My Dad's been coming here for years since moving here and they always fix up his car in a timely manner! They are really nice and honest people! Highly recommend this mechanic!!!

I'd been travelling with a bad glow plug for a couple weeks. We stopped in Winnemucca for a week and decided to get it taken care of. Guys got me in the next day. Quoted me $180 and the final price was $150. I think the guy up front was Anthony? Super friendly. Non-stop traffic coming in and out of there, so they must do a good business. Very positive experience. Did what they said they would do on time and for less than quoted in a friendly manner.......what more could I ask for.

Thank you Manzo's Garage!! I wish I could pack you up and bring you with me to Oregon!We were traveling from Southern Oregon to Salt Lake City, Utah. We had a huge rainstorm in one of the canyons that brought down some rocks across the road.I ran over a rock that punctured and hit several places under our car. We were able to make it to Winnemucca, and stay the night.The woman at the hotel recommended Manzo's Garage.They opened at 8:00 a.m., I was there at 7:50. I could see that someone was already working on a car. That was impressive!Once you notice me waiting at the door, he came over and open the door and asked how he could help me. They were not even open yet!I explained our situation, that we're out of town and that we were trying to get to Salt Lake.He took the car that was on the lift off, and put our car on to assess the damage.He brought me back to look at the damage, and explained where the rock hit, and what was going to need to be replaced and when.We were incredibly blessed to find out that the only damage that needed to be repaired soon was to the evap canister. This was something that we could drive to Salt Lake with.He was honest, professional, efficient, and so kind! I have never been treated so well before by a mechanic. He is so honest!He took probably 15 minutes of his time with me and my car, and didn't even want to charge me anything!I'm stunned by such incredible and kind customer service!I tipped him incredibly well! I wanted to show him my gratitude of all that he did for us.Thank you Manzo's Garage!!! All of the excellent reviews are spot on - these folks are the best. We were traveling to Winnemucca with our trailer a few days ago and realized we were having brake problems. Despite how busy they were, they diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in a very timely manner, and the cost was very reasonable. Can t thank them enough. Excellent mechanics, but also wonderful human beings!

Manzo is not only an excellent mechanic, he is a wonderful human soul. He recently saved me - big time. I was on I-80 in route to the west coast for my daughter's birthday party. I had major vehicle trouble and made it to Winnemucca, got lost looking for a different auto shop and stumbled upon Manzos. The shop looked busy so I left, but then he came running out asking me if I needed help. I told him my situation. He dropped what he was working on and immediately went to task solving my problem. Thanks to him I made it to my daughter's party - just in the nik of time! He explained to me clearly the mechanical issue, sat with me looking online to choose the parts needed, based on the prices, and gave the precise estimate. An honest and excellent person. If you have car trouble while traveling 80 go here before anywhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were traveling through town when we started having issues with our truck. It s always scary being from out of town and trying to pick a good and trustworthy mechanic. These guys were awesome they got us fixed up quickly and we re very fairly priced.

We can't thank the Team of Manzo's Garage enough! They are unbelievable! They helped us when we urgently needed theire help. We broke down and called them, they were so helpful and found the quickest and best possible solution when we came to their garage. They are the best mechanics and great people! Outstanding work! Friendly, and knowledgable. Trust me, this is where you want to take your vehicle for all of your repairs. Honest, trustworthy, and tell you up front what the problem is within 30 minutes, and the expected cost so there are no surprises. Count on it being done correctly! Brakes went out on the passenger side front wheel of my Jeep, while in Nevada, clear across the country, which I'd just had replaced at Baggett's Auto Connection in Joelton TN, before leaving the state. These guys found a pin hole in the metal brake line attachment, and replaced it. Never another issue with brakes.

These guys are simply the best! My wife & I were just passing through when we had serious problems with our H3 Hummer. They really went above & beyond to get us back on the road. We were there with our RV camping in Water Canyon. They brought me to my RV then picked me up the next day when my vehicle was ready. They really could've gouged us but they didn't. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in trouble in that area. Thank you guys very much!

Manzo s saved us! We are on a long road trip and traveling with our dog. We started noticing car issues yesterday- we just showed up at 8a this morning and they were able to get us in at 10a. Checked the whole car out and determined it could just be from the new tires we had to put on yesterday in Elko, so may need balancing. They didn t even charge us! They are the kindest and most honest mechanics.We HIGHLY RECOMMENDED them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My jeep broke down on my route to bear lake Utah and these guys were so awesome at taking time out of their schedule to help me in my time of need. They found what was wrong and were able to get the jeep fixed and back on the road. Also their prices were really fair! We broke down just outside of town on our way to the Bay Area and Manzo's was the only place in town that would see our car that same day. We were treated with respect and sympathy. Our car was given priority and we were able to continue first thing the next morning. Manzo's son told us they make an effort to give priority to people who are just passing through and caught in an unfortunate situation. Well done, Manzo's!

OMG! This is the only garage you should take your car to!!! Elias worked on my Ford F350 in his off time as we were traveling from Colorado to Oregon. We had to stay an extra day because he thought it was fixed but a new part was needed. He was very very fair on his prices and as fast as he possibly could be since it wasn't a scheduled repair. If I lived here, this would be the ONLY shop I would use! Thank you Elias & Anthony for helping these Colorado travelers get back on the road!Service: Engine repair

I have to apologize to Manzo's for not posting a review sooner, because 9 months ago they provided me with far better service than I thought possible. The work was simple, but it was their attitude and honesty that set them apart. It was 5pm on a Friday as my car was towed in from over 100 miles away after getting several gallons of diesel instead of gas at the most remote gas station in Oregon. I had topped it off with gas to bring it to about 80/20 gas/diesel but I was afraid of damaging the engine. I had resigned myself to getting a motel room and hoping a garage would be open the next day. I was thrilled to see Manzo's was still open at 5, and blown away when they agreed to look at my car immediately, without having called ahead. After 10 minutes of cranking the starter and spraying starter fluid into the intake, they got the engine running and told me how to safely burn off the bad gas. I drove away before 530, out of pocket $40. They knew I was completely stranded and at their mercy. Instead of taking advantage of me, they accommodated me after hours with a simple low cost repair, when they could have told me an expensive repair was necessary. This is a testament to their trustworthiness and pride in doing their job correctly. Thanks Manzo's!

I would give 7 stars if I could. My brakes completely busted on my way home on a road trip. They were able to fix it within 2 hours and get me back on the road for cheaper than other places. Guys knew what they were doing for sure. Really good customer service too, they were straight forward with what needed to be done and really nice people. I believe its family owned too if I remember right. Would highly recommend.

We got a charging system error light on our truck outside of Winnemucca. We got the truck limped into Winnemucca where it would no longer run. We were far from home and needed it fixed fast. The Manzo s team took care of us and diagnosed the alternator needed replacement that afternoon and before 10 am the next day had the truck fixed and rolling again. They were fast and professional every step of the process. I can t thank these guys enough for all they did and for their fast and professional work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

This place is Great! We were on our way to Sacramento over Christmas (from Boise) and our car started having issues. They were able to fix it in a couple hrs and we were on our way. 1.) They showed me everything going on. 2.) Used a camera to check for issues. 3.) Allowed me to watch the repairs. 4.) Did not up charge us for parts. Really nice people and allowed us to make it to family for Christmas!!! Thank You

After braking down and being towed into a dealership late on a Friday night, only to find out nobody in service works the weekend, my wife and I were a little frustrated. Saturday Morning, we contacted Manzo and he said he would be happy to run the diagnostics on the vehicle, but it might be a couple hours as he was pretty backed up.After waiting only 20 minutes, he came in and said lets take a look.Long and short of it, he found a very simple air leak, tightened a clamp and had us out the door in 15 minutes at a more than reasonable price. We then continued home to Arizona and drove over 700 miles without a hick-up.Can't say enough good about Manzo , If I were local, he'd do all my work.

The family and associates at Manzos treated me with honesty , professionalism and integrity. I broke down a 1000 miles from home and needless to say , really appreciated their help .The HONESTY and attention to detail would have anyone singing the praises .I would send my Mom here and be so comfortable. My interior light was on during our move and they shared how to turn it off. They could've charged me and I would have been clueless but they didn't. I sent my daughter to get her oil change, once again they were professional and kind. Our family has found a repair company we will be stayingwith in Winnemucca.

These guys are great! My son had car trouble during a trip from Colorado to California. It turned out to be a minor issue, and Manzo's fixed it quickly and for no charge. The world needs more shops like this.

What a helpful group of people. I was towing my family 5th wheel through town when my I started having engine temperature spikes. Limped into town over the weekend and first thing Monday morning Manzo's had me come over to the garage to help me out despite the fact that they did not have an open appointments. Anthony took care of me, and thankfully it was just a leaky radiator hose. He called around to a few parts stores in the area and thankfully someone had what we needed. He replaced the hose while I waited and got me back on the road. He also took the time to mention that it seemed like my transmission shifted a little hard and when we get to wear I was going, I should have it serviced and replace the transmission filters. He went above and beyong to help me and my family get back on the road. Thank you!!

Elias is professional and very competent his experience saved our trip. He assisted me with a fuel injector system malfunction issue when my check engine light came on before Winnemucca. He also gave advice regarding my fuel pump that will possibly save me from trouble the Future. Very reasonable and honest as well, thank you.

Manzo is always busy, but he is by far the best mechanic in town! He is worth the wait. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable. I absolutley refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else.

Our truck broke down at 12:00 Noon, in Winnemucca, Nevada. The tow truck driver recommended Manzo's Garage. Our AAA agent advised us to go to another shop that was AAA approved but we trusted the local tow truck drivers advice. We arrived about 12:30 pm. Without an appointment, the owner Elias Manzo, diagnosed the problem, had the part delivered, an alternator, the old one out and installed in an hour and a half. I was back on the road 2:00 pm. Great work, reasonable prices, friendly and competent. He saved our trip. If you ever break down between Reno and Elko on highway 80 get towed to Manzo's Garage.
