Sean was a great help through the process of buying our first mini cooper. I didn t feel rushed to make a decision and he took the time to explain and show us all the features of the car we were interested in. Sean was very friendly and made the whole process easy and fun! I m so glad we chose to go through Mini of Bedford, and we look forward to cruising the roads in our new Mini:)

We're early Gen z couple and have purchased many vehicles from many dealerships, however this has been the best experience to date. Gary F was awesome from beginning to end, even though he had to deal with me. It was actually fun doing business with MINI of Bedford. I'll be traveling the 48 miles from Medford MA for all service as well. I highly recommend MINI of Bedford and Gary Ferreira.

My husband and I had an excellent and productive visit to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesperson was upbeat, patient and informative. My very first question to my salesman was whether it was possible to turn off all the automated beeps and alarms and have the screen be off. His was answer was yes. Now three weeks later I have been told that the correct answer is no, that the backup & parking warning system is impossible to turn off. My garage, my driveway, my regular parking spots always are a cacophony of beeping. Was told by the sales manager today that it will go off in every car wash, every parking garage. This is an extreme safety HAZARD. And I cannot fathom how anyone would find this helpful. And yes, the screen can be turned off, after pressing a button on the screen then pressing again. I have to do this in traffic after I back out of my driveway. The LIES I was told to sell me this car are unforgivable. And now I am stuck with a $40K car that I cannot drive safely. My own fault for believing the people who supposedly know all about their product.AFTER the phone call mentioned below:"There is no way to turn that off and we never would have told you there was." Yet, I recall multiple conversations where I was assured that it could all be off. This was my MAIN concern with buying a new car, that these pointless noises be able to be off so I can drive safely. This was clearly deceptive to sell me a car that I find unsafe. I've been driving minis for many years, thought that this would be my last car. Clearly not. I'm going back to a 2014 and will just have to live with the potential life threatening peril of a bush in my driveway or a snowbank on the side of the road. And the tickets for not being inspected.

Amazing customer service and communication. I was disappointed with the service provided by the closest dealership to my home. Reaching out and making the 2 hour drive to Bedford, NH to work with Ed and the rest of the service team at Mini of Bedford was the BEST decision. Ed and the service team stood behind the product they service and ensured that my Mini Cooper Countryman would continue to ride the roads for years to come. Ed communicated with me on the progress being made with my car and took the time to explain things that were outside of my knowledge base. I highly recommend Mini of Bedford and will return for future service needs.

Extremely impressed with this dealership! I bought a car from them today and it was a great experience. John M was my salesman and Jim D was the manager. They were knowledgeable and kind. Definitely NOT your typical pushy/ aggressive dealership. I test drove the car and loved it .They made buying a car a good experience. A lot less stressful for sure . I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car in the future.

Mini of Bedford service is always great. I was offered a loner so I wouldn t be inconvenienced. I received a video of my car with the tech explaining what work needed to be done. Work was completed in a timely manner and when I picked up my car it was clean inside and out. I would highly recommend Mini of Bedford is

I buy a lot of cars. Given that I see a lot of car dealers and their practices. With that, most car dealers and the buying experience is less than pleasant or professional.Purchasing my 2024 Zesty Yellow Mini JCW from Mike and Jim, my experience couldn t have been better. Fast, easy, prompt and professional communication. Most importantly, Mini of Bedford did exactly what they said they were going to do throughout the transaction.I love my new car and look forward to visits back for service and accessories in the future.

I was total unfamiliar with this dealership so I didn t know what to expect. As soon as I walked in to the dealership Gary was right there to greet me. Gary was fully aware that I wanted to see and test drive one of the vehicles and he was very quick to get the keys and quick to introduce himself as a sales representative for mini of Bedford. He pulled the vehicle up to the main building and proceeded to explain as much information as possible on this particular vehicle. I have the vehicle a thorough inspection and then we took the road test. I loved the vehicle and explained that I would purchase it. Gary got the necessary paperwork in order and the vehicle was mine. Just a great experience here. As if I had purchased many vehicles in the past from Mini of Bedford. I made a great choice and this dealership made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you Mini of Bedford for a great vehicle with a no hassle attitude.

I was hoping for an experience that matched their reviews. Unfortunately, this was an experience all too familiar. Sneaky salesmen, last minute charges tacked on (never disclosed these prior to picking up the car. Mistakes on their part that I had to fight to get corrected. Among other things, they ordered the wrong tires for the car and then claimed they couldn't swap out the tires for the correct ones while simultaneously displaying stacks of tires for sale in their showroom. I nearly got the exact car I wanted but not quite due to uncorrected errors. Overall, not really all that different than other places so pretty average, which is to say, poor.

I purchased a 2015 MINI Countryman from Bedford MINI one year ago. The vehicle had 123K miles on it.Shortly after purchase, I had a check engine light. I reached out to my sale rep and the response was that it was likely nothing to worry about and that they personally owned a MINI that had the light come on from time to time. I continued to drive the car for roughly 7K miles over last year, and the light continued to come on.I took the car into the dealership for annual service and Bedford MINI presented me with a bill for $6,200 to replace the turbocharger. I expressed my displeasure with the situation with my sales rep and received no reply, not even a note of empathy.I took the car to an independent shop that replaced the turbocharger for far less. They showed me the old turbocharger and it was clearly badly worn and there is no doubt that it was bad when I drove it off the lot at Bedford MINI a year ago.I filled out a survey from Bedford MINI and wrote up the entire story about my experience, noted my email and phone, and I asked for them to cover the cost of the turbocharger replacement. I have not heard a peep from them.Please note, I do understand that I took on a risk with purchasing a higher mileage MINI and it is possible that they did not know the turbocharger was bad when they sold it to me.Bedford MINI has not reached out to me in response to my survey and request. This to me indicates a complete lack of integrity and attention to customer service.

Edit: got my car back.They're good.Put it in for vibration, squeak, window alignment, and break sensor.The window was quick and easy.Vibration turned out to be a rim issue, also easy.Break sensor was faulty, they helped there.Technician couldn't recreate the squeak, which is pretty par for the course for that kinda thing.The employees are professional and friendly. They have this real cool feature where the mechanic gave me a video tour of my car and it's issues. That was super helpful because I am 2 hours away. Payment was handled digitally. Very cool, very easy.(Though they did hound me for this review)

These folks are Rock Stars! Had my daughters R50 towed in for service. Their communication from start to finish was awesome. Sent a video of the recommended service items so I could see what was going on. Jim Doyle (Sales Mgr), Ed (Svc Mgr) and MacKenzie (Svc coordinator) just blew every other dealer experience out of the water. No over-selling, no pressure - just straight forward this is what is wrong and these are your options. Not only earned my trust but my future business as well.

My wife went into Mini of Bedford the other to test drive a pre-owned car. They were asking about $2000 over the Edmunds value for a car in pristine condition. The car WAS in very good condition. After going back and forth with the salesman and his manager my wife was informed that they wouldn t even discount the car $500. Okay, no problem but we weren t about to overspend for a car. My wife, was smart enough to walk away. A day or two later my wife gets a text from the salesman snidely telling her that the car sold for what they were asking. Not a text saying hey, we sold the car you were looking at but if you see another one you re interested in coke on in to see if we can help you . It was specifically sent to thumb their nose at a potential customer. We were just that, a potential customer. Now we are no longer interested in doing ANY business with Mini of Bedford due to their lack of respect and complete inability to control their urge to keep their told you so attitude in check. You lost a sale from people that had cash in hand to buy a car outright with little to no effort. Congrats and pound sand. We ll be shopping elsewhere.

While I did not purchase a Mini today, I wanted to leave a review for Gary who helped me test drive a vehicle I was interested in. He was incredibly personable, kind, and generous with his time. The crew at MINI of Bedford are always great. I have an older MINI Countryman that needs several items maintained. They keep me informed every step of the way and give advice for completing the work in manageable pieces for my time and wallet. The professionalism continues to check out. The entire staff is great.

Back on October 31st I traded my 2013 mini convertible for a 2019 one. Unfortunately, at time they had no manual transmissions and led me to believe they were no longer making them. Neither my husband nor myself were happy with the automatic, why dive an automatic sports car? My husband was checking the website and saw Mini of Bedford had several 2024 manual convertibles in stock so we decided to check them out. John Misuraca was our salesman and was fabulous! He was patient with our questions and frustration over losing money on our trade in. But explained everything thoroughly and gave us many options. Everything came together so smoothly and I have to also mention how great Ed was getting the tires changed for us. We never felt pressured or rushed just a willingness to help. The dealership really treats you like family! Thanks John and everyone else, I m loving shifting gears!

Walked into MINI after feeling undervalued by other dealers, including my existing vehicle manufacturer.Their salesman Gary was excellent. He knows the product so well and was able to recommend the perfect model to fit my needs. I loved the car (a 2022 Countryman All4) immediately, it's a great value. Gary went out of his way to secure me the color I wanted from out of state and got all of my financing done over a weekend.Their upfront pricing made the buying process unbelievably easy. I almost laughed when I saw the contract which only contained a price and a low fee for tags/title. Other dealers I'd visited had 10 line items of miscellaneous charges.The sales manager Steve was excellent also. He presented me additional options with no pressure and a lot of detail.I did not expect to have a MINI a month ago but am so happy it worked out this way. I feel like I got more car for the money than anywhere else I looked. I would highly recommend MINI of Bedford to anyone in the market.

I ve been going to Mini of Bedford, NH for about 4 years now. The service has always been and continues to be impeccable. They make certain that I understand any additional services that are needed. Comfortable seating area for working while waiting for my car. I so appreciate that with every service my Mini gets a wash:)

I brought my vehicle in for the state inspection. The process was very quick. It passed inspection. I got a detailed report if thw condition of the vehicle and what I should keep an eye on for future consideration. All in all a very positive experience

I very recently purchased a MINI Cooper from MINI of Bedford and had a great buying experience. I spotted a MINI on their website that looked perfect for me and emailed for a test drive. The next afternoon I went in and met salesperson John Misuraca, and after a friendly test drive, I bought the car! It had not even been brought fully into inventory yet, but in less than a workweek it was ready to go! And WOW do I love it! John was kind enough to give me a ride to pick up my new (to me) vehicle which had been inspected and already had a temporary plate. The entire experience could not have gone smoother! I had a similarly good experience with a MINI Cooper that I purchased a few years back from MINI of Peabody--I was working in Massachusetts at the time, so this was a more convenient location for servicing the car. But I live in New Hampshire and now that I am retired, MINI of Bedford will be my MINI dealership of choice!

Ed West in service was fantastic to deal with - super helpful and responsive, and he put a ton of time and effort into dealing with my insurance company for my major repair. I would absolutely recommend working with Ed and Mini of Bedford again for accident repairs involving bodywork and mechanical.
