Just made a quick stop for fuel and the restroom. Very clean store with clean restrooms. Wide variety of snacks and miscellaneous items for sale. Cashier was friendly and courteous.

Such a welcoming sight in an otherwise barren landscape. For those heading south after having forgotten to fill er up in Jackpot, this outstanding gas station is indeed a sight for sore eyes.Polite and clean-cut staff at the ready with both travel advise and freshly brewed coffee - with service like this, it s hard not to stop

Well, the 'ol minivan didn't quite get as many miles as she used to... We were getting low on fuel with no hope in sight... I tried to play it cool so that my wife and kids didn't know I was about to panic... Then this Oasis (if you will) pops up and saves my day, maybe even my entire trip.Fuel and snacks were refilled and nobody else in my vehicle ever knew there could've been a problem.Thanks y'all!

Good gas station to do some refuel and refills at. While on a road trip recently, we stopped here. It was in a great location, was easy to get in and out of while pulling a full size trailer, and the gas was reasonably priced (all things considered with the crazy high prices lately). The Convenience Store was well stocked and had decent prices as well. All and all, it was a great in and out experience. I hope we can stop here again on another trip

This store stole $150 from me by charging my account 6 times for the same purchase 5 of which were when I was 3 states away, and a week after the original purchase date. So make sure to watch your accounts after visiting the Golden Gates Conoco.

On December 29, 2022, my wife and I got stranded in Wells during a power outage without enough fuel to make it to the next town. We stopped at this station to wait out the outage, and after an hour or so, we had to use the restroom. I walked up to the store as delivery drivers had been coming and going. When I attempted to open the door, an employee grabbed and held the door to keep me from opening it. I asked to use the restroom and was refused because they had no lights . I asked if I could use my flashlight, then a man standing behind her threatened me with violence if I tried to open the door again. They provided no apologies for being closed (even though restrooms and cash sales require no power), no estimate for when they would reopen, no suggestions of alternate places, nothing but a threat to come outside and have a problem . Absolutely appalling customer service for the numerous customers stranded in their station for hours. When the power was restored, I took my business to Love s across the highway, where they had posted signs warning of the outage, were providing updates as they got their pumps back online, and did not threaten any customers. I pass through Wells frequently and will be sure to avoid this station. The power outage was not their fault; however, they failed to demonstrate even the slightest bit of customer service. I will also be notifying Conoco and Golden Gate Petroleum of this incident.

Several of the gas pumps were out of service, though the prices are not too bad compared to some places.The bathrooms are a little on the dirty side as well, but not too bad, and the soap dispenser made loud cracking sounds when used.

Wow. Terrible. Most of the pumps were labeled "Out of Order."I tried a "good" one, but after accepting my credit card, it seemed like the display actually just didn't work. No idea what happened, because I couldn't really cancel my transaction, but hopefully I didn't just pay for everyone's gas today... Then I tried another "good" one, and the screen worked! But it took me like 5 minutes to figure out that the gas hose literally wasn't attached! It was *lying on the ground*. I actually tried to reattach so I could just get my flippin' gas, but the quick connect was too hard and I didn't want to get % filthy wrestling with it. My hens ended up covered in black oil and gasoline.Finally, got my wife to pull a third pump, which worked (I couldn't touch the car until I washed my hands 10 times).Was standing in 4 inch slush the whole time, the window cleaner buckets had no squeegees. Oh wait, best part - went into the convenience store to use the restroom, and - I kid you not - the urinal was overflowing and pee water was over the floor of the *entire store* - it was all wet.I promise, my standards for gas stations are actually quite low, but wow. This was a failure the likes of which I'd never seen - I'd only rarely even seen one-such failure like this, but this was a disaster of flaming-dumpster-fire proportions.I was going to give 2 stars because the staff was nice, but... After reading my review, I kinda have to give it the minimum possible.

Was there on 9-6 and encountered team member Linda 1) I asked Linda for paper towels to check my oil and told me they were outside . I told her every dispenser was empty outside and she still argued with me2) bathrooms were filthy3) parking lot and garbage cans were filthy with flys everywhere and garbage overflowing from cans by gas pumps4) several of the gas pumps were broken and Linda did not put any signs on the pumps To make buying gas extremely irritating!Terrible gas station and also slippery spills all over . Totally gross

It's a gas station. They do have a lot of snack options, and are not as busy as love's and pilot. Fuel cost is generally less also. But propane is not available until after 2 pm, this is a common thing in Wells.

Eileen was a great help, went above and beyond and helped me find the right oil for my vehicle. Clean restrooms, friendly faces, stopping here again!

This isn't one of the most expensive gas stations in California but they are price gouging and I just don't appreciate that taking advantage of people especially after all the help the government gave them as well I don't recommend this gas station I recommend you get gas before you get to lasting county and fill up because gas here is anywhere from $5.25 a gallon up to $6.75 a gallon so I get gas before you head this way I believe me you'll be happy you did

The cashier was about as pleasant as a rabid wolf. It was very late at night and there were no other customers. She charged me as much for a coffee refill as I could have gotten a large to go cup.

Nice and clean. The separated trucks and cars lots are a plus. Always my stop for fuel in that area.

Not sure why they have truck fuelling, staff has absolutely no clue how corporate fleet payment cards work.

I'll say they have the cheapest fuel in town. Still over priced. But thats ok most of their pumps don't work half the time anyway. They do have a clean store from what I've seen.

Clean bathrooms!! Oh and they sell gas.Update: Men's room smells nice and is STILL clean. FYI the regular gas pumps have diesel on the end pump of right side

The person who helped me with my frozen sandwich was a delight. She was helpful, friendly, and a bright spot in Wells NV on dreary ride on hwy 93 thru Nevada.

A few of the employees r great. Always cheerful. Love that they have some slot machines. I have had problems there before. An employee was trying to rip me off with my gambling winnings.. I won approx. 80$ and wen I went to cash out my money she tried to say that I only won 20$ which she can c wat machine won and how much. I don't KNO why she was trying to do that. I was kind in my approach especially cause I rarely win on those machines. I can only say that I am a person of color and it is wells nv. The ppl have known to be a bit set in there ways..

I say 50/50... There r some cashiers that r kind n very assisting.. But others just act like they don't want to be asked for anything...I mean to the point where u can hear them actual huff n puff to assist u..n so mean....they have a small area where they have a few slots...now whether a 1$ is played or 100$ is played it should be treated the same..I once went in there n bought some things from there...I had a dollar so I decided to play a machine... I didn't really win n was unfamiliar with the game so..I got back to a dollar n cashed out...it seemed to be a problem for the cashier to give me back my 1$... Here's the thing..if I lost my dollar...I'm not complaining so why should she if I want to take it out..

I've been here a few times its clean has public restrooms drinks and snack i stop there with the kids so me and the wife can smoke and we all can use the restrooms and maby get some snacks and drinks if we're out

My usual stop when heading down to Wells or Elko. As it's far less busy than the truck stops and they have a truck fuel island.It has always been clean when I have stopped.
