During my visit to this establishment, a few concerning incidents unfolded. Arriving on a weekend between 2-3pm, we were served by a single 17-year-old girl who struggled with pouring beer and had to seek assistance from a cook. Aside from us, the only other patron was a middle-aged man seated alone in the bar area.Given that a college softball game was airing, we politely asked the gentleman if he would mind us switching the channel to the basketball finals, a game more widely watched that day. He declined, and we respected his choice.However, what followed was deeply unsettling. The man began insisting that the young server give him a hug, claiming he needed it. Despite her reluctance and stating that she was busy, he persisted until she reluctantly complied. We witnessed an uncomfortable five-second hug during which the man's hands moved up and down her back.This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns.Given the location of Wells, with its proximity to truck stops and potential risks, one has to wonder where the girl's parents are and if they are aware of the situation their underage daughter is in. This incident is deeply troubling, and I urge the responsible parties to address these issues immediately.

Great family restaurant with a nice variety of menu items to choose from. I had the steak and my hubby had the Fettuccini Alfredo with Shrimp and mushrooms. Both were very good. Portions were very generous and the service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is located right next door to the RV park where we stayed. Ignore the "Chinese Restaurant" signs on the outside of the building....apparently that is what used to be in the building.Parking: Right outside the building...large lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Eaten here a few times. The Mexican food is always delicious! Service is good and prices are fair. Would recommend to anyone.

Service wasnt very good, the salsa was not good and had no flavor other then sweet, no heat in the salsa. The restaurant was dirty, lots of tables needed to be cleaned. The fajitas were ok, not served in a skillet, Mexican rice left a lot to be desired... but to be honest. It is my fault for stopping, the outside says its a chinese place, but on the door there is a piece of paper saying its a Mexican restaurant...the menu only has a small selection of Mexican food...weird ...i recommend keep driving

They have good food and a friendly staff. They have my favorite beer on tap and Alfredo. These things make me happy.Wheelchair accessibility: no steps up into the restaurant, most tables have chairs that can be removed for your chair.

Our stop in Wells was planned at the back end of a week-long vacation. We stayed here due a hotel loyalty program (only option for more than 100 miles). We checked dining in advance of the trip and realized there was nothing suitable. Figured it would be one of the fast food joints. Our hotel manager suggested this restaurant and was convincing enough that we tried it. It looks a bit questionable when you arrive, but the mother and daughter that run the place are very friendly. The food is local diner style nothing fancy but it was tasty. The menu is a mix of food styles, so it was not hard to find something. The portions were more than either of us could eat. In Wells, I endorse eating local (here) rather than getting indigestion at a fast food chain.

It's apparent this establishment is not capable of serving a large crowd. Ordered a simple order of chicken wings and didn't get them even after my family was finishing their actual meal. I inquired on the status of my order and was told they were coming up. Then, I inquired again after many minutes later and was told they would be up in 2 minutes more than 29 minutes later, my chicken wings still had not made it to the table. My family was done eating and I had to leave so I denied the order. The server Yessenia was not even apologetic on her HORRIBLE SERVICE. But, to be honest what could one expect in a little town far out in the middle of nowhere.. I would not recommend this place to anyone driving through Wells.

My husband and I stopped in a couple weeks ago when we were traveling through headed west on I-80, and we're glad we did! Friendly staff, great food and generous portions at a reasonable price. Definitely worth the stop.

The food was good. We had xhicken fajitas. Other food served looked good also. There was one girl working as a waitress, hostess, bartender, etc. She was handling things very well!My only suggestion is that it is hard to find in that the name out front says it is a Chinese restaurant? It is a little run down inside.Overall, it was good.

Good food & friendly service. I got the beef chimichanga and it was the size of a newborn. The sauce reminded me of a spicy mole. Lots of flavor. And filled with so much shredded beef yum.

Good service, she was very nice and accommodating. The food was good. We had a variety of breakfast, dinner, mexican and hamburger and all was good except the ribeye steak (not very tasty and dry).I really loved the margaritas as they were sweet but not strong. Others might not like that as they were sweet and not strong. :-)

Beware! I moved to Wells about a year ago and have had fraudulent charges on my card 3 times, but this place is a bunch of worms. They don t take your card info and use it to buy other products, they just add a few more dollars in hope no one notices. I did try to work this out with the business, but they had no desire to fix the overcharge. Now I did a carry out and the meal was about $15 and gave them a tip of over $3 even though the only service I got was them giving me the food and taking my money. This tip did not seem to be enough for they added $4 when they sent it in, so the tip was $7 for a $15 take out meal. I would suggest only paying cash if you stop at this restraint!

Service was excellent. Our server was Jesenia. She was a jewel. Finger steaks are the best I have had. Food was great. Our party of four all agree that this is a good place to eat. Not fancy, but friendly, clean and tasty.

The food was good. I had the beef chimichanga. Service was slow. They had one waitress to serve the whole place.

Food was fine, service was... interesting to say the least. Overheard one of the servers very loudly say "If they knew what we could do to their food they would be nicer to us" from the backroom. Had another table ask their server if they were going to spit in their food, to which the server replied "Not you guys, the locals are just douches". Maybe thats all true, but why are you saying it so the entire dining room can hear? Also a little concerned what might actually go on in the kitchen.

We are so happy to have found this restaurant after a long 10 hour drive with five small children. They are even open on Sundays! The service was amazing and the food was perfect. Very lovely off the road mom-and-pop restaurant.

Typically not the one to judge a restaurant by the actions of the employees but rather by the food. However, when your waitress yells at me from the other side of the dinning room how many while taking orders. then assuming her friends from the bar area go to check out shortly after they get into a conversation that can only be described as yelling voice appropriate when in the front row at a concert that consisted of f#%k booth and calling each other whore mean while there is a dinning room full of seniors and my child a few feet away only separated by a pony wall, that everyone turned to watch as the dinning room went awkwardly silent and the individuals checking out started blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker. The failure to take and keep control the obnoxious and inappropriate friends/patrons killed the entire dinning. Food was okay and give it a 2 or 3 out of 5.
