We feel it is important for AutoZone know the character of their employees . We tried to resolve this issue over the phone, and AutoZone said there is nothing they will do about their employees behavior when they are not at work.

Great customer service from Beverly. I am from Cheyenne WY, and was visiting family, and it was time for the road trip back. Oil was a bit low, and she took the time to put in oil and explain how oil drained and a explained a true oil reading. Very grateful!

Nathan was incredibly helpful with explaining my DEF shortage. He explained the two kinds available and after I purchased he helped refill my Sprinter. He went over and above to help make sure I understood that truck stops have it available at truck pumps the next time I needed it to warn me of the perils of running low. Go here for great customer service and any low fluids for your vehicle.

Had some auto troubles on a cross country road trip. Bev and Mike provided fantastic support to us in our time of need. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, doing their best to provide us assistance at the lowest cost. Can't thank them enough.

Beverly was an absolute angel to us when we had to replace our trailer hitch. She helped get us everything we needed because we did not know what we needed! I hope she gets a raise! Star employee!

Can't say enough about this franchise. Traveling I-80 threw a check engine light and we stopped here to read the error code. Most helpful. Special shout out to Hollie for all the assistance.

1st time I called I had nice and great customer service! Now going inside a whole different story an older gentleman greated me rudely & when I was trying to describe what I needed he said can't get that you need to go to a glass shop rudely.... how come every other autoparts store was able to try and help me.... not impressed at all & I WILL NEVER shop at AutoZone if they treat younger woman with disrespect & rudeness... I felt hurt the way I was treated by this older gentleman & yes I went in with a mask.

Not many reps help us get what we want at many of the other AutoZone I've been to. These guys did to a great extent. Highly appreciate it!

I went in there while passing through the town,in desperate need of an air filter! It was so bad it was affecting my acceleration! They got me the right one, changed it for me and sent me on my way within 10min ! I can't say enough good things about the service. Thank you to the young girl and older gentlemen working 7/14 around closing time!
