Awesome service Chaz and Riley and staff were so helpful with us and we so appreciate the peace of mind they gave us. We drove in at 20 min before closing to a welcoming smile and how can we help you!! We had just lost 10lb of pressure in one tire and still had over 100 miles to go and it was going to get dark. They took the tire off and checked it all out for us and didn't even charge us for their trouble!! Thank you so much guys!!!

Mason Valley Tire...We Are from Idaho and had to get brand new tires for my mother in law who lives in yerington for her car.I just want to say Chaz and his workers were outstanding!Very professional and courteous and competitive! They had her car in-and-out in just a little over 60 minutes!Beautiful Michelin Defender 2sIt was a very great Hometown feel.Will definitely use them again!!Thanks Chaz so much for everything! I stopped in their parking lot to check my GPS.Best parking lot I've ever been in. No one ran out of the business to chase me off. I wasn't robbed by a band of thugs and there were no pot holes.

My camper blew a tire and it was towed to this location. When I called on Monday morning, I was told the tire would be replaced by Tuesday at 5pm. I called again on Tuesday afternoon and was assured it would be done by 5pm and I asked if I could pick it up on Wednesday morning. Imagine our surprise when I show up at 11:58AM that the trailer was still sitting with the blown tire. The shop was closed for lunch for an hour and I couldn't get the tire until almost 5pm the following day. Terrible customer service and not keeping the schedule that was agreed.

Just wanted to get 2 tires mounted for my car. Got lectured as to why I bought tires if I didn't have someone to mount them and why I didn't call him for tires when I in fact I did & couldn't wait 4 days for the tires to come in. Poor customer service

After a simple tire change the weights they used to balance the tire, came off while driving, got caught in the brake system, damage the wheel and they refuse to pay for any of the damage. Stay away from this place.
