I rented a car for a few days and Noah took such great care of me! He patiently answered all my questions, provided lots of additional helpful info, and was able to accommodate my last minute needs. I was also surprised to find out they have pick up and drop off services to their facility! I have already booked my next car rental here, I m a happy returning customer.

I would have given this the deserved five star review but five star reviews do not generally get read by most renters and I'm sure there are those who need this information. After hours drop off is a little confusing but super easy. Don't bother calling Enterprise customer service; they claimed they had no information. Drop off instructions after closing are posted at the Enterprise desk in the lobby of Harvey's. On the Enterprise website, it claims there is no after hour drop-off, but there definitely is. Key box is at the desk, where to park is in the instructions at the desk. Note that in the parking garage there is a sign that says "Enterprise return" with an arrow that looks like it is pointing to spots to drop the vehicle but the arrow is actually telling you to keep driving up to the next level where the labeled spots are located. Again, super easy, convenient process once you find the instructions at the desk!

We stayed at the Harvey's Casino Hotel. The Enterprise Rental location took a little bit to find as our GPS took us to the Golden Nugget but that is a Hertz Rental Car. They happened to be out of vehicles so the search continued for the mysterious Enterprise Rental location. Instead of using GPS we opted for the age old tried & true method of asking people for assistance. The nice lady working at the Golden Nugget said Enterprise is inside of Harveys. I'm unsure as to why their location doesn't state "Inside of Harvey's"or something similar.We made the single day reservation online for a smaller midsize car to save on gas. The guy who worked the counter was extremely helpful & friendly. He offered us a free upgrade to a larger SUV as that was currently available & it'd also prevented him from going to another store. We agreed on the larger vehicle since he also threw in free gas. I didn't check the rental agreement when I signed to see if he changed the starting gas level but you live & you learn. The larger Ford SUV was clean & fully loaded so we started our daily adventure.We drove around Lake Tahoe all day stopping & taking pics of the sites. Having a smaller car would have been perfect since parking was very limited & we didn't go anywhere that required 4WD. We added gas to the aforementioned gas level before returning the SUV to Harvey's. Returning was very easy peasy. The only small issue was paying an additional $18.xx for the unmodified previous gas level. Since it was only $18, I didn't make a fuss. This is also the reason why I only gave 4 stars.I would recommend Enterprise Rental at Harvey's Casino & Hotel that is located on the bottom floor next to Starbucks.

we had a business trip here in August of 2022 and needed a car for a few days. Enterprise came through with a great car that was clean, well maintained and also the lowest price. The desk clerk Matt was exceptional and very helpful. Great job Matt and great job Enterprise!

This branch seems to be a staffed at a best-effort basis (i.e. no fixed hours, hit-or-miss whether anyone will be there). They don't give you a contact phone number to the branch either, so catching them is a bit difficult.Having said that, this branch saved my trip to Tahoe when my car's tire blew up after falling into a pothole. Sam was very chill and friendly.

We rented a car here at Harveys Lake Tahoe 7/20/2022 and the service was amazing! Matthew Webber was the best employee we ve ever dealt with while renting a car. He walked us through the car rental process and made everything quick and easy for us. What a great employee excellent customer service.

The worst experience ever with this company!! The guy that rented us the car, Sam, charge us more because it was supposed to be a 4 wheels vehicle, and it wasn't!! We ended up stuck in the snow for 4 hours, we called them to send us a crane 10 times and it never came. This company put our lives at a real risk, don't trust them.
