Steve always does a great job. I have 5 older vehicles and a new vehicle. I have lived her since 2007. I've been to other mechanics around town. I only take my vehicles to steve. He is honest and will make sure your vehicle is safe and operating correctly. He will fix you vehicle all the way and get to the root issue of what is causing you trouble. I only recommend his shop.

Passing through on my way to California and my engine started chugging and losing power. Because I'm crazy, I rolled through at around 5:30am so I called around and left messages for everyone with vm and waited until they opened at 8. All Pro called me before 8- early bird respect. Anyway, it was a puzzle with no code. But all the dash lights started flashing when it came off the tow truck, so I was looking for a room for the weekend I was pretty sure. He said he would call in an hour or so after he figured it out. After an hour and a half I called him and he was heading out to test drive it! He had diagnosed it the old-fashioned way, with his noggin, found a part and off I went! I was not just thrilled, but very appreciative of his detailed explanation of why different things happened. All around great experience. He has a pretty hilarious sense of humor as well! For the record, I also received a call back from Manzos, so if you're broke down in Winnemucca start with All Pro then Manzo's, they both were willing to squeeze in a traveler on a Friday.

Steve pretty much saved our Thanksgiving Holiday from a real disaster! We broke down pretty much on 80, limped into his garage 10 minutes before close, and he was actually there, he hadn't closed early to start his holiday. Steve was quick, efficient, and had a state of the art computer, that help clear our transmission troubles in about ten minutes time! Oh and he is reasonably priced and nice!!!!

Xcellent. Steve was recommended by another good outfit here in town for an issue on my pickup. What was thought to be the problem wasn't it at all. He took the time to dial it in and repaired what was need.Just got the wife's car back from him for some recommend repairs he suggested and while he was at it found what could have turned into a serious problem. He's got our business for as long as he's in business. Very Happy!

Nothing but great things to say about Steve. We broke down 85 miles from Winnemucca but chose to be towed to him because of his fair pricing, and his honest and genuine opinion about the car not what would make him the most money. He even called to check up on us after the radiator blew and he fixed it along with the thermostat. Made it all the way to California safely! If you get stuck in the desert call thisman!

Steve was outrageously pleasant and accommodating through some very long, very serious car drama I encountered on my way to Burning Man this year. In case you have car problems near Winnemucca... pick this guy!!

Called because I felt something slip loose when I engaged my clutch pedal. He went to where I had parked it, compressed the clutch repeatedly until he locked it up, then pulled my vehicle to his shop a block away. Kept it 2 weeks, then called to say he had dropped the transmission and learned it wasn't the clutch, but that the bellhousin was bad, and repairs would cost around 1200.00. I asked why he didn't tell me all of that before he dropped the transmission and his reply was that he had no way of knowing what was wrong until he had done that. Waited a week for a bellhousin to be shipped in from CA, that never came. Said he then ordered one from someone in Idaho, another week. Finally, he called that it was repaired. He said when he was through with the repairs, he filled it with coolant and it poured out like water in a sive. To that, he rerouted my heater core hoses, and supposedly, that did the trick. Heater core was okay. When I picked it up, he then suggested 2 freeze plugs were partially popped out, and implied he pushed them back in with his hands. Impossible! I left, it was snowing, and got 20 miles down the interstate and overheated, had to stop. Called him and he said "I didn't repair it for an overheating problem"! Heater core hose not tightened, coolant lost. Filled with water, and continued on. I-5 in California, felt something hit the firewall with force, lost power and had to stop. 135.00 to tow it to the parking lot where I still sit after two weeks, no money, sleeping in a freezing, broken down vehicle that I can't start, with no food. Freeze plug blow out caused overheating that lead to blown head gasket. Local mechanic said 1600.00 - 2000.00 to replace. I got his repair invoice out to discover several discrepancies. He charged me for clutch assembly that he said he did not replace, expansion freeze plugs, not installed (mine are still metal), a USED bellhousin, and multiple other deceitful things. Attaching copy of invoice as proof, and will be consulting an attorney.Update: It was discovered the bellhousing he said he was waiting for, and the reason he kept my vehicle 2 weeks, is original to the jeep. That was an untruth. The jeep had been driven and the engine blown while in his shop, 5 blow out places on head gasket, engine had to be replaced. He stalled because he couldn't build enough compression to start it, hence the aluminum sealant, and 3 quarts of 90 weight motor oil. Took it in for clutch repair, not engine work.

Suck a kind and compassionate business!! They really helped us in a time of need while we were traveling across the country and our sequoia broke down! While it was a last minute fix, they didn't give us any trouble and even went above and beyond to see to it we were on the road again in no time!! We are so thankful they were there to help us!!!!
