Called with some questions regarding getting plates for a trailer and also if the could replace a lost title. Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful (just like Nevadans!), she steered me in the right direction for that lost title and found a cancelled appointment for that afternoon to come in and register my trailer. A convenient and pleasant experience without the wait and hassle of Carson DMV.

We love the staff at the Stateline, Douglas Co. DMV! They are so knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind! We bring all of our vehicle registrations and license plate requests to them!

Still is appointment only as of June 2023, and also do not do process DL applications.

Great customer service. They are NOT state workers so they are unable to issue drivers licenses. Great convenience for registration!

Love this place. First time i visited it and they were so friendly. In and out really fast. And made the appt this morning.

Watch out, this place does not issue driver's licenses or any sort of photo ID cards.
