I was traveling through Nevada a couple weeks ago and lost a brake hose on my truck around 400-430 in the afternoon. Even though they didn't have the hose in stock that evening, they were able to have it the next day by 900AM. All the other parts stores were at least two days out. I later found out that one of the employees lives about an hour away and stops at another store on his way to work to pick-up special-order parts like mine. Even though this is business as usual for this team, it was a tremendous help to me, and I was back on the road before noon.

So the first 2 times I visited this store, I got the distinct feeling I was bothering the staff by actually wanting to purchase something. So I held off reviewing the store till I had gone back. I have gone back for parts 3 times now and staff, although not super friendly they were professional and helpful. I was pleased with the transaction and staff did do a fine job. I may have caught someone on a bad day my first few visits. But service has improved greatly.

They had my parts I'm in my motorhome across the street from Walmart the people are very knowledgeable and very helpful went out of their way to explain how to fix the motor home the prices are very reasonable definitely recommend going there for parts if you break down in Winnemucca off the 80 Freeway stopped at Walmart there's a Napa right next door you can park on the street in front of Walmart and fix your vehicle with honest people

They refused to take a return for a part that was still new in box, even with receipt. Also very rude and dismissive, terrible customer service compared to other Napa autos. Don t bring your service here

The Napa guys here are wonderful. I always go in yelling about how I don't know anything about my car or how to do any mechanic work, and they always sell me the right parts anyways.

My special orders came in the next day. The clerk is able to find solutions to my needs and questions timely.
