Great people and great service. Bob is very thorough in the work he does. I feel very lucky that I can rely on his team to work on my older model Mercedes. They explained the issues that may be causing the problem and doesn't try to charge an arm and leg. They are busy so call in and schedule an appointment in advance if you can.

we were visiting here from SF Bay area and the steering started shaking. Found them online and saw the positive reviews. Called and asked Bob if they could look at our CLS 550 quickly since it could be a safety issue. They were VERY responsive even though they are jammed with business. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. If I lived in Reno, Bob would be my mechanic. If you do live here, you are lucky to have access to these folks. My wife and I decided to write this review after such a refreshing experience given that we were kind of desperate and they could have charged us anything. They charged us nothing and explained we needed an alignment when we got home. What nice people!

I just wanted to send my praise and appreciation for this wonderful family owned business. I was in town on a road trip and I had a problem with a broken throttle linkage and they were happy to help me with my problem and get me on my way without a hitch. These guys have a great shop, know what they are doing and I would be happy to have them work on my car again. If your looking for an honest mechanic who will do the job right the first time, stop here first.

Couldn t be happier with the patience and expertise from Bob and his sons. Extremely knowledgeable and kind people. I ve saved thousands by going to them for over two years and always left satisfied. Been going to Bob, on and off, for twenty five years. Not only is he knowledgeable and reasonably priced, he is one of the best mechanics I've dealt with in 50+ years of owning cars. His sons are following in his footsteps. No better place to take your Benz.

I have been a customer for several years First with a 1989 560 SL and now with a 2000 430 CLK. They have always been up front and honest and there work has been always the best. They are also very professional and friendly.
