They had the best price I could find on tires for my Subaru Outback. They got me in the same day, which was nice and they had it finished before their estimated time...even with the last minute alignment. Very happy with the tires and the service. Will go back again.

I've used the Tires Plus sparks Galleria store a couple of times since I moved to the area in August 2023. I'd been satisfied with their work and planned to continue using their services. Not anymore.I had pretty much had the front end of my truck rebuilt at another shop- new steering gearbox, pittman arm, idler arm. The work was done well and the truck drove fine, but that shop was unable to align the front end for me, as my trucks oversized tires made it too wide for their rack to accomodate. So i took it to TiresPlus, since they'd previously aligned it following a brake job they'd done for me last summer.A mechanic named Jeff "diagnosed" my truck and informed me that the other shop had improperly installed the gear box, the front suspension parts, and that my upper and lower ball joints were shot. He couldnt align it until he redid all their work, because of the "massive amount of play in the front end". And his quote to fix it was $2986.96.I told him as politely as i could that i didnt believe him. I know how trucks behave with sloppy gearboxes and worn out ball joints, and my truck now drove better than new.I got second opinions from master mechanics at two other shops (not the guys who did the work, I wanted an impartial critique from other professionals) who both told me Jeff's diagnosis was completely wrong. The work done on my truck was done correctly and professionally, there was no excessive play or damage to the front end from improperly installed components, and the only thing they noted was that my lower ball joints were showing signs of wear but were nowhere near worn out.I returned to Tires Plus and spoke to the manager, and told him i didnt appreciate what I honestly believe was Jeff's blatant attempt to rip me off by performing unneccessary and unneeded repairs.I told him I wouldnt be back. Im sorry i didnt get that managers name- his conduct was professional and he reimbursed me for the alignment which I'd had performed at Les Schwabb. Still, trust had been broken and I wont be using Tires Plus again any time soon.A word of advice: Get a second opinion before agreeing to repairs that can run into thousands of dollars! Theres a lot of honest competent mechanics out there. Dont be afraid to ask another shop to look at your vehicle. Dont let a "Jeff" bamboozle you into expensive, unnecesary "repairs".

After thousands of dollars of services provided and patronage this shop, 8 years of loyalty and referring my husband's entire family, we will never be coming back.We were told to purchase specific tires from Tires Plus to avoid damaging our wheels. We had already purchased tires elsewhere and just wanted them mounted. We returned those tires, spent twice the price at Tires Plus, and went with their recommendation of THEIR tires so that nothing would get damaged.Nothing was ever mentioned at pickup and the car was delivered as seen in pictures. Had something been mentioned at pickup/delivery, I would have less disgust at this situation. This is a NICE, LUXURY CAR and other than one pre-existing spot of scuffing on one wheel, these wheels were in perfect condition prior to Tires Plus!We now have a claim going through their headquarters. The shop offered $200 towards fixing all four wheels. Our quote from multiple shops is averaging $800 to have all four repaired.$200 does not cover the damages! We were dooped into buying THEIR wheels and the wheels got damaged anyway!We will never use their services again, nor will my husband's family.We will be pursing the damages until it is fixed accordingly.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery

Heather and her friends were awesome! My wife and I are traveling from the LA area to Western Nebraska and we discovered a nail in our tire. Heather worked hard to order a tire and make sure it was done the next day to get us back on the road. She even price matched our tire.

These guys are scam artists. My wife took her 2019 vehicle in for brakes to be looked at as it was time to replace pads. They inspected it and told her the entire brakes needed replaced. Pads, rotors, calipers and all. I went in and had them give me the car before doing any work and looked myself. Literally the pads were at 10% and ready to replace but nothing else. They tried to get her for $1,300 when all they needed to do was pads. Don t trust this shop there are literally dozens of more reliable shops in Sparks alone.

I took my work service vehicle to this location for regular maintenance and was exceptionally pleased with the results! They were understaffed there, due to illness, but delivered spot on service!Awesome job Tires Plus!!Thank you so much!!!

I have came to this Tires Plus after having issues at another TP store. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed and completed the work in a timely fashion. It may take me thirty minutes to get to this store from my house and there are nearly six stores that are closer but you cannot beat the quality and honesty that this store provides.

On feb 19 took my 07 corolla for a check engine light with a p0171 code.the mgr. Troy Rice call me back around noon and told me that they finish diagnosing the problem and it will need a MAF sensor I thought it was a bit high just for a sensor so I asked him if this repair has a warranty he, indicated to me yes all our jobs have a 12 month warranty.Well the car drove about 10 miles and the light came on again took it back to the shop Troy took my keys and told me we'll call you tomorrow so they called and told me the car was ready when it was time to pick it up Troy tells me it will be 317.00 for the u2 sensor i said its the same problem I have a warranty not that it is a different sensor I need my car so I paid an additional 317.00 and the light is back on my way home.

As a fleet service user, Enterprise Commute this chain has went off the rails since 2021. To service a vehicle that is contracted to take from 2 to 6 hours these days. That's bad enough, too offset this I bring my van in at 7 am on weekends too ensure it is done. As I write this my van has sat for 7 hours straight without being touched. I'm not sure who's more to blame, but this location refuses consistently to set a timed appointment to avoid being called out. I'm irritated and call them out for LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.Service: Oil change

They aligned our 2017 Journey in 2019. We complained immediately, how the car was driving different. The same guy said it was good. 1 year later we returned and they said that the tires were too worn on the front to rotate. We reluctantly bought new tires only to notice the car was pulling and shaking at 60MPH like before. Literally the same guy said the alignment was good after requesting a re-evaluation of the alignment. 1 year later, same story, tires are too worn to rotate and you need new tires. Took my car to Dolan Dodge and spent $290 for tire install and alignment. We have NEVER had an issue since. I'm not exaggerating. They ruined the alignment and refused to admit it for 2 years straight, but did sell us overpriced tires to destroy with the vehicle being out of alignment. We asked twice during all if this and every single time they said it was good. After Dolan I have never had an issue again and it's 2023.

Slow to no serviceGo on Wednesday seems to be the bestTook our other car in and every time we do it's late but today they asked if they could keep it overnight. Les shwab has never done this with a tire change.Still no good you make an appointment and they still could not get to the car. Ended up going to Costco for tires and they made an appointment. Boom a little more than an hr done.Still have unlimited alignment at tires plus but what is really bad is I own 3 dodges and they all pull to the right after an alignment is done. They can not fix it because all of them can not be adjusted.

Let the reviews speak for themselves. If I could give them negative stars I would. I had a scheduled appointment to get my front brakes done. Low and behold they said I can bring it in early because they had availability to do so. I promptly dropped my truck off at 9am and was informed it will be done by 12:30 at the latest. Being told that it will be done by 1 then it was 2. Jokes on me because they did not touch my truck until 3pm and they had everything that could possibly be wrong with my truck. A simple brake job turned into an excel spreadsheet of $1,500 dollar which magically turned into $2,500+ from the time I got off the phone to the time I arrived at the establishment. They are lacking in professionalism, management, communication, and pretty much anything to run a business. Do yourself the favor and do not waste your time here with anything. This business needs to stick to tires or close shop. If I had the tools with me I would do this job myself.Service: Brakes

I cannot speak highly enough so this Tires Plus location and the team that works here... I came in this morning in the morning tires for my Subaru I was in a middle of a trip from Oregon to Las Vegas they had new tires and pressure sensors installed within 1.5hours. the manager was more than helpful and Beyond to get me back on the road to my hometown Vegas.

For about ten years since we moved to Sparks we used to go to this shop on Galleria Pkwy with every vehicle we have.Steve and Troy were awesome guys to have business with!Unfortunately, now since Ben is bossing around this place we are leaving the shop.He is mostly "friendly" to guys only. No more great deals. No more feeling of being family, of being valued and taken care of.Matthew is the only nice guy we're seeing once in a while but Ben has an attitude and seems to dominate his coworkers as well.Very disappointed.

Had an morning appointment but car wasn't touched until the next day. Other people came in after us and left before. They said the car would be moved into one of the bay to sit overnight but the car was left outside.

I have had problems with them before and usually don't go to them, but I had a problem on Sunday, and no one else nearby was open. My car said, "low tire pressure." I waited for them to open and was the first customer there. I asked them to check my tires. They filled up the low one and told me I was fixed. I asked them why it was low. They said they didn't know, and I had to tell them to check the tire. When they checked it, they found a piece of metal sticking out, but said they could patch it. I said ok, and they told me to go home as it would take 4-5 hours. I said I was the first customer, and I was with my 94 year old mother, plus I had no way to get home. They finally got around to fixing the tire an hour and a half later. They didn't reset the low tire pressure signal. Then they had the nerve to give me an estimate for new tires and said I needed to replace them in the next couple of months. Funny, I just purchased new tires 6 months ago. Don't go to these guys.

Made an appointment to get new tires installed over 2 weeks in advance and when we arrived at 7:45 am (8 am appt) they said they were too busy to do the tire install. They had also confirmed the appointment over email and a phone call a few days ago. Will never be back. Would not recommend. If you can t do the work, don't accept the appointment in the first place.

Never going here again. Had my car almost 7 hours and when I get it back I see the wheel weights are just falling off the tires. Also no valve stem caps on the tires. They didn t even balance my tires and when I went in and confronted them they had the nerve to tell me they were too busy that day and to bring it back in 2 days. When I did bring it back to get them rebalanced like they said to, they tried hassling me to drop it off stating no one ever said we would be by that day. So this shops just throwing tires on peoples cars no care in the world and letting people drive in unsafe cars. Bunch of young careless and lazy employees. Save your money and time and avoid this bum place.

After three attempts to use this shop where appointments were made in advance, they failed to complete the work in the promised time. In fact, this last time I dropped off my vehicle promptly at the 11 am appointment for a routine oil change, tire rotation and alignment check and was told by service manager the car should be ready around 1 pm. When I returned two hours later, they had not even begun work with the car sitting in the same parking stall. No explanation was offered as well as no apology. And to add insult to injury, the visit before it was recommended I replace the wiper blades when I just replaced them three months earlier. I have been a loyal Firestone customer since 1990, but I am done with Tires Plus. Please bring Firestone back to Reno!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

its such a shame that the recent reviews for this place have been negative. i've experienced what some people below have experienced- being told that they are too busy to take my car and to bring it back on x day- but i look at it as a good thing. they are busy because they care and dont want to rush through their work. i appreciate that they wont take my car in knowing that they wont have the proper time to dedicate to it and would rather have me come in later so they can give my car the attention it needs.i have an AWD vehicle and have experienced my fair share of flat times over the years. previously, i would go to discount tire to get my one tire replaced. it wasnt until i came to tires plus and spoke to one of the gentleman here that i learned how awful that is for my drivetrain. he taught me that i should be replacing all 4 tires when something like that happens to prevent further damage to my vehicle. they offer in-house financing options with 0% interest, which is great for times when everything needs work at once. i only go to tires plus now!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

So let me start by saying this, I am not one to complain, it takes a lot for me to. I bought new tires from tires plus in April or March 2017. It took me a while to notice, but the drivers side back tire only had 3 bolts and lugnuts instead of 4. Called tires plus, they ordered the part and said come in when they open in the morning. Drove down there, only for them to tell me they are too busy. This happened again 3 times. I finally decided to call tires plus corporate. Next day I get a phone call and they are magically not busy. The manager advised he had been short staffed, and I understand that. However, this was their mistake it should have been corrected at once. I gave them three stars because they owned up to the mistake and finally fixed it. They are very nice and friendly, no complaints there.

Customer service was a bit off this time when we asked if there were any discounts or specials for card holders we were told no because we only get oil changes through them which is not true because they have had a lot of work on another vehicle done that we own but even if it was we take 5 cars there and have been customers for years. This was the first time we have had a problem with this particular vehicle since we have owned it and that just wasn't professional to say to a customer. Now we will be looking for another mechanic.

Went in to shop for 4 tires for my 2023 Corvette Z06. Brandon gave me an estimate and promised to give me a call when they have a firm price and when it s available. I never got a callback after that so I decided to go with Tire Rack.

I called a different Tires Plus location and they were very unhelpful and borderline rude. Ben at the Sparks Galleria location really restored my faith and trust in shops. I definitely will be returning to this location!! Staff was super helpful and honest, they worked with me to decide what was best to replace on my vehicle to keep it road-worthy before trade-in. WOW! Didn't realize that this place charges a person to repair a tire by the repair! Furthermore, a tire has a leather ATV plug in it and this facility refused to make the patch repair. I was going to get a quote for some new tires, but I guess any one of their competitors will be getting my business from now on. WAY TO GO, TIRES PLUS OF SPANISH SPRINGS! You just lost a customer forever

I stopped in to see if they could tell if I needed a tire repair or simply air in the tire. There were no available appointment times on that day to do a repair, so I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could air up the tire. He said wait at the bay and i'll be out in a minute." I waited patiently for at least 10 minutes and he never came out. Way to inspire a potential customer to use your services Tires Plus! Sub par service at best.
