Sunshine Service was amazing. I drove from Seattle WA to Sparks NV just to get a set of large truck traction tires trued. The tires were so out of round that even when balanced , the vibration in the vehicle was unbearable. Sunshine Service guys were very experienced with the job I needed, and could share all of the information about the process along the way. Alberto set up the appointment and was super helpful in setting expectations. Rex was the magician that made my tires round and balanced them to perfection. Cody the owner spent a lot of time with us while we were waiting as well. Kalii kept us aware of goings on when weren t on site. My expectations were met 100%. This will be my go to shop if I m ever in the area again.

I do not normally write reviews because each persons experience can be so different. My experience with Sunshine automotive was very professional and informative. I scheduled an alignment a few days before. I arrived and once inside I was pleasantly greeted by the lady at the front desk (sorry, I'm bad with names). She got my keys and explained what was going to happen. After an hour had passed the service was complete. The same person explained their findings and the corrections that were made. I appreciate the great work I received. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and integrity beyond reproach. I brought my older 4Runner in to have the timing belt and water pump replaced thinking it needed to be done now but they concluded it didn't need to be done and let me know instead of just going ahead with the work I previously authorized. Sunshine Automotive has done other major work for me, and I have not had any issues with the work they have done. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Sunshine and especially Justin who helped us. We came back from an RV trip to find our trailer tires horribly worn in a an uneven pattern. We researched who does RV axle and wheel alignment and saw recommendations for Sunshine. We were able to get an appt that met our schedule in pretty short order. Justin called us with updates and went above and beyond to find the tires we wanted for the trailer. The job was done as promised and we hope that all goes smoothly now. Thank you Sunshune and Justine for providing excellent care.

The service was great and the staff are very friendly and quite knowledgeable. i have taken several of my vehicles to sunshine a well as my RV for repairs and without any problems. They always keep you up to date on your repairs. I highly recommend Sunshine.

So polite!! Very thorough with diagnosing the driving issue with my son s car, along with texting me all the pictures of what had damage and a breakdown of each issue. Then they went over everything with me with compassion and full explanation of the issues. No pressure to choose them to do the work on the car, which really sold me on this company!!Love the sitting/waiting area there s a TV, Keurig coffee maker, with half and half or flavored creamer, cold drinks, hot teas, and snacks. It a pretty quiet area with comfortable chairs! Going back next week to have the work they recommended done as I trust their advice and solution. THANK YOU SUNSHINE FOR MAKING THIS TIME EASY!!!

Justin and his staff were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly from the first call and all the way through the service! They found out what my friend did wrong on my brakes (which is why I took my car in the first place) and they were able to fix it completely! Not only that, they explained things in a way that I d understand. Thanks so much guys!

By far the best shop I ve been to personally, mainly for the short lift necessary for my vehicle. The mechanics had seen noticeable room for improvement to help the longevity health of the vehicle and pulled me to the side with recommendations which led to better decision making rather than rushed work. Also the link shared of the vehicles overall health after being serviced is extremely useful and appreciated, will definitely be back, thanks.Service: Wheel alignment

I was kept informed during the repair process on my 2003 GMC P/U, via videos/texts and phone calls.Mainly front end suspension work done, tech saw a missing nut and bolt, which needed to be replaced.The attention to detail, keeping the customer informed, all let me know I was in the handsof true professionals.An outstanding repair shop, honest and reputable. I recommend this shop no matter what you drive, yes RV's too!My truck drives and handles like new, Thank You Sunshine!Marty

Expectations/timeline for what I needed were clearly laid out prior to my appointment as well as when I showed up. The detailed report for my car was easy to follow and understand the status of my vehicle as a whole. The estimate of repairs was thoroughly gone through with me to understand what it needed and why, and the tech walked me back to the car to see things in person as well before it was put back together to drive home.

Took my wife's Mercedes in for alignment and the guys were just great, I waited for my wife's vehicle the waiting room was excellent the people are nice to talk to a very good experience. I will take all my vehicles there I suggest you do too thanks PS my wife's Mercedes came out perfect thanks again sunshine for your quality work and craftsmanship

I had a problem with my RV front end alignment and needed to find a place to correct the problem. A local shop recommended Sunshine and I drove up to Reno to ask about cost and timing.Pros: Shop is well organized staff was helpful, work was professional.Cons; Parts are more expansive {its a Napa store} The one employee who works on RV alignment only works a few days a week, so if your in a hurry this is not a good option. I could not get my head around the $145 charge for Road Test and suspension test. And lastly I think the discount given forVeterans, first Responder could have been more generous, seeing the $2924 charge and havening my RV from 10/18 to 11/14.In conclusion its sad to say I would consider an alternative in the future even thought they did a good job.

Staff was super friendly, very helpful, and I'm sure they do great work.... Unfortunately I never got to experience their service because I will not go somewhere where the owners marks up their parts like that. They charged $633 for parts I found for $131. If anything you think they would be able to get parts for less, not for nearly a 500% mark-up. The they put on the bill a $67.00 discount, like they are doing me a favor. That's just insulting. Thanks for the brake inspection, I'll be going elswhere.

5 Star service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Entire process only took about half the time as estimated. Not only solved the problem presented but checked entire vehicle and gave me suggestions of next services to prepare for. Will definitely use Sunshine again.

They aligned my car and told me some issues that are coming up. They did it without selling me tires when the tread was in legal limits and told me about some oil leaks that I need to have checked. Honesty is appreciated!

The entire experience at Sunshine was extremely positive. The gal at the desk who met me was friendly, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The mechanic who performed the work provided me a complete explanation of problems found and work to be performed, including photos in an email. The work was completed earlier than expected and the bill was less than the estimate. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Dunshine to anyone and will use them in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

What a great experience. The dealer recommended an alignment for unusual tire wear. I popped in to Sunshine and was greeted by a friendly and attentive team. I waited for the service to be done. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Would absolutely come back for any future needs!!Service: Wheel alignment

Everyone at Sunshine was so nice and helpful especially Sierra and Cody. We are traveling in a motor home from Mississippi across the northern US and out West and noticed that one of our tires was bare on the inside tread. Although Sunshine is booked way out, Cody was able to get us an appointment within 10 days. I don t think we would have made it back to Mississippi safely. They ordered and installed 2 new tires and dis an alignment, as well as dis a thorough vehicle check. Many many thanks! We have used Sunshine Brake & Alignment for several years now and they have always been extremely reliable in price, customer service, work ethic, and quality! Easy to make appointment, liked the ability to do after hour drop off. Plenty of communication regarding diagnosis and service, I appreciated the complimentary inspection of my vehicle, it did point out that my battery would soon require replacement. Jim does a great job on RV alignment, but other shop work prices are stratospheric, expect ~$350/hr. A lot of work types might be even more expensive than the Mercedes dealer fyi.

Outstanding customer service and mechanical work! First impression: clean, neat and comfortable waiting / reception area. Next impression: being greeted by Kalii, the Service Manager; he was friendly, efficient, very personable, and competent. He got my car checked in and got the service tech on the job right away. Another impression: Alika, the mechanic / technician who did the work was responsive to questions and my input regarding the unique requirements for my C7 Z51 Corvette. All done: this is a great well run shop that I would easily, without question, recommend to family and friends.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
