The people at Sullivan Tire and Auto in Bedford, NH were amazing. I had a tire problem while on a trip to NH from CT. AAA came to my short term rescue and diagnosed the problem as needing a trip to a tire store. Sullivan took my car in within 10 minutes of my arrival. It was fixed within 30 minutes and the price was well below what I had expected. An overall perfect customer service experience!

Easy to use their website to select tires and services and set up the appointment. Friendly and efficient staff. Great communication before the service and once car was ready. Good selection of high quality tires at good prices.Update 12/6/23: Another great experience at Bedford, NH store. Great friendly and professional service. Great customer loyalty.

There was no waiting for my appointment. The person at the front counter (Steve?) was extremely helpful in explaining some features about new engine technology as I recently bought a newer car. The seating area was bright & comfortable. Although I do not live in Bedford, I have chosen to make this Bedford Sullivan Tire store my home store.

I've done business several times here (oil changes, rotations, balancing, alignments, state inspections etc) and every time I've been here it's been a great experience.Recently I've had to bring in both of my garden tractor wheels and tires here to fix bead leaks. The wheels are in rough shape and I was hoping to not have to buy new ones as they are very expensive. Both tires developed leaks from the beads and I thought I would bring them here to see if they could fix the problem. They fixed both wheels and saved me hundreds of dollars per wheel! Great and friendly customer service as always.

Again - amazing service from Ryan, Bob, and Steve. They did a great job on my A/C and just in time for the warmer weather. Also worked with me to locate a new compressor, which helped minimize the cost and that was really appreciated. My Toyota pickup that had 470,000 now has 483,000 miles on it & am hoping to hit 500k next summer.It s great to have a shop that looks out for you - safety and cost effective - these guys are awesome! Very easy process of scheduling on line and after hours drop off. My car was ready earlier than I expected. The people we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely use Sullivan Tire in Bedford again.

The most honest repair shop I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would say more than honest very generous, too. We took our VW there because it was leaking coolant. They were able to find the problem but because of the specialty tools needed, they were unable to fix it. We were totally prepared to pay, since it did take their time to find the problem, but surprisingly they wouldn t charge us. Thank you!

The best service and prices! The team at the Bedford, NH, Sullivan Tire (Bob, Ryan, and Steve) always exceed our expectations. They manage to schedule appointments that are convenient for us regardless of how busy they are. We have been customers for over 16 years because of these reasons. It is always a pleasure to work with Bob, Ryan, Steve and the Sullivan team! They do such a fantastic job. Sometimes mechanics have a bad reputation but not these guys. They are the best! You can trust what they say. They are completely honest and reliable. They tell the truth. I have been coming to Sullivan Tire in Bedford for all my car's repairs and tires for more than 15 years and I will continue to do so as long as I live in New Hampshire.

I have been dealing with Sullivan Tire, Bedford, NH for over five years. All of our family vehicles have been serviced there at one time or another. When we enter the shop we are greeted warmly and treated with respect. The service to our vehicles has been excellent and I find their pricing very competitive . I have purchased tires there and had minor repairs done to several vehicles all with excellent results. What we really appreciate is that when they say the work will be completed it is always completed on time if not earlier. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this facility and our family could not be happier with Bob M and his team.

Sullivan is a local family-owned business with several locations around the Southern New Hampshire area.We have used them several times and the experiences have been good. We have purchased tires and used their repair services. They don't try to oversell services in my experience. A real plus.The Bedford location has easy access right off DW Highway with plenty of parking and a pleasant indoor waiting room.

Service was great & quick. Changed our wipers & a headlight on our work van right in the parking lot!Some of the guys weren't rude but very short & not really friendly.

My new tires have worse traction than my old bald ones, and they tried to get me to get an alignment that I didn't need. A second opinion at another shop showed that the alignment was fine. They were only convenient because they were down the street when I got a flat, but I would never have gone there if I'd had a choice.

I've been going here for years for tires, basic maintenance & inspections. Never had an issue, and they are incredibly flexible with shuttles & appointment scheduling. I'm going to continue going here & will recommend it to anyone who needs car maintenance

Took my 2013 GMC Acadia in on Friday for brakes, oil change, and tire rotation since they were going to have the tires off anyways. I had been feeling some pulsating while braking and don't remember when I last had the brakes done so I didn't even ask for them to inspect. They called me a little while later and said they were all done and the brakes looked too be about 60% so they didn't do anything. I was floored. They could have easily done the brakes and rotors and charged me for it and I wouldn't have thought a second more about it. This is the kind of honest business that will GUARANTEE that I bring my vehicles back in the future!

Were on our way home to Pittsburgh from Squam Lake when an unexpected brake issue occurred in Manchester right after we stopped for gas. We weren't sure exactly what was happening and thought we were in for an extra day to get home.They were swamped with business but were quick to diagnose the issue and graciously fit us in to fix the broken hose and got us on our way in a couple of hours (having to get a part from Ford).We had a group flying out of Manchester airport and they also shuttled them to catch the flight!I cannot say enough how professional, courteous, caring and engaging Bob and the team was.They made what could have been a bad situation a great experience.It's too bad we do not live in the area, as I would definitely move my business to Sullivan Tire

Sullivan Tire on River Road is a great place to take your car. I have had tires, oil changes and auto mechanic service performed here. They have always provided prompt and friendly service. Ryan and Bob are great guys who are very helpful. They have helped diagnosis my problems and provided honest and fair pricing for their service.
