They were really great. Very nice and courteous staff. Fixed my issue with the apu and serviced it. Hardly any wait time before they got me in.

Drop truck off on a Friday for bunk heater glow plug and new screens and service the apu. No communication never sent me an invoice. Damaged my triangle box and didn't even bother putting it back or telling me. The work did get done. Took truck back in on 11/13/2023 for APU not starting turned out to be fuel pump,Ricardo installed new fuel pump, truck is done and has been checked to my satisfaction, Ricardo communication as requested by me. JR is no longer there. Was back at shop for bunk heater not starting and running right on 1/27 Ricardo and steve did a diagnostic and the fuel pump bunk heater filter was clogged, good to go they said, not the case on this day 1/29 still having issues with this heater. They did get me in the same day. 2/23 bunk heater still not working,received an outrageous quote for over $1800, for this,I will do the replacement of necessary parts myself ,looks fairly simple. Update on bunkheater, $26 for rebuild kit a few hours with my son, and it's working like brand new. Thermoking wanted over $1800 for this. Took the heater out of the side box, benched it, and took it apart, replaced glow pin, screen, both gaskets, cleaned the burner, pit it back together , the new glow pin they said they put in one of the wires was detached properly that's why it wouldn't work properly.Thank you Thermoking you saved me money.

Stay far from this Thermo King Location. I was told my PM was finished. I paid and went out to the truck. The filters were in the seat, not even installed. I also have a custom paint job, They replaced my painted bolts with silver bolts. One bolt was missing all together at the top. When I talked to Shop they denied everything and sent me away with a missing bolt and damaged threads.

My Reefer had code 619. mechanic replaced new alternator he charged me labor $1040 less than 2 hour after hours. It s very expensive.

Spoke with J.R. on the phone and ask if my trailer was loaded? I said yes, he just said bring it on in. When i got there he found the issue right away and got it fixed. I was good to go within an hr. Super helpful and friendly guy and knows how important it is for us O/O to get on the road thanks alot J.R.

Thermo King and Chase share a shop here. The TK guys arrive at 0800 ish. I was first in, and got into a bay about 0915, and was out by 1100. JR did great work replacing my APU alternator and water pump. 10/10 would have mechanical problems in this area again.

Ricardo was very helpful to me over the phone regarding an alarm on my reefer. It may simply be the load interfering with air flow, or something more serious, regardless, I will be bringing the unit to them for a check up as they took the time to explain the code and discuss options.

I call service for some info on a A.p..u.Talked with Matt in service and with his help on the phone I was able to get it running again at little or no expense big thank you to him!!!Very nice to get that kind of service from anybody these days as a former tech.myself it was refreshing once again thank you Matt.....:-)

Took 4 hrs to pull and replace refridgerant. At $187.00 an hour I might add. In 23 yrs of trucking, Ive rarely seen anyone milk the clock like this guy Matt.
