Nice place. Two bedroom units were clean with ample space. TVs were mediocre size but we were not there for in unit entertainment. Kitchen had basic serviceable dishes and utensils, although I wish it had a decent spatula. Laundry and dishwasher detergent were provided via the front desk, thumbs up!- Parking was tight and tough. Seemed to not be enough parking for the units available. May have to park in different part of complex but walk through complex is pleasant.- Walkways to units can be narrow.- There is a heated pool but we did not try it.- SUPER convenient shopping for groceries!- Easy drive to Heavenly ski area.Rooms: Spacious, quiet, nicely appointed. Very responsive staff.Nearby activities: Skiing, food, casinos, views, outdoor activities. Small town feel.Safety: We felt very safe in the communityWalkability: Very walk-able in complex, not as easy to leave complex but doable.

Beautiful scenery. Close drive to activities. Beach is at the end of the road. Having a decently stocked kitchen saved a lot of money on meals. Not great at bringing extra towels, soap, etc when asked. No housekeeping service.Rooms: We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Nothing special but worked well for 2 families. There was also a full kitchen - coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove with oven and a full size refrigerator.Nearby activities: Skiing and sledding are close. In the summer, lake activities are also close by. Casinos are a 5 minute drive.Walkability: Technically you can walk to the beach. There is also a trail across the road for a flat nature walk.Food & drinks: Nothing is available on the property, but plenty of places are available close by. There are also grocery stores like Safeway, Grocery Outlet and Whole Foods down the main highway. And DoorDash had no problem finding our room.Noteworthy details: This beach is a little windy and not my favorite. However, Sand Harbor is amazing and just a short drive north.

Beautiful accommodations. We only had one problem that our ice maker was not working but maintenance came promptly to check on it and brought us a big bag of ice! I believe the staff once their guests to enjoy their stay and go back home refreshed. We jumped in the hot tub the last night that we were there and it was so clean and we had just a wonderful time relaxing. Just a note... The hot tub closes promptly at 10:00pm.

Pretty close to Heavenly, but wish there was a shuttle service to avoid the paid parking at the ski resort. We've enjoyed coming back here for winter ski and summer mountain biking or swim. A brisk mile walk to the beach make it fun and active. Rooms are cozy and comfortable beds. Close to grocery store, and a gas station makes this the perfect location.

We arrived on time. The room was very nice and clean. Both showers by the vent the sealing needed to be wiped down. It looked dirty from moisture. Some electrical plugs needed to be replaced. They worked just really loose on the plug. Also my wife is a full-time student and needs to have internet access to complete her assignments. We ran out of the allowed time just after the 1st day. With all the money that owners pay for housekeeping and utilities you would think internet access would be free! As for the timeshare itself it was very nice and so were the staff.

Nice condo, uncomfortable chairs and couch. Furniture is cheap for how expensive a place this is to stay. Easy access to good hiking trail through trees, but otherwise not walking distance to anything but the Safeway and I wouldn't want to try and lug groceries (no good sidewalks). Was quiet for once, usually have lots of neighbors noise in these kind of places. I don't think I'll stay here again.

My sister and I are owners. We rented a couple of units with our points so that our friends could join us for a ski week. We were fortunate enough to arrive after a blizzard left 68 inches of new snow.Rooms: The rooms are pretty spaciousNearby activities: Heavenly ski resort is about 15 minutes drive awayWalkability: One of our friends enjoyed running in this area. It's also really close to a Safeway, so she enjoyed walking there too.

Wonderful place. Very clean and service was great. Guest parking was off site at night that made me a little nervous but it worked out.Rooms: The rooms have very comfortable beds and the decor was awesome.

We used someone else's timeshare, well one person was with us.. We've thought about timeshare for retirement. We won't be going with Wyndham at this point.We planned meals ahead and were depending on reheating in the microwave. The microwave was broken and the floors were filthy. We went to clean up a spill and the paper towels came out black. ICK.Otherwise 4 sisters enjoyed the large 3 bedroom condo type building.

I stayed there with my family over New Year's for 2023 and I can't write a glowing enough review. It was a great location and they have THE BEST MOST ATTENTIVE STAFF of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Sam the assistant manager was particularly accommodating by helping us get our cars dug out of the snow and providing the best advice and service you could ever expect to receive. I 100% recommend staying here! You will be in good hands!

They seem to be focusing on customer service more. We have been coming here for over a two decades and we really love it here but it was always low key about customer focus which was fine with us but we did notice more effort in making sure everything is ok. We had to get our gas fireplace fixed but not a big deal. Love this place. Highly recommend.

We had a 3 bedroom unit. Greeted by friendly staff members and our unit was ready when we arrived. The unit was clean and pretty much up to date. Luckily, we were on the first floor, there are some buildings without elevators. Beautiful setting, short walk to the lake. Parking is a problem, one vehicle per unit. Great experience.

I am a Wyndham owner and have been here many times in the 20 years that I ve owned. We like to come in the winter when it has snowed so we can experience winter . Very close to Nevada beach, a short walk, and a grocery store within blocks. Downtown casinos are also close as well as Heavenly. We love coming here and this last visit it looked like they had made improvements in the rooms. Will continue to come here.

DO NOT BUY POINTS!!! THIS FRANCHISE IS DEAD!!! Let me explain. The price of the Point has gone up dramatically. However, the quality of the Condos has only gotten worse:Checkout has been shortened by 2 hours. 10AMThe toilet seats are still the cheap square ones that you cant use for too long.The dishwashers are smelling like old artichoke stems.Theres STILL no Air Conditioning.The kitchen doesnt have enough of what a Foodie needs to cook with.But hey.... At least they made the TVs spin around in circles...... Thats totally worth $70,000 right???

The Location is great! It's near Nevada Beach!Service is great until they start trying to sale you a membership or get you to attend their sales presentation. That took service down a notch because it wasn't just an invite it almost turned into an argument. I didn't pay for a room to attend a 90+ minute condo presentation for something I'm not going to buy. I don't want yearly maintenance fees or to mortgage my vacation.The rooms were redone but you could see signs of water damage. The pull out bed was not thought out with the ceiling design.The floor in the kitchen was quite dirty.

The world is getting hotter. This resort has NO air conditioning in rooms. Very uncomfortable during summer. I stayed here last week. I accidentally left $200.00 in workout gear in the bottom drawer of dresser in my room. I called withing 24 hours to report it. I spoke to general manager of housekeeping. She said they had not found anything. I asked if housekeeping checks the dresser drawers when cleaning the rooms. She said yes. So either A) Housekeeping did not check the drawer; B) Housekeeping checked the drawer, found my gear and took it for themselves; or C) The new guests in the room are not being honest about finding my stuff and are keeping it for themselves. I will not be staying here again. If you stay here, don't bother unpacking your things...best to keep them in your suitcase.

Great place to stay even when it s snowing. Zephyr cove has a fun pool for the kids, hiking trails are perfect and the off season sales in the shops are awesome. We stayed a week and the time went really fast. So beautiful all around the lake.

I've stayed here 3 times and enjoy it very much. Rooms are very well maintained, up to date & comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, with mountain landscape, very quiet.My only complaint is their rule to only allow 1 car per unit in their lot, extra cars are expected to park on the street outside the property... it's impossible to find a place to park outside the property. They "say" the lots fill up BUT they never do so this's a ridiculous rule. Otherwise, LOVE this place!

Just got home from our third stay at this resort. My wife and I think it is a beautiful place to stay. It's a wooded property with several buildings spread out containing over a hundred suites. The suites have kitchens, a living room, dining room and nice bedrooms. There's a balcony overlooking this scenic wonder. There is a flat screen television in the living room as well as a gas fireplace. This resort also has a swimming pool, though it is currently closed for the season. The club house has a fitness center, a pool table and ping pong. The hosts where you check in are very nice and helpful. One of them helped me with a camera problem. Nevada Beach is a short half mile away. Zephyr Cove is nearby for Emerald Bay cruises on the M. S. Dixie paddle wheeler. Casino's are a short drive away. We are already booked to return early next year. Lake Tahoe for my wife and I is one our favorite destinations.
