This has got to be the best company I have ever dealt with in the marine industry!!! Cheri and Cleave have to be two of the most patient people on the planet! I have NO refrigeration experience and had zero understanding of refrigerant properties when I started the repair and upgrades to my Leopard 43 refrigerator and freezer. It was easily 2 weeks of me calling every day, multiple times a day trying to get an older system on line and a new system installed. Not once did they lose their patience with me (and my ignorance!). The two systems are now online and functioning perfectly!! I am more than happy to recommend them, and Sea Frost systems any chance I get!

I was in St. Martin and had an issue with a numeric display. Not only were they taking my calls well outside of working hours, their technical support was superb. Troubleshooting was spot on, and I had the part in hand 2 days later via FedEx. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Many thanks.

I called Sea Frost with a question about our 26 year old unit on a Catalina 50 which was having issues. Cleave took the time to walk me through things to check in order to get our refrigerator up and running. Whereas local "experts" told me nothing could be done since my system was too old. Cleave gave me hope. I was then able to disassemble my water cooling pump and repair the cooling tubes for the pump motor which had become calcified. I realize I will have to replace this older system at some point, but for now Sea Frost has given my current system a little more life. They will definitely be designing our new replacement system when the time comes! Thank you Cleave!

We lost our compressor to refrigeration and freezer. Cleave at Sea Frost walked me through a thorough discussion of what he needed to build a replacement. His work arrived on time in perfect condition. I installed the unit from their instructions and it is working perfectly. Great phone support. Just spoke with Sea Frost, they walked me through setting up the thermostat. Very easy!
