Excellent and honest buying experience. Ryan is personable and approachable; he is there to take care of you and make sure your needs are met.I recently bought my new car here and went through it with a fine tooth comb finding nothing wrong with it. The service center that outfits Ryan s cars is run by Justin and he is equally as great. He has many year s experience on a wide variety of vehicles and has one of the most friendly attitudes I have come across in a shop in a long time. The water pump on my new car unexpectedly had a bearing go bad; only 63k miles on the car and my vehicle with an almost identical engine never had this happen even after pushing over 250k. I have only trusted a few people to ever work on my cars and I would absolutely take mine back here again. They moved extremely quickly to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road as soon as they could make it happen.10/10 buying and service experience. If you ve driven by and thought about stopping in, do the same thing I did. Not sure why my review from a couple of weeks ago didn t go through but Justin and his crew at Rafferty Auto are amazing!! I had several problems with my car and they got everything fixed in a timely manner and without breaking the bank.Thank you guys for doing such a great job and keep up the great work!!Definitely recommend these guys for your next service needs A++++ in my book!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have never written a review before online ever. But I have to brag on Rafferty Auto Service because the flashing check engine light came on in my car (not good btw). So I brought to the Rafferty and they got to it the next day with no previous appointment and had it ready for me by noon. They don t fix things that don t need fixing. They are just a good garage to have your car serviced at. Honest an up front.Service: Engine repair

Raffertys Auto Service is the complete one stop auto repair garage in the Lakes Region. Brought my 2016 GMC Sierra pick up truck in for some front end problems that starting making noises. Justin got me in the garage on my schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. I have an extended warranty service and he called the company to see if the repairs were covered. Unfortunately not covered but he tried to explain to the representative that they should be paying for the work and their assessment was not correct. Great all around customer service and attention to details. I ve never had such a smooth experience during a car repair crisis. Justin and the team were honest and fair about what my junker car needed to pass inspection. They kept our safety and our budget as a top priority. When I dropped off the car (smoking hood and drooping exhaust system ) I braced myself for some bad news and a lofty bill. However, the repair bill was considerably less and they were able to promptly get me and my daughter back on the road within a few days. It s such a relief to have found a service center I know now that I can go to and trust. Thank you Justin and team!! I m more grateful than words can express.Service: General repairs & maintenance

New rear shocks, and annual inspection in less than 1 1/2 hrs. You guys rock. Thank you for everything over the years guys. I wish I was staying but I need to go, will never find a better shop I know it. They are outstanding!! My car broke down in Concord on a Sunday. Had my car towed to Rafferty s they called me Monday am saying they are looking at it this morning. Got my car back before noon. I was impressed with the service and quick response, I highly recommend them.

Justin was a pleasure to work with. Him and his staff were very friendly and professional. Very straight to the point and getting what we needed done in a timely fashion. Didn't over sell any repairs which I appreciated. If you need some where to go where you can actually trust your repair man/woman, I would highly recommend. I have used this garage since I moved to this area 2 years ago justin is amazing always pleasant and on point. We took our daughters car there and it turned into a job im sure they didn t want they did everything and even gave her a loaner so she could get to and from work because the job ended up being bigger then any of us relized. He was very patient and they really did a great job! I recommend them always will because there good to people and do actually fix your vehicle right and don t charge you an arm and a leg.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
