actual condition of the boat. Whenever i brought up the mention of the surveyor, he kept trying push me AWAY from getting one and seemingly become more irritated after mentioning it. Towards the end he mentioned theyve had the vessel since 2019, which seemed weird to have a boat in such nice condition with no sales, even at a high price. Two days later, after getting ahold of a surveyor about setting up a day, i notice the listing for the Sea Ray is no longer available, so i then email him asking about it with no response..Overall, to me, the whole situation seems really shady from a DEALERSHIP. Trying to steer me from a surveyor, growth of his irritation whenever i MENTIONED a surveyor, having the boat for 3 yrs, taking the listing down and no longer responding about the boat afterwards.....

We just bought a 20 ft Crownline used from Winnisquam Marine. Our sales rep Joe Johnston was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was easy! We hope to enjoy the boat for years to come and will come back to Winnisquam Marine for any other boating needs.

Bought a pontoon from them today. Martin was amazing. He was so informative and friendly. We didn't encounter anyone that was pushy or aggressive with sales. Martin really focused on getting us exactly what we wanted. 100% recommend them if you want to buy from a reputable, friendly dealer.

I highly recommend it! The pontoon boats we rented was new, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful despite their young age. They were fantastic. I can't wait to do it again.

Needed a plug in an emergency and they came through. However, I am always amazed at how marinas in general do not have general truck-boat parking for people currently towing boats to get in-out with ease. I had to search for a place to park my rig.

I really suggest that you bring your big business elsewhere as the owner of this place is a scam artist, bigot and makes up stories to get more money from you, if any small thing happens on a Rental. This motor on a pontoon boat was faulty in the first place. Now he s making me the customer pay for something that was bad to begin with. And he doesn t stop there he takes more money from my credit card even without authorization.

I would like to express my sentiments and experience dealing with your marina and, specifically, Marty Carney.I am impressed by the attention given to my family and me throughout our purchase.The communication from the onset has been great.Marty has been responsive and attentive throughout the entire purchase. He�has been phenomenal from the moment I contacted him in December through the final sale in January.Marty took the time to make sure the boat was in your warm facility for viewing on a cold January day. He gave us a tour of the boat, showed its features inside and out, and allowed us personal time so my wife and I could discuss the purchase. He then returned and answered multiple questions. What really impressed me was the time he took to get the answers for any question he did not know right away, most were on the purchase of a new trailer. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable to ask anything, even if remedial in nature. He never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question.Marty took the time to research and come up with many ideas for additional grab handles for the ladder, looked into adding a diving board on the back, and facilitated the purchase of the trailer. Although the diving board will not fit on the back, Marty still looked into mounting on the side (we declined that option).Marty's communication throughout this sale was outstanding. He looked into everything we asked and answered his phone (or returned my call) quickly and professionally.The staff that we met in January when we first looked at the boat in person were friendly and courteous.My overall experience, so far, with your marina is incredible. I plan on giving all my business (hopefully minimal, except for PM work) to you guys despite the 2 hour drive. I was THAT impressed.This is my second boat I've purchased in my life. The first was also through a dealer but Marty and Winnisquam Marine are the best.Great job, Winnisquam Marine and Marty Carney!

I bought my used Crownline at WOW this year. On bike week, had 8 guys on boat, my belt broke in chanel; limped into marina, techs jumped right on it. Took it out of water, needed qatter pump. The owner, Eddie, drove 3 of my passengers TO MY HOUSE so they could get a vehicle to pick the rest of us up. Next day, got a text to pick up my boat-No Charge; warranty!This is 3rd boat I ha very purchased here due to excellent staff and service- from the top down!

Never owned or even shopped for a boat before in my life. I went to all the lakes region dealers prior to stumbling into Winnisquam Marina. What a different feel! There are SO many brands of boats, and trust me, they are not all the same. Winnisquam Marine does not compromise on quality whatsoever. They sell only the best boats, and when they tell you why the product they sell is the best, they aren't lying. I did my own research, and found out the Bennington I ordered is even BETTER than described. Despite the fact that they know they sell the best product on the market, there is absolutely ZERO pressure. Julie took the time to custom order a pontoon boat with my wife and I, right down to the stitching. These folks do not miss a detail. She explained how long the boat would take to build, and was dead on the timing it in fact arrived. Upon arrival we were scheduled for what they call an on the water delivery. Essentially they drive around the lake with you and teach you everything about your new boat. When we arrived the boat was docked and ready to board. Julie spent about 2 hours going over every single question we had. After the on the water delivery they have staff specially trained to load your boat for you, cover it, and tie it down to prepare for transport. Ordinarily at this point people shake hands and leave, but remember, I'm new to boats, and I had questions. I LITERALLY asked to speak with a member of every single department because of different questions I had. Not one time was I denied, had to wait, or even did they seem annoyed. These folks are absolute professionals. They treat you like family, and your boat better than their own. Because their service schedule was backed up 45 days, a tech even took the time to give me some maintenance tips until they could get it in if I didn't want to wait and wanted to just do some of it myself. Even when the information they provide you won't make them money, they are 100% honest. Speaking of money, knowing what I know now about other boat builders besides Bennington, we paid WAY less than what we "should've" if you compare apples to apples. All boats are not the same. Do not make a $65,000 mistake. If boat buyers in New Hampshire knew what I know now, I don't think there would be another dealer in business in the state. From the product, to the attention to detail, to the customer service, I'm just not sure it gets any better. I've bought campers, new cars, houses, all sorts of things, I have never experienced customer service of the level Winnisquam Marine provides. I cannot recommend Winnisquam Marine enough.

My wife and I just picked up our first boat from Martin at Winnisquam Marine. It's a 1998 bowrider that is in good condition. We purchased the boat before the service crew had a chance to clean/service it. There was heavy staining on the hull that Marty said the crew would do their best, but couldnt guaranty the end result. Today when we picked it up, we were amazed at the job they did. The boat looks great.Martin was great to work with. He was very attentive, and made sure we were happy customers. Although it was probably not considered a "big sale" for him, we felt like he treated us like we were buying a new top of the line yacht.I definitely recommend working with Martin, and hope to work with him for future purchases!

Best marine in the lakes region. I bought a Bennington pontoon boat from Julie Marsh and team. They were outstanding. They listened to me and matched a boat that truly fit my families lifestyle. Always super fair never tried to up sell but did make suggestions that in the end were totally what we needed. The entire process they made us feel like part of the family. I could not recommend more.
