Amazing customer support and service! They kept my little trailer for me on their lot until I was able to drive from Boise to pick it up after doing the full sale online! Nice to know there are still great small businesses out there as I have always preferred to work with them as big businesses and you again made my choice definitely worth it. I live my trailer and my Honda Element pulls it like a dream! Thanks again .

Erika was so great to work with-so patient and customer obsessed. Lisa was awesome as well with all the purchasing details she addressed on our end. The staff that walked me through the delivery were very thorough and just good people to deal with.

Best utility trailer dealer in the West! Enclosed, open, flat, cargo, dump, toy or car hauler they have them all. Very reasonable pricing.

My wife and I had such a great experience buying a trailer from Huntley a few years back, we didn't even think twice about going to them again when it was time for another. And, just as before, they were awesome and super easy to work with! Came in looking to buy an 18' drive over car hauler but ended up leaving with a 20', something we really wanted anyway and thanks to Erika letting us know that it was on sale and actually $100 cheaper. We literally were in and out in about half an hour. I would highly recommend making the drive out and buying from them.

Best vehicle purchase ever. I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and Mark and they made my purchase smooth and efficient. I was in and out in an hour and the whole crew pitched in to prep the trailer (which included a wash), complete the paperwork and attach it to my SUV. And of course they gave me an excellent price. PJ makes great trailers and Mark and Lisa made the buying experience so easy.

I wish I could leave a better review, but this is my experience and the customer service at this business is abysmal. I called on Thursday around noon and spoke to a sales representative who said she was new but would find out all the questions I had to make a purchase of a new trailer. She said she would text me the information or call back within the hour. The business closed at 4:00 pm, so I called back multiple times between 3-3:30 pm and no one answered the phones, so I left several messages. No one called back, so I called Friday morning and no one is answering the phones. I contacted them through the chat box on their website and still, as of almost 3:00 pm, no one has responded or contacted me. This is absolutely no way to sell a trailer or to run a business. I would highly recommend finding someone else to buy your trailers from. Sad, really, but they lost a sale.

Seriously, the easiest purchase ever! I saw the trailer I wanted online. Made a simple phone call to get the deal done. Showed up a couple days later to get the trailer and sign paperwork. They had the trailer and paperwork ready to go I was in and out in about half an hour. Everyone on site was helpful and friendly. I will be recommending!

I was looking for a trailer to move equipment. I researched their website and saw one I liked. When I went to the dealership, I let the salesman make his pitch. After telling him what I was looking for, he showed me the same trailer I had looked at, and sold it at a price lower than the advertised price.I'm more than satisif.

Great prices and great service!!! Jim was my sales Rep. and he explained the trailer from the bottom up. He have me a great deal on a trailer and even better deal on a spare tire! Best price and knowledge of the trailers in northern Nevada. I check prices in Reno and Carson and they couldn't come close to the prices at Team Trailers Plus. Deffinetly going back!!!

I have bought trailers before from many other places in Nevada. I was working in town and decided to check out Trailers Plus. They had a great selection of trailers in their inventory. They were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and prices seemed reasonable. Price isn't everything to me when you get great service. I decided to buy right then and there. They did all of my DMV paperwork on the spot. I was very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend them. I have been back since to buy accessories for my trailer. They have a great selection of accessories for trailers.

I purchased a 14ft utility trailer in mid May. I hooked up and pulled it to Boise. Before leaving Boise I checked the tires and realized all 4 tires were bald on the outer edges. After having it inspected it was due to bent axles.I had to return home to Texas, while my newly purchased trailer and Ranger sits in Idaho waiting to find out of the warranty will cover the costs, then continue waiting while the trailer is repaired. I sit here today still waiting on approval fro repair, 90 days later.

We drove to Yerington because we heard good things about Huntley. Boy we were disappointed. They advertise on their website and Craigslist with low prices. You get there and their prices where way higher. When asked about their advertising, they said they have a disclosure and wouldn't honer the advertised price. Then the lady in the office very unpleasantly yelled across the store WE STAND BY OUR DISCLOSURE. Not to mention several hundred dollars in doc fees. Horrible. Don't waste your gas driving there.

I bought a trailer and it vibrated right from the get go, I took it back two times and they put all new tires on it, still vibrated it, then they wanted me to take it elsewhere and pay to have it fixed and they would not cover it. I used my American Express card to buy it and I called them and they said take it back and they will put the money back on my account. Trailers Plus is a rip off and they do not warranty their trailers, yes, you get a warranty, just try and cash in on it. Check out BBB and many other sites, lots of complaints from other customers. I have had a great experience with Fox Trailers in Post Falls, honest and do what they say. No BS, Trailers Plus was also rude and tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Purchased another trailer for our business. Mark and Lisa were great to deal with. Fast to the point pricing.No pressure.No BS. Knowledgable.You will not find a better price in nevada on a PJ trailer or a faster transaction.

Checked these guys out because of previous reviews. Looked around and thought, what the hell? These prices are high, and the quality of welds, painting, equipment etc., are low quality. Don't waste your time here folks. LOOK at tractor trailer supply.

Bought a flatbed truck bed , was told it was 84x84. Wife picked up flatbed and it was actually 84x96. Returned bed and ordered TWO 84x84 bed. Upon returning owner was very rude to my wife and told her he couldn't return sales tax. Ordered beds anyway and when they came in I personally went to pick them up. Owner said he couldn't return sales tax because it was paid already. I told him every retailer in Nevada will return sales tax. This guy was going to charge sales tax to the next guy to buy the bed and make a nice 7% straight to his pocket. Charge sales tax TWICE- come on now. Morally and ethically wrong. Will never do buisness again. I manage a ranch with several pickups, bought 2 new trucks that need beds. Anyone sell flat beds. Negative stars and extremely unprofessional.
