The Guys & Gals over at Wayne's were wonderful to work with. Tracy was polite and pleasant to chat with over the phone and upon drop off. They had the vehicle ready in a timely manner and informed me of the good condition of my car while ensuring to emphasize low tire Tred without trying to push the sale of tires on me. Great Company, and great crew! Thanks for keeping me safe on the road!

I am so very Blessed and Thankful to Wayne's Automotive !!! My car was having issues with my radiator and thermostat. Car issues are very stressful for me and all of their staff was so very helpful, patient and understanding with me and my car. Even though it was during the Christmas holidays, they were very prompt and thorough in taking care of my 2005 Mazda 6 Sport. I am so very grateful to Wayne's Automotive and I highly recommend their shop!!! Thank You All and God Bless !!!

I was super shocked to see that an automotive shop has a 4.9 star rating. I thought this place had to be good, but it was great. I worked with Andro to get my brakes resurfaced, and they took great care of me as a customer and as a person. Highly recommend this place because of their service, communication, honesty, integrity, and overall value.

They've always given my family excellent service, and I love that they have a shuttle service to take you home and back so you don't have to wait while they work on your car.

Can t ask for much more then they provided. They fixed up my high school car repaired a couple major issues and even some really annoying minor things. With my vehicle being a 1990 Cadillac it was a huge process to do anything not because of the mechanics but parts and things like that. They delt with me calling every other day to check on my vehicle. My 90 deville is running like it s brand new it has never ran better and I m extremely happy and it even has ac which I ve never been able to enjoy with this particular vehicle. They had the vehicle for quite some time and did a ton of work. And didn t hassle about storage. They also were way fair on pricing and that was amazing all in its self. Thank you to the whole crew over there at Wayne s for doing a wonderful job getting my baby up to speed.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

One of the most expensive shops in Sparks/Reno. Their quote was 3X the price of THREE other reputable mechanics in town. The front counter person was extremely rude and unhelpful. Save yourself some money and look further.

Came in from out of state had an issue with my car starting. They assessed the problem and were able to help me get back on the road within 3 hours of them closing. Miracle workers!

This is the best mechanic experience I ve ever had! Tracy at the front desk was exceptionally kind & helpful - she s amazing!!!The men who worked on my car explained everything to me in a detailed manner, I never felt talked down to made to feel dumb like I have in the past at other shops.Not to mention their prices are extremely fair.I got an oil change, full inspection, break pads, two lights changed, & my brakes flushed for under $800.Can t recommend this place enough! Oh did I mention Tracy is the bees knees?!Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

We are from out of town and had a catastrophic engine failure during our vacation. I trusted the AAA recommendation to tow it here. They were excellent to work with. The repair ended up not being something we wanted to pursue and I was worried about how to handle it being 10 hours away. The team there from the service advisors to Tracy the woman that adverts the phone went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation, offered great recommendations and solutions. Thank you for being patient with me.#UtahPriusGuy

Couldn't even get a call back, so I called again, when I finally got the lady at the front she talked over me 4-5 times just kept saying how "Slammed" they are and then told me it would weeks before they would even talk to me, when I said that wont work she got snippy and best of luck and hung on me! Cant even be decent on the phone, businesses cant seem to understand just because they busy dont burn bridges. So Best of luck to you! I will never be back.

These folks at Wayne s are exceptionally professional and most importantly honest. They have my business for life, and my kids, and my other family members and anyone I know who needs an honest auto mechanic.This is the way all businesses should operate. It must be an great honor to work for this company.

They forgot about us!!!! Then we had to take it to another mechanic so they could reset the car and finish the Job...because Wayne's clearly doesn't care and this has nothing to do with a warranty on any part just bad bad service and I will spread the word.We took our 2015 Honda Fit in for a starter replacement & oil change(they forgot to do the oil change).2 days turned into two weeks without any communication accept to ask to replace starter, by the way was never told it was a refurbished starter.When we arrived to pick car up no oil change! We thought we would get over the top customer service because they forgot about us but no apology or discount!!We also paid 1100.00 for these services!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My engine blew up and they found a replacement and got my vehicle running better than ever. Great service. It even came with a warranty!Further, my friend has taken his vehicle here all 3 times he has had issues. It's a 1999 Toyota Pathfinder and they were able to find the issue and fix it every time at a low cost compared to dealership prices.Rick, Andro, Stacy and the whole staff have been professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly.I've found my mechanic.

Took my Mazda CX-9 in for A/C repair. They were able to find the issue and get it fixed within a couple days. Very satisfied and happy to have our car back with working A/C during these hot days!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Just had my car towed. I need a timing belt. They made me feel safe and relieved. While this is not a quick repair, I know my car is in good hands and my car will be up and running soon.I highly recommend Wayne s for all of your car needs.

I used to be an employee here, and left due to personal reasons, but there's a reason I keep bringing my vehicle here. They really are an honest shop with, when compared to other shops, low prices. Great parts store, training recommended. Did work on a diesel Nissan 3 weeks back and we didn't have the 2 oil filters so we ordered them from these guys. Neither worked, nobody checked to make sure there was a change in body style and filters based on build origin. I ended up taking a nice hot oil shower because the gaskets didn't even line up with the mounting plates

I was referred, and not disappointed. Customer service was great. They did a few extra things found and needed and didn't charge me since they were working in that area of my vehicle anyway. I would definitely recommend. I am happy to have a place to take my vehicle now as it's always scary knowing if your getting good service or good pricing when it comes to vehicles. I had an amazing experience here. My power steering pump went out on my PT Cruiser suddenly. I called Wayne s after getting an extremely overpriced estimate elsewhere. Andro helped me out and gave me a much better price. The service was done much faster than I expected and I paid less than expected as well. I didn t feel taken advantage of, and they didn t try to do anything unnecessary. I m so happy I found this place!

I've been to Wayne's multiple times, and I can honestly say they were ok. However, I will not be returning or recommending any longer.I made an appointment for my truck to be serviced and have the transmission flushed, and the front desk lady said I would be fine to drop my truck off and leave the keys in the slot at the shop, so I did. On September 17th, 2021 I dropped my truck off at 6:20am and did as I was told by the lady I spoke to. A co-worker was kind enough to pick me up and drive me to work.I went about my day figuring my vehicle was in good hands and excited to have the maintenance finished on my truck. At the end of my day roughly 2:45-3:00pm I was ready to pick up my truck. The odd thing was, nobody ever contacted me to let me know it was finished. So, I called Wayne's and spoke to the same lady, I asked if my truck was ready, she put me on hold for a good 5 minutes, and then the line hung up. So, I called back and she informed me that she was looking into it and that she would text me if it was ready. So I waited another 20 minutes, no text received and decided to just go down there. Again, I had to ask my co-worker if he would give me a ride. As I pulled into Wayne's parking lot, I finally received the text, stating my truck wasn't ready because the flush machine was not working earlier but they got it fixed and "we are getting it done as we speak."I walked into the office of Wayne's and let the lady know who I was, and I pointed to my truck, that was parked in the same exact spot and position I left it in nearly 9 hours earlier. She proceeded to tell me again that the flusher was not working. So I asked her if they at least did my lube and oil that I asked them to do. She said she did not know and then said she would go out to the garage and find out for me.About 5 minutes later a lube tech came out to let me know AGAIN, that there flush machine was broken. So again I ask if they at least changed my fluids and oil. He paused and looked off in the distance, looked back at me and said "No".So, not only did they not service my vehicle even after I made an appointment, they also lied to me.I will not recommend Wayne's Automotive to you or anyone else who decides to read this.

The staff was great! Very professional, courteous and really cared about my issue with my Diesel pick up. Any other shop could have charged for extra services and they were quite honest. Being out of town and have a disabled vehicle is not a fun thing: I appreciate a shop with integrity and such honesty. Thanks for all you do and I highly recommend this shop. Too bad they are not located in my hometown of Roseville Ca Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

They got me in fast. My husband was litterly dieing and I was taking him home to hospice the next day. They were kind took care of the truck in a timely fashion. They would be the best part about living in Sparks or Reno. They were knowledgeable and very kind. The woman at the front desk is amazing and a breath of fresh air. Love this place.

Honesty. Plain and simple, that is what I appreciate the most about this business. My truck was fixed the same day I took it in (without an appt) and they called to say the issue was fixed and the part was under warranty...meaning, it cost my $0. They could have told me anything and charged me for it and I would have believed them...but they didn't. They were honest, respectful, and professional. They have a customer for life.

I'm a mechanic that is really picky with who touches my car. Tested this place out about 3 years ago.As a mechanic myself Did the whole "I already know what is wrong with my car" and took it in not sharing that info to see what they would quote me. Places in the past have tried to rip me off, not Wayne's. Andro is very knowledgeable and honest. He told me what I already knew and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff.The price was reasonable and he let me know about some other not so urgent things that I should watch out for.Overall 10/10Reasonable ratesHonestReliable High quality workTransportation from and back to the shop.It dosn't get much better
