I needed to have a 5th wheel hauled from northern NH to central NH. Barrett towing had to wait for me to to finalize paperwork and when I messaged him he promptly got back with the day (a couple days out) he could get me on the schedule. He arrived up north and messaged me to say he had arrived at pick up point and what time I could expect him at my home. He was awesome to do business with! I highly recommend him. He is a hard working and a extremely honest and pleasant individual!Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

I've used Barrett twice now. Not even a question that I would use them again. Awesome service, owner was here when he said he would be. Transported an antique car 3 hours away for a great price. Everything you would want to read in this review I could write. Clean cut dude...responsible. Even cared that when he dropped the car off it wasn't perfectly centered in the parking space. Awesome service...can't say enough.

Called last night in an utter panic and crying. Marty was UNBELIEVABLY kind, understanding, and patient with me. He got to me in under 30 minutes and was nice enough to call me when he picked up my car since I was at work. Additionally he talked me through what he thought what might be wrong with my car which I greatly appreciated. Hands down 10/10 service, would 100% recommend and use again!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. After an icy road spun my SUV into a snowy field in Gilford, 100 miles from my home, I called Marty for a tow and he arrived within the 15 minutes he said he would. After discovering my car was not drivable, he dropped me at a safe location, took care of storing my car for me while I worked out the insurance details, then towed it to my body shop near Boston as soon as the roads cleared. He communicated with me each step of they way and delivered my car at the promised time. Even the body shop mechanics complimented Marty s professionalism and friendliness. I can t speak highly enough about Marty and Barrett Towing.

Called for a specialty tow job. I recently traded in my camper which was located down a very steep hill in my backyard in the snow. I scheduled to have it removed on a Saturday at 1 PM. Martin the owner and operator showed up on time and got straight to work. The camper was removed from the backyard within an hour after a couple resets of the truck it was all set. No damage occurred everything went as smooth as I could have imagined. The rate was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend Barrett towing for any of your towing and hauling needs.

Usually when you are in need of a tow truck it's a stressful situation so when Martin (owner & operator) showed up in a timely manner, clean cut, polite and professional it certainly took the edge off....when I paid him a very reasonable fee for the work, it made it even better! I hope I do not need to call on him again in the near future but if I do I will feel confident that I will be taken care of very well. Great experience, highly recommend!

I accidentally got my Jetta stuck in a snow ditch on my Gilford NH property so I needed a reliable tow company to get it out. After reading the google reviews I decided to go with Barrett s Towing and I m so glad I did! I called the next day at 8:15am and by 9am the car was out and sitting back in my driveway. Saved me the hassle of doing it myself and the price was very reasonable. If you need a tow in the Lakes Region...call Barrett Towing!

My husband got his backhoe stuck halfway over the dropoff and was COMPLETELY sunk in the sand. We were not able to pull it out with the truck or find help so we went to Google and found this company. The owner is so incredibly nice, didnt make me feel bad for calling at 9 o'clock at night, he said he would be there by 10 and he was there by 9:59!!!!, He got right to work and was able to pull him out. We first tried AAA but they were a hard no on tractors on your own property. We are so thankful for Barrett Towing and Recovery.FYI even if you have AAA you can request Barrett Towing and Recovery because he is a part of AAA.Please save his info because you never know when you are going to be in a bind.

My disabled son called them on behalf of a neighbor who locked their dog in their car with their phone.My son does not own or operate any kind of vehicle. Because my son made the call Barrett contacted himBy phone and demanded payment over the phone. No one ever saw an employee of Barrett s at the residence, my son was never provided with a bill for services or a receipt for payment.This business clearly used my sons disability to scam him for money AND IT WORKED!I would plead with anyone under duress NOT to use their service. They will get money from whoever they can.

I send all my customers to Marty. He's fast and takes care of all the paperwork for AAA. My customers always say how nice he is and I'd absolutely say the same. Great guy and does a great job.

My motorcycle ran a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon, he came and picked up me and the motorcycle promptly. Then, proceeded to drop it off at the motorcycle shop of my choosing. He then gave me a ride home. Very pleasant and friendly to work with. All in all, very pleased.

I was stranded with a dead car during the Covid-19 pandemic and I was being told by multiple towing places that I was not allowed to come along with my car, which needed a tow to my own home (because all auto places were closed due to after hours). Due to virus restrictions/safety guidelines not being allowed to get a ride left me completely stranded, not in walking distance, while my kids were home, alone. I had no one to come get me, without a cell, using someone else's phone to find help and was SO overwhelmed until this company, the ONLY driver, agreed to give me a lift with my car back to my house. Not only was he extremely kind, friendly and understanding but before leaving he showed me genuine compassion and helped me in a big way. I would definitely recommend this guy to everyone and hope he can know from this post just how thankful and appreciative I am of him as I never even thought to get his name. THANK YOU

Knowledgeable, punctual, good value, flexible. You get the owner who cares.He picked up my Kubota tractor and took it to get repaired. Kubota service would not pick it up because it would not start to drive it up on flatbed. Tow truck winch was the answer.

I called from out of state to help a relative and even though I ended up calling back to cancel their service (due to a tow already being on the way) the man was kind, patient and prompt to refund me. Also a better price than the other companies.

Don't try the rest.......Try the BEST 5 STAR for sure this guy is on point and get the job done even if the truck has to get muddy...picked up my ultra low rider truck and towed it with professional and safe and when he was taking it off the ramptruck he noticed the brake cable close to the tire so hes goes out of his way to get a wire tie to tie it back...5+ star for surebostonma.

They were driving by me as I was struggling with my car that was in a snow bank (not even on a call for me!) and they stopped over and got me unstuck ASAP. These guys are awesome and will be using in the future!
