Once I go here u won't want to go anywhere else he is polite very great mechanic respectable and on top of all this hes honest really hes a real honest mechanic I would go to him for everything my car has never run better his business says it all Jay's honest auto says it all his parents did a great job on him pleasure doing business with him I give N him 10 star service thank u my Jay

The guys were nice. They didn't have time for an oil change. I was told they were booked out a couple of months, due to staffing. Anyways, I was given directions and phone numbers, of who to go too around! You guys were a great help!

My car needed a lot of work to pass inspection. We knew this going in. Honestly we plan on always bringing our vehicles to him! Jay's Honest Auto is one of the rare establishments that lives up to the name and then some. I have been taking my car to Jay's shop for over a decade now, and I have always been very impressed with his ability to offer a good solution at a great price. I have saved thousands of dollars by giving Jay my business instead of going to pricier shops and dealerships, and the work he does is incredible. I actually live two hours north of Jay, and I still use his shop. That is about all you need to know. He's worth the drive, hands down. Sometimes I have a car issue that can't wait, and some shop will tell me what they think is wrong and give an estimate. Then I drive or tow it to Jays, where he takes a close look, gathers his own info on the issue, and either has a different and more accurate diagnosis, or comes in at a lower price. I have never had any issues with his establishment, and Jay is a pleasure to work with. Lives up to the name! Jay has helped me on multiple occasions and has always been helpful and honest. May take a while to get in but it's worth the wait if you want it done correctly.

Actually, not fake. Called about a brake job for a 2020 Corolla Le. gave me a crazy estimate of over 1200.00. Honestly a joke. Defending reviews with lies makes you.look terrible

Jay's Honest Auto Repair is a great place to get anything you need for your vehicle! Jay has helped me with countless services and repairs to my cars old and new. He knows so much about all makes and models. Certain cars have common problems and he will make sure that those common problems aren't happening.A lot of car places only care about making money, but Jay really cares about you having a safe vehicle that is performing its best.He also has the best prices on tires in town and his service rate is very low.

I have been to Jay's twice, now, for different repairs. This is a solid mechanic who does excellent work for half the price of dealerships. Seriously consider calling him for your next automotive issue. He gets it done right, takes extreme pride in his work and warranties it. He is now my go-to mechanic. Make him yours. Thanks, Jay!

I wish I could say that I had a good experience. I went to Jay to get my brakes fixed and Paid $400 and not even an hour later I had to bring my vehicle back because the job was not done correctly. Then he told me to bring it back to have it inspected and he would fix a part for free and ironically never picks up the phone or returns any phone calls. I was not impressed. I don't feel he is a very "Honest" guy at all, although nowadays what mechanic is.

Honesty, integrity and an encyclopedic knowledge of automobile problems and repairs. Fair deals and great, REASONABLE pricing. Jay keeps his customers happy and free from problems. I've had several repairs done on my vehicles and now I won't go anywhere else. The "Honest" in his business name isn't a brag... it's the TRUTH! Happy motoring!

I m really surprised to see negative reviews on this particular shop. I have been to countless places and have been mistreated, lied to, and taken advantage of. I decided to give this place a try after a few friends highly recommended it and was so thankful I gave it a shot. He was 50% less then surrounding shops, and was really upfront with me. He s a busy one man shop and hard to get an appointment with at times, but it s worth the wait. No more worrying about if I will be taken advantage of, and to top it all off he diagnosed a problem that 2 others shops couldn t figure out. Highly recommend.

I deleted my previous review because it was a bit too harsh, Jays does indeed do very honest work at a fair price but being really hard to contact and the shop hours that show on google are not reflective on if anyone is actually in the shop. I would be happy to change this to 5 stars if the things mentioned could change.

They never answer the phone, voicemail is always full, only open 2 days during the week, people at work speak highly but I have yet to see or speak to anyone at Jay's
