We are super pleased with our new boiler system, the Heritage team is really top notch! Chris s diagnostic visit was a great help towards making the decision to change out our old equipment. Bill was very thorough in assessing our heating needs and laid out several options for us. Jimmy and the rest of the installation crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. All of the work areas were left very neat and tidy. We would definitely recommend Heritage Home Service to anyone!

Heritage definitely delivered! Had them install a three zone Mini Split in my house with hyper heat. They did it very efficiently. The team was great . I definitely recommend them.

Bob Josephson is the best! He was very Professional. He's also a terrific Teacher, even after an 11 hour job on the boiler system! Thank you for your help Bob you did a wonderful job! Heritage, thank you for pairing him up with us and his helper Francis!

I am so grateful that Mike Dinsmore was the one to respond to my call when my heat stopped working. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a first time homeowner and there is a lot I don't know about my heating system. Mike was so kind and patient. He helped me understand what happened and provided me with a lot of information, most of which could be considered very basic. He was happy to help me, and reassured me that part of his job was to help me understand my home systems better. He returned the next day to finish the work and even brought treats for my dog. It's clear Mike loves helping others and providing them with peace of mind, confidence, and the knowledge they need. I truly appreciate that he took the time to educate me, and was so friendly to me and my pup. Thank you Mike!!

Excellent experience using Heritage and plumber Brandon Elicker. Very quick and easy scheduling and the work was done professionally and promptly. We had a tough situation with a drain and flange set in concrete that multiple plumbing companies would not service. Very happy with the work Brandon accomplished. Would recommend to others and will use Heritage for future needs.

Daniel is really top notch! From the diagnostic visit to job completion was a great experience with the team. Daniel was very thorough in assessing my old shower valve and suggested I replace it rather than rebuilding it. He also laid out several options for me. My shower valve and main water shut off are in good shape now. Daniel and his colleague did an excellent job in a timely manner. The most interesting part of their whole visit was that the work areas were left very neat and tidy. Daniel even asked if there was anything else he could help with or if I had any questions, which was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Heritage Home Service to anyone! The money was worth spending!

Michael Rose from Heritage did a fantastic job servicing my furnace and replacing my oil tank. He was very professional, answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. The work he did was looks great and left the area very clean.

Josh Benoit is the gold standard in master plumbers. We have an old house. In one day he checked all our boxes: installed new sink/vanity, repaired toilet flapper and flange, new wax ring, and new gaskets on our vintage kitchen sink. Efficient, friendly, clean, and decidedly experienced. Josh was articulate about discussing potential issues with older plumbing appliances. And he double and triple- checked his own work. Thank you, Josh!

Daniel Murphy and his crew we highly professional and they provided me with detailed descriptions on the plumbing needs in my house. They looked at all the sections of the house where there was sinks, tubs, tanks, and faucets and identified the issues and gave me estimates of the cost to repair. They were also very respectful of my house and my family.If I decide to do any of the repairs I would definitely reach out to them.Thank you so much!

My well Pump (300') died and I had no running water on Thursday night.. I called Heritage on Friday and had a Tech here by Saturday afternoon. Mike Callahan called 20 min before showing up and was super professional and helpful. Answered all my questions, tagged all my lines and valves, gave me a quote for the job and a start time as early as Sunday at 8am. He worked with me on the finance options and helped assure me things would be all set.Sunday afternoon, I had running water! After the cleaning/settling process was over and it stopped smelling of chlorine (maybe ~4 days if I'm honest) the water was fantastical and the pressure has been better than ever.Mike was great and knew his stuff.

I was afraid I would need a new water heater, but Marcus quickly suggested that he thought it might be just 2 internal parts that could be easily replaced. He was correct and worked very hard and successfully replaced the parts. He'll be back tomorrow to replace our garbage disposal! Overall I'm very happy with Marcus's work and the way he left everything clean when finished.

Bryan and Nate from Heritage arrived promptly at the scheduled time for an annual furnace maintenance visit. They introduced themselves, and then proceeded to get the job done. I was so impressed with their knowledge base, and their attention to detail. Bryan reported several issues that were revealed during the inspection.He had the appropriate replacement part on the truck, so the repair was efficient and convenient. The mechanics of the system, and the pricing were explained thoroughly, and I had ample opportunity to ask questions. They were skilled professionals, and I will certainly recommend Heritage to my friends, as a result of their exemplary customer service.

I just got a new Central Air unit, furnace, water tank and humidifier installed in my home, it only took them two days, they were here at 8:00AM sherp and stayed well until after 5:00pm. Jimmy and Joseph did an outstanding job, they were extremely courteous, careful and very thorough, they both came in with smiles on their faces, and at times, I enjoyed light cheerful conversations, I really looked forward to their arrival. I just lost both my parents within the year and they were a delightful distraction, they both explained everything to me through the installation of each unit. When they were done they showed me the work they did and made sure all the books and information were easily accessible for me. They straightened out and cleaned up after themselves after they were done, and during the whole process they both went above and beyond their responsibility to provide good customer service. They truly are a credit to the Heritage Home Service Company! I couldn't have asked for better workmen, it was an outstanding experience. I'm so happy I went with this company, I was told not to hesitate to call them if there were any problems, which there hasn't been. Thank you so much Heritage I really appreciate all the work that was done in my home!!

We had an issue with our water heater so called Heritage. Their response was quick even though it was on Saturday! At a reasonable price, they came out within the time frame promised and worked diligently to fix it. Nova Tavano shared three options and allowed us to pick the one that fit our need and pocket! He stayed till he was assured that the problem was truly fixed! Great job done and done with care!

Daniel Dauber came to our home recently to fix a leaky pipe. Turns out it was a pressure regulator that needed to be replaced. Since we were on a limited budget, they worked with us and even gave us a discount to make it affordable. They got the job done quickly and without a huge mess. They are awesome and we would recommend them to anyone.Service: A/C system maintenance

Our water heater failed and Heritage got here within a day, trouble shot the problem, explained the solution and replaced the faulty device along with some better hardware. The two man technician team were courteous, efficient, informative and professional in appearance. One always worries about cost when a plumber has to be called, but the price was entirely reasonable. Thanks guys!

Nicholas saved the day! He came into our home to help take care of our sewer line block. He answered all of our questions, and genuinely made it easy to understand. We have no knowledge of pipes, and he explained what could have caused the problem. He made suggestions on how to maintain the sewer pipes properly. When he used to camera to check the pipe to the City hook up, he explained what was going on in our pipes. We were very stressed and he put us at ease. We will make a point to recommend Heritage to anyone we know. If the services are needed in the future, we know who to call! Thank you Nicholas!On a different note, we live in the Lakes Region and called a local company first, Rowells, and they never responded. So don t call them, go to Heritage! Fantastic customer service, Heritage!

I can not say enough about the service we received from Mike! He came out on a Sunday after working all day on a similar device. We appreciated his honesty about being able to fix out hot water since it was a Sunday and no parts places were open. He got us in the next morning and got us up and running quickly. He did not trying to up sell us items we didn't need. He was, by far, the most professional, polite and honest person we've had working on our home. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.Thanks Mike!

Matthew Morse at Heritage was awesome. Fixed the issue with my split systems and was on the phone with mistsubish to diagnose and solve the problem. He was here for 2 hours and tested and retested. $455. The other company said I needed a whole new unit, this one is 4 years old, and quoted me $6,000. Just call Heritage.

We hired Heritage to make several repairs and upgrades to the house we recently bought in the Lakes Region. The technician gave me a very detailed breakdown of our options, weighing the pros and cons of each. We decided to go ahead with some of the work and we are very happy with the results. It was not the cheapest option, but we got what we paid for. Our sump pumps, filter, shut-offs and shower are all in perfect working order and up to code now. The technician was thorough and professional, very respectful of my home, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and explained. We would definitely hire them again.

First I ll say that everyone was very professional. The repairman Tom was very pleasant and also professional. That s were the good ends. We were quoted almost 7k for a water heater replacement. It seemed abnormally high to me so we called 2 other large plumbing companies in the area. Both of their quotes came in under $2500. I had heard they were a little more expensive than most. But almost triple what we were quoted from 2 other companies is insane. Again very professional and nice. Just be aware of the pricing.

I called Heritage Home Service because I did not have heat or hot water. Ryan came for the service call and he was exceptional. He was professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated his communication skills to explain all the issues and answer all my questions. The problem was resolved quickly and he followed up with easy to understand documentation.

We called to get a technician out to our house to see about installing a transfer switch for a home generator. Heritage advised they would be able to get someone out to us in about a week which was great. They had a 4 hour arrival window which seemed odd but we were fine waiting around. They confirmed the appointment a day before so when the day came we cleared our schedule and prepared to wait. Their technician called 30 mins before their arrival window and needed to reschedule. We thought okay, things happen let try another day. We rescheduled the following week, confirmed their arrival will now be within a 2 hour window. The day came and we waited the full 2 hours. Called in to see if the technician was still coming and they advised that the technician tried to call (we did not receive a call) 30 mins ago because they needed to reschedule again. Needless to say we will be using another company for the job.

I called Heritage because our furnace stopped working. They had an available appointment the same day and were at my house in under 3 hours.The technician, Matt, was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had my heat up a running in a few hours.Very pleased with my experience.I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Last Friday, we had something clogging our bathroom toilet. My husband and I tried everything we could think of and nothing worked. After calling a few other companies I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get someone out there. Then I called Heritage Home Service and they were able to get someone out within the hour. Nicholas was great to work with. After trying everything, we knew we needed to replace our whole toilet. After about 1 hour and an half our appointment was done and we had a great new toilet.

I have used Heritage Home Services over many years to maintain/repair my heating and cooling systems, and I would not switch to anyone else given the consistent high-quality of their work, their responsive communication, and the professionalism of their technicians. Jake serviced my oil burner unit today, and did not disappoint. He arrived when stated, explained everything he was going to do as part of the service, and got right to work. Friendly and professional every step of the way, and cleaned up the area with great care when he was done. After ensuring that I had no further questions or concerns, he wrapped up and quickly emailed me a detailed overview of what was done along with recommended services in the future. Jake is FIVE STARS all around thank you so much.

Roger explained what he was going to do, and then proceeded to do his inspection and then reported to us, the findings. He was very courteous and he let us know what we should do. He was extremely helpful, as we had no heat, and he contacted the office, to have someone else come over, that same day, to discuss what could possibly be a need to replace our furnace. It had outlived its timeHe was right on point, and we highly recommend him.
