Zack and his guys are great. They are honest and upfront people and it s very hard to find a good reputable shop these days. I d recommend them to anyone looking for a great shop. I ended up having a bad tire that I just bought, and any shop could have said it was other front end parts but they found it fast and got it straightened out for me even though I didn t buy the tires from them. Highly recommend them and will go to them from now on if I need repairs I don t want to do myself

I cannot say enough good things about Bryson s. I am so thankful I brought my car here to be looked over for a long distance drive. I had only had my vehicle for 5 months at the time and they found a whole list of issues wrong with the vehicle, some of them very serious.Long story short, it became an issue I had to have the dealer I bought the car from resolve but if it hadn t been for Bryson s, myself or my daughter could have been seriously hurt/injured driving this car. It was almost a month process from start to finish and through the whole thing they were incredibly kind, understanding, accommodating and informative. They looked over the vehicle multiple times for me on last minutes notice to ensure the work done (by the dealer who fixed it) was done correctly and that vehicle was actually safe to drive again.If you have been looking for a honest, reliable shop that actually shows they genuinely care about their customers, there s no better place than Bryson s. I truly cannot recommend them enough! Thank you again so much to everyone there!

Great place for car repairs were the main focus is getting the car fixed without being overcharged. Never had a problem with our cars anytime we would getting the cars fixed. Extremely friendly, and professional.

I cannot say enough to praise this wonderful Auto Repair Shop and the folks that run it ! Thankyou esp to Helen & Zack , as well as those that worked on our truck recently to get it " road trip ready" to pull our camper - and all of this was at the last minute ! They made space in their busy busy schedule, at short notice, not only to order the parts we needed, But also to fit it into their schedule to do the much-needed repairs on our braking system! Thankyou Again ! We are so grateful!

Beware of shady mechanics that will not guarantee there work. Nothing worse than a bunch of lame excuses to shift the blame. Zack blamed my son for the valve cover bolts loosening up because he didn't bring it back within a certain amount of time to be "reevaluated". That's after he changed the valve cover gaskets and my son drove it less than 100miles. Unbelievable .Also had rear brakes replaced and after driving for a couple days the lug nuts came loose causing significant damage to the wheel and lug studs. If my son hadn't picked up on this while driving this would have been a catastrophe and possibly loss of life. All of these issues have been fixed by HARMON MOTORS in Gilford and have been documented. Zack has refused to pay for the his gross negligence. So much for his "GURANTE ". Next stop is the NH DMV.

Made an appointment and waited over a week to get in just to have him tell me that he won't put on my 35's replacing my 33's that are on there. I told him I already had the 35's on 6 months ago and they clear perfectly with the 2 inch lift that I have. He said it's not tall enough lift so it isn't safe. I said it's safer to use the lowest lift that will clear, and the 35's do clear perfectly, he agreed that a lower lift is better but then said I'm not doing it, "pound sand buddy," and hung up. Guy was extremely rude and didn't make any sense wouldn't listen to reason and wasted two weeks of my time waiting to get tires changed.edit to his reply: What!? They aren't even close to rubbing! Everyone can see the lie he just told in the photos! Oh I definitely called him a little b***h, after I called him back after hanging up on me!

They fixed a seal between the motor and transmission that other places didn't want to touch and the work was done quickly and under estimate we could not be happier

We love Bryson s! We live right down the street from here and decided to give it a shot when we were having trouble getting what we needed from our last place. They have been great on all counts. The folks in the office are always responsive, I even called them after hours and they returned my call the next morning. They have taken care our our vehicles on multiple occasions now. They re always prompt and communicative and we will continue to go back as long as they re in business :)

My whole family (4 cars) only goes to Bryson's. We've been to many shops over the years, and haven't had a better mechanic. Bryson has good prices and does good work. We haven't had to get any problems fixed twice after coming here unlike some others in the area. Zack Bryson and his team have always treated me and my family as if we are his family. I find them to be honest , efficient and talented. Great service kind assistance and their tow guy is awesome every time we needed a tow right there to help. Definitely recommend this family run business and will always return for their service. They went out of their way to check out a car I was purchasing to make sure it was okay and what it needed for repairs! They fixed all repairs and my daughter loves it! I recommend them 100%!

Just moved to New Hampshire from down south and I can t say enough good things about Brysons, Zach and the rest of the crew.Not only did they squeeze me in for an inspection, when my rear brakes failed they stayed after hours to fix my truck which is pretty much unheard of these days. Top-notch service everybody was completely awesome and friendly and I would highly recommend! I will be returning anytime I need work done. Amazing garage. Zach and the whole crew are great switched from a long time garage to these guys. Great customer service and they were able to solve problems I had 2 other garages couldn't find. And they're very fair on pricing. I recommend highly to anyone.

My husband took our truck there to be inspected,they took his money told him he needed to spend an extra $500 on a drivers side ball joint.They were just replaced not even a year ago. So we took it to our mechanic he said its fine and he replaced the valve caps..My husband went back and and now it's the passenger side. Now they are still saying they both need to be replaced and wont give him a sticker he already paid for or give his money back.We have put a lot of money into our truck for inspection already. Edit**just got it inspected elsewhere they have no clue why our ball joints didn't pass they are fine
