Great little RV park. We stayed here for 3 nights during our daughter s softball tournament. Can t say enough about this place. Bathrooms/showers are extremely clean and free! Our site was great and everything worked. This place is a great deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in late September for one night in our 25 foot motor home. Sites are one next to the other and fortunately our neighbors were as quiet as we were. The bathrooms, although dated were very clean with good showers. It isn't a huge RV park so I'd recommend making reservations ahead of time if you can. Check in was easy and so was access to our site.I'm sure we'll stay here again.

Great little park in Wells, NV! We stayed here for 2 nights in our 5th wheel in August. The owner is very friendly was kind enough to allow us an early check-in as we made much better time than we anticipated getting there. The property is very quite with mature trees for shade and there was a constant gentle breeze that kept the temperature cool without needing the AC. We will definitely stay here again!

It's a straightfoward, clean, affordable little spot if you're simply passing through. And yes, the people who own/manage it are very personable and caring.Noteworthy details: Clean restrooms, clean showers

My daughter and myself are traveling and had to stop and wait until we got our money, stopped by and got a tent spot for 2 nights, Karen the host is very helpful and friendly, great rates, bathroom facilities are immaculate, people are very friendly. If I ever come to Nevada again I would definitely stay here again.

We were towed into the park where Karin the park manager kindly set us up with a great spot to stay while our truck is being worked on and when it was takin much longer to get fixed she made it possible for us to stay for a week. You can t find better hospitality anywhere! In addition the park grounds are kept up very well and the bathrooms & laundry room are always spotless. Wells is a small town and this park is one of its best assets.

I've been going to this RV Park for 25 years. The people are super accommodating and friendly. It's gone down hill a little bit over the years. There's no grass at the spots anymore and the picnic tables are really in need of repair. Regardless, I will continue to stay there because of the nice clean restrooms and especially because of the really nice lady at the front desk!

Great for a one night stop over. Close to Angel Lake for a little side trip. Looks like several folks live here but we're honestly seeing that a lot in our travels. Perfectly ok. Bathrooms/showers and laundry fine. Stayed here in our 40'MH with tow vehicle

My husband and I are pilot car escorts, our load was stuck without a permit to travel until updated. There happened to be a HUGE car show that weekend. Hotels sold out, luckly we had a tent in our car. We got to the rv park at 9ish and Karen had her number posted to call. I called she welcomed us at a GREAT price. The facilities are impeccably clean. Karen was sweet and I would recommend this place to anyone.... and check out angel lake!

After a long trip Hwy 93, I just picked this place sight unseen. The lady was nice. Easy checkin. Quiet (cept occassional train...which I happen to like). The showers were plentiful & huge & free. Laundry was cheap. All very clean... a lil dated but for the most part I wud recommend this place. Also fab views & reasonably priced!

We arrived very late in the evening and were surprised to have someone greet us! The lady who met us at the counter was VERY nice and even though it was very cold outside (first week of April) we were surprised again to see her guiding us into our spot after we had pulled around the back of the campground. The price ($28.00) was good for electric, water, and sewer. The park is close to the freeway (closer than it appears on Google Maps) but we didn't hear any road noise. There is a railroad track rather close and I heard one train go by around 10:00(?) but did not hear any more that night. The park is very small but very clean.

Shower house was clean and well lit. Large individual stalls with private dressing area. We arrived late in the evening, yet everything was spottless inside. Laundry room was also clean and fair priced.Convenient location right off I-80, but you will hear some truck noise if you leave windows open. Perfect place to stay when passing through.

Nice one night spot on a lonely dark road to Utah. No one warned us about the trains that go thru the back of the property. Talk about rising up from the dead at 230am! Really should let people know it happens several times a day! Many long term spots occupied, we were next to the bathrooms (the lights are on all night in them). Anyway, good spot to grab some sleep, enjoy a reasonable full hook up and jump back onto the highway

If you need to make a stop in Wells, this is your place. Cheap, easy pull throughs with a decent amount of space. Of the RV parks in the area, this is the only one that is an easy walk to grocery shopping or a quick bite. Getting a hold of someone there might take a bit because it s a small park, but just fine otherwise.

This is a really nice small park with great clean bathrooms. We were on our way to Reno and stopped for the night. Good selection of cable TV, has level sites, and management was very nice. We had a pull through site that accommodated our 30 ft. motorhome and tow car. We didn t hear the highway. And the "price is right". I would give it 5 stars, but there are no amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight in Early December in our truck and camper. The clerk was super friendly and gave us a military discount. Put us near the bathhouse and gave us a choice of spaces! Bathroom were older but very clean and serviced. Great small town RV park!!

Great RV park with level spaces and full hookups. Well maintained and clean. The internet was pretty sketchy, but came in occasionally. We stayed here in a 27' Class C RV.

Park doesn't look like pics, no grass, half the trees are dying, pet walk is a weedy area next to the railroad tracks. Only a few open sites the rest have long termers and some of the sites can't be used because the electrical isn't working. Only good for a one night stop if you are not picky. I will not come again.

The park is fine, very basic. The people were nice; it appeared that there were many long timers. The bathrooms/showers were very clean, but in need of updating. There is a nearby train track that was fairly loud.

Wonderful place! Fast, easy and friendly check-in. Stayed one night on the way further south. Small but efficient grocery store 4 minute walk away. Washrooms were very clean, many showers and sinks (even complimentary hand lotion). Even allowed us to wash our Class A large motorhome window which was full of bug splatters. Previous reviews complained about trains, who doesn t love to hear the sound of a train whistle blowing (not extremely loud!) and can t beat the price, $28.50. Would definitely stay here again on our snowbird migration south.

We were grateful to find a place to spend the night after a late start on our trip. We were especially grateful because the first place we called for a reservation was closed even though their voicemail message said that they were open! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We spent a quiet and peaceful night. Very convenient location.

Nice, quiet rv park in Wells. Several guests live there long-term and were friendly. The bathrooms were surprisingly roomy and clean. Private dressing areas outside of shower stalls. We couldn't get the wifi to work, but it was adequate for one night.
