On March 8 I went to the car wash! Drove up but my money in and picked my number. I put in a 20.00 dollar bill and the machine told me my change would be in the tray below, however my change never showed up.After leaving the carwash I called the number on the receipt left a message and about 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was a guy from the carwash! Told me his wife was on vacation with her friends and that when got home 5 days later he would have her call me.I have left numerous voice mail s and still to this day have not received any call back!Unprofessional to run a company this way unless you don t care about it or what people say!

I got the deluxe $23 dollar wash it left every piece of bird poop on my car . So, yeah, not worth it.Update: I appreciate the owner responding and offering a re-wash! I ve already hand scraped the poop off all the spots on my car, but appreciate the offer nonetheless. One star was too harsh, giving three because owner seems like a nice business guy, and aside from the stuck on poop, car was de-salted and shiny. Rearview side mirrors got folded in during wash, so they werent washed either, but it rinsed the car well.

I came and I spent $23 on the best wash and I get out of the wash in my back is not all clean so I'm not too freaking happy

I should have listened to the poor reviews here. I paid $16 for what I thought was some nice, supreme combo that would leave my car shiny and clean: WRONG. It doesn't look any better than when it went in!! You can still see where hands touched it, it's streaked with an awful gray film, as if it's never been washed, and there's a spotty residue all over the vehicle, so it looks like I used 2-in-1 wash&wax but was too lazy to wipe it down. So, not only is this the poorest quality wash I've ever paid for, it's also the most overpriced wash I've ever paid for AND it looks like I half-arse washed my own car by hand, which makes the disappointment twice as intense, because I'm now embarrassed by my vehicle. Don't waste your time and money.

Automatic car wash.. drove in and it missed the rear tires and the whole front of the hood. I called and they never called back. Also it's 23.00 for a full wash 16.00 for just soap.

What happened to $5 car washes lol , the options are $13 and up , I'd never spend that much on a car wash considering it's a basic wash , whatever it says it does you could spend the most and your car will come out looking the same as a basic wash

Very clean facility inside and out thats what drove me in. I paid for the 16 dollar wash, second best one. The machine left dirt on a lot of my truck and did not do a good as job as i wish it would of. Leaves soap marks as well. I'll try the better wash next time and see what happens.

For starters it broke my rear wiper but more than that there was still snow/salt/soap left on my car. The brush that is supposed to go around the car did the front and stopped on my driver door and didn't go any further. Was not worth the $19 at all. Very unimpressed. 10/10 would not recommend!

Went for a quick wash today and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I understand that a touchless car wash is not going to get everything but this machine missed half the vehicle.Nothing like having to wash your car after paying to get it washed! Will not return to this facility.

Dear Sir, I recently had an appointment at Bella-Winni. I noticed your American Flag was in tatters. Could you please replace it with a new nylon flag. They have bright colors and are somewhat better in bad weather. Great Wash and a beautiful site the place is very well maintained and clean and the machines do a great job every time would highly recommend the top service with the wax. Even does large trucks without a problem
