Just went in at 8pm to grab some Advil. The elderly female cashier REEKED of alcohol. She was forcefully ushering people through self checkout and then standing behind people purchasing their items yelling random things. Mostly about her energy fading and needing to get it from the people. Idk, maybe don t show up to work piss drunk, three sheets to the wind? Not that I expect standout employees to be working the night shift at CVS in Nevada, but damn. That was a bottom of the barrel experience.

Nice place, right in the main road. Needed a jacket and toiletries and they had it all. Got a sweatshirt and the women who checked out my items was very nice and personable.

Why is this CVS the dirtiest, filthiest ever? The store with a lot of trash on the floor, messy shelves, poorly functioning cashiers in need of renovation and administration without a doubt

I went in with my two daughters to get some waters and snacks before heading to our hotel room. NEVER in my life have I been guided to self-checkout and then had 4 or 5 employees huddled around me watching me scan each item. It was the most bizarre experience and frankly extremely annoying! Why aren t these people cashiering and helping other customers? After a long day, this was definitely far from a customer-friendly atmosphere. The only convenience is that it s right outside our hotel.

Unbelievably unprofessional. My daughters went in to get some items and they were targeted and profiles for looking at items. The manager approached them, had other staff come circle around then and ask what they were shopping for, why were they there. They were then humiliated and asked to leave. On the way out they were told teens are too much trouble. These girls had done nothing wrong other than go into CVS looking for sunscreen. They didn t have backpacks or large purses. I went I to speak to the manager, Michelle, who readily admitted that she profiled them based on age. Too many kids that age stealing. She then told me she made a mistake and it was probably wrong of her to do. She also said she hope it made me feel better that she had given her notice. I told her I agreed she wasn t cut out for her job. CVS should do better and provide resources and training so their employees don t resort to unfairly targeting people who are just trying to shop. Won t be back to any CVS anytime soon. Moving my pharmacy to Rite Aid. Longer drive but hoping my kids won t be traumatized by simply trying to buy something. Do better CVS.

This store is SO convenient, especially to the Montbleu Casino-Hotel. The full pharmacy is complimented by an impressive selection of hair styling and beauty products, adult beverages, clothing and food items. You can even self-check out if you wish for added grab and go convenience. The hours are good too. If you forgot to pack it...it's more than likely here.

What a joke this place was. Only one employee trying to help out customers waiting to check out and customers using the self service check out. The poor lady worker was running back and forth trying to help people. It was also crowded as this area is a major tourist place. What poor planning on the manager to have only ONE employee! Not to mention, many of the store shelves were empty! Who was in charge of stocking? Also, it was very dirty inside. Don't shop here!

I only called this location about a money order and the person who answered sound off putting, sounded a bit hasty and don't want to help. Not sure how the store is like. This one employee is just mean, I think.

Great store! Came in last night (a Saturday) with my boyfriend. The checker was by herself and gave great, prompt, customer service and was happy to help other customers with anything they needed!

There s an extremely rude and smelly lady named Anne that s there at night and she is the worst. Please avoid the graveyard shift if you can. Very unpleasant lady that s reeks & is rude to people and will. and brags that s she s the graveyard supervisor . Who the hell cares. I come here often by the way. Others have complained about her but she s still there.

Sometimes 0 not enough workers in the pharmacy so you have to wait in line While they're taking care of someone else. Sometimes they're in a consultation for checking in a new person and a just seems to drag.

I hate the sales trick that they always use that forces you to buy two items (it says buy one get one 1/2 off) and the original price of the item is inflated. Basically they are selling you 2 times at normal price(on average) , only you HAVE to buy 2, or you will buy one at the inflated price. Horrible sales trick!

Good selection, and nice atmosphere, but they only had one cashier open and only one self serve cashier was available. 2 were out of service.

Lady at cashier really needs "to take a break" to stop being so bitter with other women .... Because she wasn't acting like that, so rude with the white guy in front of me . Geez

#Cvs; #best in #cali for a smaller cvs... like @ #tahoe, #nevada && #california, for the 90% of you that love Tahoe, move here and be good. The jewel of the sierras is close to the ocean, but minutes from Tahoe's #amazing #beach es. <3

Lots of the products are expired. I just bought a day and night cold syrup, and they are expired since June 2021; today is December 2021.
