Came and looked at one car and dealer was very honest with me about the bad condition of the original car I was seeing. He directed me to another car that was much better at a great price. These guys are hard working honest guys, I have purchased about 10 cars from them! They make sure all the things are fixed to certain standard. They are not perfect, but they do their best to make everything right! I give them an A+ rating!

Unfortunately I didn't have the very nice experience yesterday I was there looking for Nissan Sentral, And I noticed that the owner attitude was very disrespectful from the beginning I got there he was yelling at his employees about a battery booster and at the moment that I talked to him and talked about the car and mention him many issues that the car was having I dropped the prize but I noticed that he Does not have a very good attitude for being a seller I was gonna buy a car was willing to negotiate with him what his attitudes didn't let me. All the other employees were nice.

I have to give a 5/5 star for oda. They are super reliable and go above and beyond to get the work done that needs to be done. I got a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that needed some work done before I was able to drive it. They ended up fixing everything so it was like a brand new car. They even made an exception to fix a little thing after the warranty was expired. I really recommend Oda if you are looking for used cars for your new drivers!!!!!!!!!!!

Words cannot express how wonderful of an experience it was purchasing a vehicle from them! The employees were all incredibly nice and thorough in explaining every step of the process. They also fully serviced my vehicle upon purchase, which gave me a sense of relief knowing that I was dealing with someone who cared about their customers satisfaction instead of their customers wallets. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced vehicle!

I had been looking for an affordable but well maintained luxury car for a while now. Most of the used auto lots I had talked to always seemeed like they were trying to scam me in some way. ODA was completely different; I found a 2013 Audi Allroad for sale through craigslist and from the first time I called, Andrey was extremely helpful. He explained the true condition of the car, all of the repairs that his shop had made, including replacing the timing chain which is a notorious failure point of the B8.5 Audis.We spoke on a Tuesday and I told him that because I live in NYC, the earliest I could come up would be on Saturday. Andrey agreed to hold the car for me without a deposit and make sure it was ready by the time I arrived. He also emailed me copies of the title so that I could secure financing through my bank if I did decide to get the car.When I arrived, the car was exactly as described and drove great even with the 112,000 miles on it. I was a little weary of the high mileage so I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection at Audi of Nashua which Andrey was completely OK with. After the inspection, even they were surprised at the great condition for the car s age and miles.Overall, Andrey made a stressful experience that much easier. He can seem very abrasive but it s just him being direct and honest, a welcome change from most. He is extremely knowledgeable & experienced repairing & maintaining many makes and models so you can trust that he knows what he s saying when trying to sell a vehicle. If I need another car again, I would easily drive up a few hours to know that the car was in good hands before being sold.

I came here looking for a vehicle of some sorts I wasn't to sure what to expect. I was greeted by Dimitri and his brother Andre who where beyond nice and hilarious to listen too. By day 2 I found the vehicle of my dreams haha, shortly after the sales process began the guys made quick work of a few repairs and I was on my way! Check this place out if you are looking for a used car.

They sold a rusted out minivan to a mentally challenged young man ,knowing it wouldn't pass inspection, and when I went in on his behalf,quote,"it's our fault,this is our bad," then proceeded to try to get him into something that Would pass,they had One car that was out of his price range,and said e every car on the lot needs work,leaving him stuck in state with a vehicle Nobody will repair or sticker it,he is out 2000 as of late,buying parts and drained his account, not a good place to do business, shame on Ukraine

If I could leave 10 stars I absolutely would. My experience from start to finish was flawless and I couldn t be more happy. I went to ODA looking for a van, Andrey went above and beyond to find me a van that worked for my family. He was honest about what needed to be done to the van before I could pick it up. Andrey worked hard to have my van ready for me in one day and when I told him I couldn t pick it up he delivered it to my home at 8:30pm. I couldn t recommend ODA enough and I am so grateful for Andrey and all he did for my family. Thank you!!

Thank you Bryan and the family at ODA! I had an unexpected and unfortunate event happen with my recent purchase. The family offered to fix my loss which melted my heart. They are still willing to work with me and help me purchase another car. This family's kindness is overwhelming. Thought I got lucky. NOPE. This was my first car. My boyfriend was friends with them so I thought I could trust them After only a month the check engine for my 2015 Audi Q5 came on. I call the warranty company to figure out Andre never filed it even though it came with the car.After 1 year of fighting I still don t have the full warranty as was sold. Furthermore, said ALPHA warranty doesn t actually cover almost anything if you read the fine print.Unprofessional, waited for hours at a time to never even be seen. Cheapest brakes, bad axels, bad turbo, seized toe adjustments, leaking oil pan. All from a pristine car. We donated money, time, and our own belonging believing in their charity. Their collective morals are as worthless as that ALPHA Warranty DONT BUY HERE!!!Ask the employees that have quit. No man of god would act this way. Just sad to see something great fall this low.

I bought a 2008 Honda CRV from ODA Auto and couldn't be happier. The staff was professional, friendly and exceeded my expectations. When I need to purchase my next vehicle ODA Auto will be my first stop. Highly recommend!!!

Although a purchase was not made, I d say that this family run dealership is better than most private dealers. I came to see a car listed for 20.5K, and after listing off reasons why I wasn t interested in the car at it s current price I was asked for what I d like to pay. Provided a range 17-19K depending on what s offered. The owner originally was pretty upset and offended with my offer (reasonably so, 17K was a low ball so that was not fair of my part) and I began to leave. As I was leaving the owner stopped me, apologized for how the encounter went and explained context behind why he wasn t okay with that range.His explanation was valid so he offered to replace all major things I found wrong with the car (tires, brakes, bumper misaligned, etc.) and let me keep the car overnight so I can test it out some more and bring it to my own mechanic for an inspection. He also was willing to make the car 20K flat out the door with the standard warranty. The original price did not include any associated fees/warranty.I ended up not buying the car since my mechanic unveiled some other things that I personally was not fine with but others may have been. But overall, for someone looking for a private dealer that offers fair deals and fair negotiations I would recommend them. They customer service is also very very good. They let me have the car up on a lift for my own inspection as well.

My husband and I bought a car here a couple months ago. We are in Maine and did everything over the phone after finding them online. I am happy to say we love the car and the crew at Oda kept their word and did everything to make this experience positive. We have a rigorous inspection in Maine and had a few minor issues that Oda fixed immediately. My husband said the family and crew take pride in their work. I will buy here again. I bought a used set of tires from here, not knowing everything to look for was told they were good. After taking them to tire warehouse to have them installed I was told that they weren't safe for the road. Even if ODA didn't know they were bad, when given the opportunity to make it right he refused. It's unfortunate that there are people like this running businesses

I recently purchased my first used car from this dealership and was given a perfect experience because of their exceptional customer service. The employees are very open and genuine to answering any questions / concerns regarding the vehicles, as well as price negotiations, recommendations, payment, etc. I must also note how my father and I had several missing cosmetic accessories for the car when we made the purchase so we asked the dealer about replacing many of them in which he gave us absolutely no trouble in assisting us to do so. During every returning trip to the dealer, they kept their word each time about the expectations for the vehicle s preparation which did not fail to impress my father and I.

There is a reason they have nearly all 5-star review. I bought a Saab 92x from them and it was one of the easiest and most friendly buying experiences I've had.Andrey is very personable and knowledgeable. He allowed me to take the car to get inspected with another mechanic and even pointed things out that the shop I took it to missed.Everything that concerned me he fixed before sale and the car was already at a great price for the condition.When I was having issues with my bank when trying to purchase he was patient with me, and I even made him go out of his way to work on a Sunday because I'm from out-of-state!They will definitely be the first place I look when I'm looking for another vehicle.

I should've written 3 or 4 reviews for ODA by now. We've purchased 2 cars through ODA and had a couple in depth repairs performed, no fault of ODA's. Most recently Dmitry replaced the engine for one of our vehicles that wasn't purchased there. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I'd much rather bring a vehicle there than any dealership in the Manchester area. I greatly appreciate all the help they have given me and wish them many blessing for the future.

We bought a suv from here for my 16 year old son and it needed some work before we could take it home. They made sure it was done and safe for him. It had some rust and pealing paint. They had the rust completely repaired and repainted. We had the check engine light come on and they took care of the repair 100 percent. I would recommend this place to to everyone. I hope they are around when the other 2 boys are ready to buy. I will be back.
