Had a dilemma with spark plugs and my car was not idling well at all. The boys there last night were very nice and helpful. Got me out of there and on my way in under an hour. Thankful they were the only ones open after 8pm

Very disappointed with your night shift that worked on 10/07. Once it s gets closer to night they don t want to do any repairs. Arrived at 10pm and asked to perform a minor repair that will take at most 30min with right tools. Empty bay, no one is in line, no wait. Mechanics where just hiding in a back, chatting and dragging their time, service advisor told me to come back in the morning. When I approached them second time saying that it will not take much time to help me, they just said that they still have to do lunches and breaks, pretty much brushed me off, because it was the end of their shift. They closed the shop 15min before midnight and went on a break or something. Very disappointed. If shop is open 24hrs, they supposed to perform a work regardless of type. You just have very lazy mechanics there, that would prefer not even start on a work if their shift will be over within couple of hours. We had all necessary parts at hand and were able to do what we need by hand at the lot, took us 2 hours. We were willing to pay to get that part replaced quickly with right tools. These guys just don t care and didn t want to make money for their company. Very disappointed with their attitude. I ve been at other Loves shops, and guys there where helpful and tried to go above and beyond to get us back on the road. But this place is a joke.

I frequent Speedco's in Ripon, Fernley, Wells, Corning and more. This is by far the worst one I've been to. They're were extremely unprofessional and slow. I spent 1.75 hours there for a 30 minute job with no one in front of me. But the saddest part was when I over heard a mechanic, referring to a waiting driver say forget about him he can wait. If I didn't hear it I'd wouldn't believe it. Maybe that's why no one was waiting.

The mechanic doesn t even want to change a tire, citing that he has a flight in the morning.why advertise a service if you can t provide it within the business hours you set.You can t rely on this place to get you back on the road.

It s a Sunday I had to pull in to have seal leak redone that wasn t properly fixed at a loves in California.Not good when someone has to go behind someone else s work and probably not get paid for it!! SMHJAYLON the Mechanic and LEE definitely got me back rolling!!I appreciate it!!!Services: Tires, Brakes

This Speedco in Winnemucca,NV was great. The team here all had great attitudes & their manager Matthew was more like a leader than a boss. He gets in there with the crew & helps out when needed. Really clean shop too.

I called in to get an oil change as advertised on google. The guy that answered said they can do it but I have to bring my own oil which I did. Then once I got there it was almost as if I was treated like a joke. Then they asked if I brought my oil and I replied yes I called in earlier if that was okay then they said okay well do it for $89 worst rip off ever. Just because theyre were associated next to Loves never going to Love gas station ever and share my worst experience ever..

Horrible service, I had problem with trailer airbag. Mechanic like name Dave only wants to waste your time. They have 2 shift mechanics. First shift Dave moved my work to second shift to next day because he didn t have time. I arrived at 4 pm and there was only one customer. I asked how long you need to wait from that customer he said 1 hour. So they stopped taking jobs literally from 5 pm. And 2nd shift mechanics diagnosed all day to find a problem. Then said they would need to order parts. And they said it takes many days. They charged me for 3 hour labor 450$. And plus I paid for overnight stay. Person called dave wants to only fix flat tires. And choses very easy jobs. You may guess that they get paid minimum hourly wage, so better for them to take easy jobs like only flat tires. The problem was Dave did call only one store to check for parts available next to me which nobody even has answered the call.I asked him if he can call other stores he did replied to me rudely that he is calling what he can. He also mentioned earlier that he doesn t know what is the problem with truck and I need to wait 2 more days which wasn t clear to me at all. I guessed next shift would come after 2 days so the guy called dave wouldn t work this job.As he is lazy and wants get easy jobs only like flat tires.I left loves unhappy. And I came to truck repair place like 3 mins away from there. Its called dave schidrick. From this place I asked if they know the guy name dave who works in loves, receptionist said yes and asked me if I want him to fix the truck . But they said I would need to wait longer for him as he has left to TA to fix flat tires.

To all the complainers.Welcome to America, nobody wants to work because the pay is low and you can t afford anything with inflation.Speedco was out of filters because nobody was at the businesses that make them, you can blame the elitist governments for shutting down the world over a cold, not the guys who are trying to work.Be grateful for everything you get, even if it takes time.. you are ONE person from NO SERVICE AT ALL.

I truly wish I could give zero stars. I needed a tire patch. Turned out to be a bad tire all in all. Took them an hour to find a tire and another hour and a half just to get it on. Not including 4 hours of waiting for the bay to open. Absolutely horrible. To top it off I try to talk to the manager and he says you can go to the TA. What a great guy to have for this company.

I like Loves- Speedco only because of Convenience, and Sometimes they do Good. But this location doesn't have filters or Equipment to do Oil changes... Isn't that what u do? Employee told me they was out almost a month now..... Loves Ur Better then this and if U guys would Pay Premium Pay and get some Really good Techs or Employees. Ull take over America in Service with Concepts and Availability across ... Alone....

This place is ok. You have new hires doing pm service n they susceptible to making mistakes. But if ur patient enuf u won't be frustrated. It took a while to get my pm service done cuz the newbie couldn't get truck started. He didn't put diesel inside the fuel,/water separator bowl n it created a vacuum which sucked air into system.

Told us to come in even after i told them what's wrong. After 2 hours waiting there was no customers they were just standing around i called them. They told me they only got 2 batteries and they can't work on my semi cause i need 4 batteries!!!Service: BatteryService: Battery

THESE GENTLEMEN ARE ON TOP OF THEIR GAME ! NO QUESTIONS ASKED ! MR SHAWN AND MR TYLER : HIGH SPEED INDIVIDUALS ! THEY BOTH DESERVE A RAISE AND A FULLY PAID VACATION !!! GOT ME IN QUICKLY FOR AN OIL CHANGE , WALKED OUT WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE ! PLUS THEY LET ME STAY IN MY TRUCK !!!
