What a great Insurance Agency! I have had them for years and they have always kept my interests as a top priority! Recently, I had a catastrophic event and they handled it with such care and grace, I was amazed! I thank my lucky stars for having this top notch agency to help me with my insurance needs!

Great service, Great customer service, I have all of my insurance policies with them which is like 6 or 7 of them and when you call and speak with one of the girls or anyone in the office they explain everything to you very clearly they know what they are doing, many thanks to Chris, Sarah, Jaden, Ron and the whole crew, you guys are awesome!!!! Keep up the good work.

I have been dealing with Morin Insurance Agency for years and I absolutely love them. They get me into the best possible policy and treat me like a human being not just a number. My car was recently totaled and I was dealing with Mark. He has helped me through every step of the process and answered any and all questions no matter how silly they may seem. Thank you Mark for being there.

Best insurance agency ever! I have been using their services for over a decade, maybe two. They pay attention to my account and every year they shop around looking for the best rates for me, I don't even have to prompt them. They will contact the insurance companies for you and push things along if you're having any issues. They always make things right. Danita was awesome today. I have found that all of their staff are very competent and pleasant to work with. Never a negative experience. I highly recommend this company.

Morin Insurance Agency has been amazing to work with over since the beginning! Stacey got us where we needed to be during our first conversation and switching over to them, everything from homeowners insurance to our autos and toys were all seamlessly covered! Jackie now works with us and has been so responsive and helpful every time we have a question she is right on it! We do not have to worry about a thing when it comes to our insurance policies because we know the Morin Insurance Agency will handle it all! Next on our list is a pool!!! And Jackie is going to help us make sure our policy is adjusted accordingly!Thank you to the whole team at Morin Insurance!

Jaiden and the rest of the staff are fantastic! They got me an auto policy tailored to my needs and saved me tons of money too. Any time have needed assistance they were quick to respond and handled it on the spot. Highly recommend!

the review that Phippy Barnett left is accurate. I started a home and auto policy and it was canceled because I did not qualify. The agent should have known this. Policies were rewritten at a much higher rate.Home inspection uncovered some small items, but a cosmetic item became such an issue that i decided to cancel the policy.I asked the agent to cancel the policy, but she advised to let it cancel for non payment. Clearly the company dose not have the best interest of the customer in mind. Every insurance company in the future would see a cancellation for non payment.I then had to contact the insurance carrier to cancel, as I am traveling. They advised the agent needs to cancel the policy. 55 mins on the phone and I was able to cancel both policies.Thank you Morin inc for all your help! Looking forward to your response that, according to previous, will not take ownership in your part and will be full of deflection.

We have been working with Stacey Morin for approximately 2 years. Because of her quick response, extensive knowledge base, assistance in answering questions to ensure we obtain the coverage we need and offering products with huge savings when compared to other agencies, we have transferred all of our insurance needs over to the Morin Insurance Agency. Stacey has been a complete Godsend!

One GREAT agency. I as a rule of thumb go out and get new insurance quotes about every five years due to they all save you moneys if you switch to them. Not this agency, they came to me to save me money. They did, thank you Bonnie Wood. If you're looking for better rates and a professional staff, give them a call. You'll be very surprised and pleased.

This happened a few years ago but looking at my current home insurance bill reminded me. I was told since I had car insurance through them I would get $400 off my house insurance I spoke to Michelle who didn't tell me someone would come out and check my property or I would never have switched. I expressed my concerns about her cancelling my other insurance in case there was an issue but she assured me she would already have been informed if there was. The new policy was actually only $25 less than my previous one and after a month they told me they were cancelling it. So I was stuck with no home insurance at all. She didn't offer to help me find another company and it took me a while to get insurance again. Now I am paying double what I would be paying otherwise. Thanks a lot.

I really have to thank you once again Brandy!!!!!!Not having to worry about my car insurance is such a relief. I don't have the words to thank you for helping my wife and I.We're going through a family member with stage 5 cancer and completely forget a few personal obligations and you made sure I didn't have to worry about my car insurance.THANK YOU so much!!!!Morin insurance is the best for service and pricing. You all treat us like family and we're so grateful....Happy New year!!!I've been a customer for about 10 years. Not sure really. BEYOND SATISFIED! I work closely with Jaiden over the last few years! As an agency they have been able to get us amazing coverage and rate on our 1700 s farm house that other companies had denied. Whenever we have a vehicle switch the coverage addition and removal has been effortless. Whenever I have a question I am able to send Jaiden a message and I get a response very timely manner. I can not express how happy we have been with the customer service. I have referred everyone I know to Morin insurance agency.

Jackie is the agent I have dealt with most recently, and we were thrilled when she found us a great deal on our auto insurance for the year! We did not even have to shop around. She did it for us. They are all a great team to have acting on your behalf.

I've been working with Stacey & her team for the past few years and as a new homeowner - I can't tell you how nice it's been to have someone we could trust to provide advice on different policies and to have a team to facilitate everything!The best part of working with Stacey is how responsive she is to any emails/calls. There have been a few times where I needed to provide information on the insurance policies to other organizations (for instance, when I refinanced my mortgage). A quick email connecting Stacey & the mortgage lender allowed for a really quick turnaround with providing documentation and updating the home insurance when needed. She was even able to help us consolidate some other policies which was incredibly helpful.Great to know I've got an Insurance agent I can trust to provide documentation and give advice on how to insure what's valuable!
