Great staff very friendly. Went out of there way to work with me on replacing my water pump. I got towed there on Friday Labor day weekend. The shop was closed for the holiday weekend. On Tuesday morning they worked on my RV. They are a busy shop but knowing I had limited funds and had already been paying for a motel they started the work and had it done by early afternoon! All I have to say is if you are in need of RV repair I recommend you call Masses Repair.

First, they rebuilt the fun in of my truck. That cost me over $6000. And the truck drives worse now than it did before it went there. I bought an engine solutions kit for my truck. That he approved rebuilt my engine charge me. Over 10 grand to do the work. They broke my radiator charge me for that.Watching part of the road that they said in the kit were no good. My truck runs worse now than it ever. Has runs worse than when I went in there. And now I have oil puking out. Cool it from a blow head gabsolutely. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with the shop will not fix my truck. Because some of the parts I bought separate, they won't warranty. The truck does not write, right? It has 8 engine codes now when it when I and had one. So if you want work done, take it to a dealership instead of one of these garages. Because this is the kind of work, they do charge me over 40 hours to do the work. Just shouldn't have been 30 hours.

Updated: the engine work is incomplete. We're still receiving error codes. "Take it to Ford" is not what I want to hear after spending $10k at Masses. We had another mechanic review the work, and he highlighted things that we had been charged for that were incomplete.A nominal thing, but indicitive of Masses quality of work: our travel trailer, they replaced a fan switch with an off/on switch that doesn't have direction or speed control. I have to order the correct switch and replace it myself. *facepalmI THOUGHT Masses was doing me right but after further research...not so much.Original: I found Masses' when I moved here shortly after the world shut down. They are nice people and it feels good to support a local family owned business rather than a corporation. They've always done me right from oil changes to engine work. I highly recommend Masses.

They lied about how long they did the work they lied about what they supposedly did. All that money I spent they did NOT even fix the problem on my camper

Our rear tire was making a noise and I have never had a problem with our Subaru before. I was worried. I asked around and Masses was recommended to me. We dropped the car off and in a couple of hours they called back. The bearings were the cause of the noise. They recommend both rear ones should be repaired. They quickly ordered the parts and the next day the car was ready! Unbelievably quick! They gave us a military discount too! Very friendly as well! I highly recommend this repair shop!

Had to call in about our town and country van, the staff was pleasant and very helpful in resolving our issue. In my opinion went above and beyond as is their reputation with many of my own customers. I'm blown away. I thought they were reputable. Does anyone know what the word INTEGRITY means? Took my car to Masses Repair last month (towed it because it was broken down). They replaced the starter for $250 which is not a bad price for a NEW starter. This "new" starter lasted 5 weeks and then quit on us, breaking down in Fernley... THANKS MASSES REPAIR FOR THE $300 TOW JOB AND ANOTHER $150 TO ACTUALLY INSTALL A NEW STARTER. I would have made this my regular auto shop since it's just down the road a bit and already gave them a few thousand bucks worth of business, but not only did they lie about installing a new starter, we ended up stranded with both of our dogs in the heat. Had to spend another $100 on top of the tow and auto repair to rent a car to get the dogs home. Your DISHONESTY has caused me another $600 LOSS on a car that I've already been ripped off on twice before!

Called after a week to see what was going on with an rv. They said they hadnt had time to look at it. Told them id pick it up. Go to pick it up and they are trying to charge me $160 to look at it...after they told me hours before they havent looked at it...Worst place ever...Absolute crooks.

John is the best he dropped what he was doing to come service my a.c unit on my rv!Took him 20 minutes and he was done!Very professional, curious, and polite.Ask for him!
