We had a great experience car shopping at Baldecki Auto. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Their cars were priced very well. We test drove the car and he answered all our questions. We had just started looking for a 3rd family car and so we were in no hurry to purchase anything that day.

The guys at Bladecki, joe and jordan did great by me. They were super non pressuring, honest and kind. They sold me a good car for a good price and really got it done fast and smooth. Joe is even doing me a favor past my purchase of the car and dropping it off somewhere for me to be picked up wednesday. I could have bought my car anywhere, but i couldn t have done business with anyone but jordan and joe. Great guys, great service and a great place to buy a car!

**UPDATE** When the car first failed inspection (less than 24 hours after it passed in NH at the Bladecki s cousin s garage), Joe Bladecki Sr. Revoked the warranty, claiming that the car s thousands of dollars in repairs didn t qualify. We offered to return the car for a refund they refused. After we started leaving negative reviews online, the Bladeckis are now begging us to take the car back to have their mechanic fix items actually needed . The Bladeckis sold us a defective vehicle, revoked the warranty, refused a vehicle return/refund, and insulted us. Just look at the reviews of the mechanics they use!! We will be having our own mechanics work on the vehicle. FINALLY Why is Joe Bladecki Sr., a grown man, requesting me, a 23 year old, on my personal social media after I left negative reviews? Does this sound like a man you d like to do business with?

**BUYER BEWARE** I purchased a 2014 volkswagen tiguan from Bladecki Auto on 9/2/23. I was told by Jordan Bladecki that the car had a clean carfax, had no problems, and the deal was contingent on it passing a NH state inspection. Jordan assured us that the car would fly through inspection. Well, I picked it up the morning it passed NH inspection (at R******** in Belmont). Upon driving the car back to my home state, the check engine lights come on. We had the car inspected the very next day in VT and it failed miserably namely, six(!!) different codes came on signaling a wide array of issues from turbocharger underboost to tire warnings. Both the VT garage and the NH garage agreed that this was HIGHLY suspicious as the codes indicated completely different issues and came on approximately one drive cycle after leaving Bladecki s. We had signed a 1,000 mile, 30 day warranty and were having issues on day 1. We got a quote from volkswagen on the cost of repairs and it s going to be around $6,117 on top of the $10,626 that we bought the car for. And Bladecki Auto has refused to help pay a penny. BUYER BEWARE Bladecki Auto lied to us and cheated us. It is my hope that you see this review (and others saying the same) and STEER CLEAR OF THE BLADECKI CLAN!!

Truck has been in the shop since February after needing a new motor and basically everything elseTruck was stated to slightly smoke I have the sales ad as well that was stated. You were notified within 15 minutes after leaving the lot that the truck wasn t what you said it was to be. Also I have your emails stating you d be willing to help as it did NOT roll down the road like you stated. Needed a whole new front end, brakes, suspension. I stand by my review as you did not disclose of anything it needed you in fact stated you had no idea. You re a shady dealership and you don t look over your vehicles

I have not actually purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but have spoken to them and looked at vehicles on their lot, but they just never really had exactly what I was looking for, but they seemed great. That being said. I see that they have a lot of 1 star ratings, and after reading them I realize that none of them seem legit, the owner addresses each one individually, that's pretty damn good. People need to realize that if you take your car 2 two different garages, one might pass it based on their findings and another may not. While technically they should all have the same guidelines, some mechanics are more greedy than others and if something is close, they may say it needs to be done in hopes of getting the business. Another thing, in NH there is NO WARRANTY or "safety net" in buying a used car, unless it comes inspected and with a 20 day plate. If you buy a car that is listed as "as is" and you get down the road and the engine blows, the seller has no obligation. Also if you are going to leave a bad review, be specific, be honest, state the facts and give the establishment ample opportunity to rectify any issues. But if you do not have a legitimate complaint (Which to me, none of them are), don't just write a bad review and use stupid clich phrases, and vague statements. In my opinion, Google should remove most, if not all, of the one star reviews against this dealership.David Hill

I was very disappointed with the dealership. The car looked great on line. I hired a national top rated inspection service to inspect the car prior to purchase. I had notified the dealer that I was going to do that. The dealer also gave me permission to have the inspector perform a road test. Unfortunately, when the inspector arrived, the car was very dirty, inside and out. He was unable to adequately assess the paint and body condition. The interior was also quite dirty. The big problem was that the battery was dead. The dealer jump started the car, but it was unable to continue running, so the inspector was unable to do the road test. He assessed that the charging system was not functioning properly. The dealer made no further attempt to get the car running. So after paying for the professional service, I was unable to assess the condition of the car. The car was advertised having 4 brand new tires. Several showed signs of dry rot and the tread was very worn on one of the tires. So I passed on the car and am surprised that the dealer didn't take the time to make sure the car was presentable.

I looked at and bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra with 79,000 miles on 8/03/2018.I Met with Joe on a Monday, left a small deposit and made the deal. Came back to Maine and worked with my local Credit Union for the financing. I then met Jordan when I returned to pick it up Friday of that same week. Both young men were pleasant and professional to deal with and I feel like I got a fair deal on a quality vehicle.I have waited a week to complete my review as I wanted to see how the truck ran and if there were any issues. Glad to report that everything works great and as expected, I am very pleased.Rob

Buyers beware. I never do reviews bad or not on a business, but it's worth it to inform future customers. Found a vehicle on Craigslist they posted for a 14,999$. Went to the dealership on a Saturday to take a look and be told that the truck is normally priced at 15,999$ but the owner was running a special. Fine, so I drove it and when I got back from the test drive the salesman told me they'd honor the 14,999 price. He then asked me if I wanted to put a deposit down on the truck in which I said no In case my mind changed or something with my bank fell through, and told him if they find a buyer by Monday then no hard feelings if they sell it. So I left, make it not even two minutes down the road before the same salesman called me saying his boss said he can't do 14,999$ price anymore if I don't buy it today or put a deposit down and that if I came Monday it would be 15,500$. So telling me they'd honor the price then taking it back minutes later is not a great start. So I called my bank Monday and got approved when I got a call from the salesman saying another customer offered them 15,000$ and they'd give me first dibs at buying at that price once again.... so they kept flip flopping prices on me which isn't good business practice. So I got called into work when he told me he would start paperwork because I had planned on coming in the next few hours, I'm on call for work and had 10 minutes of notice to show up so I didn't have the chance to call back, and I couldn't call them back due to being out of the country the next few days in which they called me multiple times while I was gone to ask what happened. I then returned their calls once I landed at the airport in which they salesman argued with me after I told him I was no longer interested at their 15,000$ price because of the back and fourth and the mileage was too high for me and that price in which he got mad and told me that they held that for me as a courtesy (in which I told them not to), and changing the price up on me was how "we do business, cut and dry" in which he continued to bash me for not returning their calls and leaving them hanging when I had no chance to call them back. I've never had this bad of experience buying a car or anything.. and I've bought plenty of vehicles... I realize the customer isn't always right, but I know I wasn't in the wrong in this situation... buy at your own risk with these people. If they can't handle a transaction they won't care one bit about you once the vehicle leaves their lot.

I recently drove 4 hours (each way) to buy a high mileage luxury BMW here and the car was exactly the way it was described to me without any surprises when I arrived. They worked with me for a week, held the car, rejected another offer, and sorted out exactly what the final price would be -- to the penny -- before I left my house. They knew I wanted to buy it, and other less-honest places have notoriously upped the price or tacked on added fees at the last minute. I drove the car back without problems and my local trusted mechanic said the car is in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Bladecki's!

To be honest I was hesitant when I read reviews but I went there because I live locally and I even mentioned to them some reviews online weren't great, they said they know they are working diligently on customer service and satisfaction. They didn't pressure me, worked with my budget and even got me approved for the car I wanted that thought was out of my budget ! Told them there was a light on the dashboard because they replaced a headlight and they said come in, we'll fix it. NO issues at all. I am so glad I went with my gut and gave these guys a chance. Communication was great and they even waited for my check to clear the bank with a small deposit. Highly recommend !

They don't care about the safety of the public. I was told that the 16,000 pound truck that I purchased was inspected and perfectly fine by their own mechanic.i am required to get vehicle inspected in massachusetts and it was red flagged for severely loose outer tie rod ends and wheel bearing. $1500 repair they sent me a check for$500. They apparently don't think the safety of the motoring public is worth $1500. There mechanic must be on their payroll

UPDATE - They contacted me and offered $400 to rectify this situation... I said that the repairs cost us $1400 ! I asked them to at least split it with me and give us $700... They said no as that was too much money! I said keep the $400 as it wasn't ever about the money, it's about the integrity of the transaction.Wanted to deal with a local family owned business. Sadly I was more than grossly disappointed. Bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler for my son who just graduated from college in May... Upon picking it up and driving it home, we live on Gunstock Mountain, found that the emergency brake wasn't even working !! Help me understand how it passed inspection ?!!! Also the sound which we were told was a loose heat shield that they couldn't find which one it was, was still flapping and getting louder. My son had driven to MA to help a friend move only to find that it was leaking fluid ! When his friend's father lifted the hood he said he could easily smell coolant fluid leaking... what else ?? He got enough coolant fluid to keep the reservoir filled to get it back home and we took it to a local mechanic... It took them looking over the entire car only to find the following the following: Emergency brake wasn't functional Lower shoe missing braking material Water pump desperately needed to be replaced Transmission cooler lines needed to be replaced The total for these repairs was $1425.00 Bottom line - BEWARE of the lack of integrity

On 8-22-16 I purchased a 2009 Audi A4 with 102299 miles. We had to trailer it back to Maine because we needed a plate. Therefore I did not see the warning light come on until I was in Maine. It has an oil consumption issue and low oil pressure. After a lot of research I found that Audi had settled a lawsuit for this year and engine for oil consumption problems. It never was repaired before I purchased and now the time has run out. Dealer would not offer any help. Audi had told me the value of the vehicle is 1000.00. I paid Bladecki 10250.00 for it. to say the least-I would never recommend this dealer. The response that we made a deal to purchase as is for less money is false...we were not offered or given a 20 day plate, that is a total fabricationBUYER BEWARE-as many other reviews show

BEWARE!!! Wish I could give them zero stars instead of 1. Purchased a Mazda CX7 with 102,000 miles on it for my daughter in college , winter of 2017. The car overall appeared to be in good condition on the surface. Check engine light came on while on the test drive, Joe Jr. reset the light and told me it was because the gas cap was loose, apparently from the car sitting on the lot over the winter. Received 20 day plates and a NH inspection sticker... on my way home with the car within 25 minutes the check engine light returned, then moments later I had a major brake failure. I nearly escaped a horrible accident (behind a school bus of all things). Car was brought straight to my mechanic who installed new brakes and rotors for $800.00. However the check engine light was the bigger story...it WAS NOT the GAS CAP but actually a bad head, camshaft and timing gear (to name a few), in the end it needed a whole new motor. $7000.00 and three months in the shop the car finally runs. While at the Mazda dealer we discovered this car had been there before! Big surprise right?... Bladecki actually had been to the same Mazda dealer attempting to cheaply fix the problem with the check engine light - of course by reading this you can tell he was unsuccessful. Instead of doing the right thing they waited for a trusting dummy (as myself) to reset the light and dump it on. After many phone calls and way too much Bologna, Joe Sr. agreed to pay a whopping $1000.00 of the repair bills. In the end it cost me $6800.00 to fix the car. I now have $14,000.00 invested into a car that is valued at best $7500.00. IF NHDOT is reading this you may want to check them out as a inspection station. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- BUYER BEWARE

Sold me a state inspected vehicle that didn't pass by a long shot, needed lower ball joints, power steering pump, and a wheel bearing. To make matters worse I had to use their garage for the repairs to be covered under warranty, when they fixed it they forgot to put a cotter pin in the ball joint! It cost me just shy of $1300 to get my already inspected vehicle to pass! Terrible customer service to boot

If I could put less than the one star I would. This is the worst used car lot I have ever done business with. They lie about problems with vehicle and after multiple trips back to their " mechanic " issues still not resolved they try to bully you into paying for the repairs. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM OR BETTER YET STEER CLEAR.

DO NOT BUY FORM THIS DEALERSHIP. Purchased a higher-end car from Joe Bladecki Sr. Stated to be in great condition, no issues. 24 hours after my purchase, the check engine light came on. I called Joe and let him know about the issue and the warrantee he had given me. come to find out, it needed over $2,000 work of work. When I let him know that I would need to seek compensation through the warrantee he told me to "Get F**KED" and hung up on me. Tons of problems with my vehicle since I purchased it. Worst car buying experience ever. Several of these "positive reviews" appear to be from friends/family of the Blacecki clan, or made-up google accounts.

I was interested in two vehicles at this dealership so today we went to check them out.The salesperson didn't seem interested that we were interested. He was watching TV in the office and simply handed me the keys and said to start the cars, let them run and check them out.Neither car would start. We also saw many vehicles sitting in the lot with flat tires.I brought the keys back to the office and said neither vehicle would start. Salesperson commented it was the cold weather but made no offers to see why they wouldn't start or to get them started. So I left the keys on the desk so he could get back to watching TV.I drove a mile down the road to another dealer and saw the same kind of vehicle I was interested - with less mileage. And it started.

First day car shopping for a new vehicle and we were just looking at what they had available. We weren't there 5 minutes, but it was obvious no one was there. We just assumed they were closed. No big deal. They didn't have anything we were interested, so we got back into the vehicle. As we were looking for the next place, a car pulls up next to us and a guy gets out to ask if we need anything. We shake our heads no, wave goodbye and begin to pull away. As we stop to wake for an opening in traffic, I hear the guy from the car (I'm assuming he was an employee) began shouting "You better run!"Will seriously never consider purchasing a vehicle from them ever.

I spoke with Joe, the owner, about a vehicle he had. We discussed all the details, he said it was for sale 'as is', he picked it up at auction and just wanted to flip it without doing any work, but that I was welcome to come have a look. Which I did, and drove an hour to get there. Then was told I couldn't actually drive it, as it didn't have an inspection sticker. Which is fine -- I guess -- but the time to share that little detail is before the hour drive, not after. Not really respectable behavior, smells a little 'off' to me. Wouldn't go back.

This business tried the old bait and swtch. Advertised a 2007 jeep compass for 1,999. When I called I said I had 1,600 to work with and maybe we could make a deal. The guys exact words were "I'm sure we can meet somewhere in the middle."I show up 48 hrs later after driving almost 2 hrs. and all of a sudden they refuse to take less than 2500$.I showed the Craigs list ad that still clearly said 1,999$. And then the story is they decided to do work to it even though the ad said "as is". I would never give these people my business and would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to be very cautious with Bladecking auto.
