Bought a car and soon after the car was swaying all over the place. The frame was snapped. Gilford auto replaced the frame and caused further damage. The mechanic welded the o2 sensor to the Cat converter pipe poorly and was covered in cement, and needed to be replaced. Y pipe and all leaks and gaps, gaskets filled in with cement. Resonator was rotted and leaking. Mechanic said it should have never passed inspection. This all happened soon after buying it. I let them take it back as there was almost 2k in additional repairs needed. It was a junk car. This is the second car bought from them that has a broken frame. I thought I would give them a second chance. With the first car, the mechanic said that they put in plates to keep the frame together. So they knew it was broken and put a band aid on it and sold it anyway.

We purchased a Volvo from here November 2022. Two days after buying engine light came on, needs entire new exhaust because both the catalytic converters are gone which is $5500. Needs tires, brakes, pads, rotors.. list goes on, they sold the car disgusting and dirty, from the previous owner. Grunge, dirt, dog hair, they didnt clean, vacuum, nothing. This dealership has no integrity, they make their financial gain off deceptive practices and lying. Their vehicles are junk, they clear codes, put a sticker on it and call it yours.. once we found out we couldn t pay off the vehicle as we were told (without paying all the interest) we did the payoff for $8200, after paying them $1500 to get it, and another $1300 with payments. 11k for a dirty, broken car, that still needs $8,000+ in parts. Do not buy from here. *to the owners response, you can talk all the trash you want, FEDERAL LAW STATES you re to give a form stating it doesn t pass state inspection if it doesn t. Tell me how the company YOU inspected my car through, but a sticker on an exhaust with the cat coming apart? You re a JOKE. BUNCH OF BAD FAITH LIARS. I know what I paid BUD, and I know my car doesn t pass inspection right now in the condition it was purchased in.

My husband purchased a Volvo from this dealership and within 12 hours the car broke down. We spent $300 to get it tow to our house and brought it back to them the next day and they kept the car for almost 2 weeks to return it back to us without fixing the issues. We then took the volvo to our mechanic and came to find out the car has $3000 of mechanical issues that we had to pay.Beware: they come off very nice but they are crooks. My husband was a first time buyer and the lady helping knew that and they took advantage of my him.

Had been looking all over N.H. for a Hyundai Santa Fe with a 3rd row for months. Called to see if they might have one and low and behold they had one at their Hampton location. They delivered the Santa Fe to the Belmont location so I could check it out and I did in fact purchase it.There were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and they took care of anything that I mentioned as well as a couple of additional things that they felt needed to be done.Melissa and Bob are both great to deal with and I honestly couldn t have asked for better service.I would highly recommend Gilford Auto Sales. They have some great cars at good prices.

I went to gilford auto sales with my friend who purchased a car at the dealership in Hampton Falls NH but I went to gilford auto sales in Belmont NH and the staff at both locations were very nice and and knowledgeable in their knowledge of the cars and very very willing to help and fixed any problem or concerns we had so I give both dealships 5 stars

Beware do not purchase your vehicle there Terrible dealership bought an 2005 Toyota Camry there as is they told me that the car needed nothing and it had passed inspection come to find out two days later it needed a lot of work I don t understand how can they just a slap an inspection sticker on a car with a check engine I know that they resetted the check engine light just to sell the car off their lot they told me I bought as is but the inspection sticker is illegal because it need a lot of work I will be taking them to court for illegally putting a sticker on a vehicle that needs a lot of work

I brought a Chevy blazer from gilford auto sales Lady in office was awsome mechanic very trained I will be back for sure no question they can't answer service is top rate
