I ve been working with Kennett Equipment Services for years and it s always a smooth experience. I work with Troy, and he s great at what he does. Every winter, he gets my camper ready and I ve never had any issues.The real test was a couple years back when we lost heat in the camper. Troy was quick to respond and got everything fixed in no time.If you need reliable service for your camper or any other equipment, Kennett is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Troy and Lisa are the absolute best in RV repair. Their tireless effort, knowledge and communication is second to none. We appreciate and trust them to the point they have a key to our shop to come and go as needed on their schedule. ABSOLUTELY will not be bringing our rig back to the dealer for service. HIGHLY recommend them and would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

I reached out to this business for a bus renovation project .From the outset, I was clear about my budget constraints. The owner met with me and assured that they would get back to me with a confirmation and install date but unfortunately, that never happened. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, my calls were not returned. The lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing.It s important for potential customers to be aware that my experience with this business was marked by inconsistency and unprofessionalism. I hope this feedback leads to improved customer service in the future. The bus is complete and we are extremely grateful ! The hard work,dedication and learning experience has been rewarding! :)

Troy is very good at what he does! He is personable but professional, and even answers his own phone. He and his wife Lisa just opened a new RV store at the Belnap Mall, so has ready access to parts & materials which helps. Their store grand opening is first w/e in June 2023! He is very busy and tries to meet everyone's RV repair needs, so you may have to be patient.

Troy is AMAZING!! I am a total novice in RV maintenance and I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. My DC power was not working on my RV and Troy walked me through every step over the phone and completely fixed my problem. I am still stunned about how he was able to visualize every detail of my specific RV model (a 2011, mind you) and educate me along the way. He even took time to answer questions about other topics that were on my to-do-next-year list. I'm now ready to load up and enjoy my space! He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things RV and will blow you away.If you are struggling with an RV problem stop scratching your head and just give them a call. Even if they can't fix your problem over the phone you will need a technician of this caliber in your pocket, and you can do no better than this team.

We are on an extended RV Trip in our 5th wheel and suddenly one of our Air Conditioning Units started making a strange sound and blowing the circuit. We contacted Troy who came out within 2 days and checked out the Unit. After testing, Troy advised the Compressor was going out and we needed a new one. He ordered a new Unit and in less than a week he returned to install it. We had the fan running when he got here and he suggested we leave the fan on to keep it a little cooler in the RV while he worked. As he took the cover off the inside duct he noted the connectors on the wires looked a little sketchy. Troy went to his truck and brought back some better connectors and tried them. After Troy finished redoing all of the wire connections VOILA the Air Conditioner worked perfectly! He also redid the connections in the bedroom Unit to prevent issues with it in the future. Troy's honesty and expertise saved us a fortune and we could not be happier. The crowning touch was when he called us after hours that evening to check and be sure the Unit was still working without issues. Troy is wonderful, we cannot recommend him highly enough. In fact we wish we could convince him to move to our home town and be our full time RV Service Genius!Service: Air conditioning

Personal answering of calls without a phone tree, follow through and great friendly service! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.In the busiest of times he found time to check our thermostat that had started on fire after rejections across the states and no returned messages due to busiest camping summer with many campers in need of repair. As we traveled in desperation of A/C usage finally this company came through while we were in NH. Thanks to this company we don't have to travel back home in mid summer heat with pets and no air. There is a reason they have 5 stars and I believe they will keep that rating undoubtedly with their level of thorough and friendly customer service!

We had been having issues with our kitchen slide not working properly. Prior to calling Troy we had the controller and both motors replaced so we knew it had to an electrical issue at the heart of the problem. We were desperate for help and as quickly as possible as we were in the process of selling our unit (which had no other issues). Troy called me back quickly and was able to squeeze us in and stop by that day to diagnose it as electrical. He spoke with the RV Manufacturer (Grand Design) and they sent him both wiring harnesses to replace the current ones. When Troy dropped the underbelly enclosure he discovered that one of the wiring cables had inadvertently been caught under a holding tank when it was installed. He worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old pinched and frayed wiring and replace with the new wiring to fix the slide! If you have an issue with your RV and want someone with 27 years of experience that knows what they are doing, is professional and cares then give Kenneth Equipment Services a call - you will be happy you did!Service: Electrical

I have to double thank Troy. First for his prompt response for his services to address the Nautilus tank-less hot water system in my RV as I am getting ready to leave on an extended trip. Second for wasting two of my days waiting for him to show up to actually repair the system. Contacted him in the morning, he tells me the part is being overnighted and he will stop by to perform some diagnostics. No show, no call.Call again the next business day. Tells me he will call back in a few minutes. Four hours later I call again. He tells me he will stop by. Haven't heard from him four days later.Ghosting customers is not very professional service.

He is very knowledgeable about the RV world. He can fix just about anything. Great customer service. His wife works in the store and take call. They are a great team.

I had just bought a used camper and had no idea how to work the many systems involved, or in what condition those systems were in. After just 2 days in I started having some electrical issues. Troy came out with 2 hrs notice and after fixing the electrical issue, went through the entire rig with me top to bottom, made sure I had heat, hot water, an operational furnace and refrigerator, and even inspected the roof and awning for me. I m so grateful we called! 10 out of 10 we will be doing business with Kennett Equipment Services in the future.

I had a problem with my AC, Kennett came out next day, we had a bad condenser. He order the replacement conversion parts and three days later it was fixed!!!! More than happy!!!! He's definitely my new service company!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Let's see: Trustworthy, Prompt, Knowledgeable, Kind, Honest...I could go on and on. We have reached out to Troy (owner of Kennett Equipment Services) numerous times over the last few years. He ALWAYS treats people with respect and explains what his solution is to whatever the problem is. We have been 100% pleased with all of his work. I don't know what we would do if we didn't have him to reach out to. THANK YOU!!!

Troy did an excellent job repairing our generator on a 2020 Thor Freedom Elite. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Hes a valuable service technician on campers. Highly recommend. Bob N

Troy was excellent to work with. He helped a friend level a 39ft trailer in under 2 hours. He s great to communicate with via text or fb messenger. I would recommend him to friends without hesitation!

I had a water leak on my new 2020 RV and Troy Kennett found the leak and fixed the leak. He is Honest, reliable and reasonable. Oh yes, he came to me at the campground.....I did NOT have to tow it to a RV dealer!!!

Called at 10:20. Arrived at 11:30. Found the issue with our water fill system and was done before 1. Excellent work and done quickly. Very fair prices. Would definitely use again as he was very knowledgeable

Terrible communication. Stopped in the new retail shop, seems to be a decent place. Hope it works out for them. But I will never recommend them for service repair.

We were on vacation from MA and locked ourselves out of our camper. On a suggestion of the campground we called Troy. He was here in 5 minutes and had us back in our camper right away. All with a smile. Thank you Troy.
