Got an oil change there this morning. Had to wait for a little bit longer than expected but the people were friendly and got me in and out of there. Will definitely go there again.

Yet again, another great experience. Only place in town, my family trusts with all of our vehicles. These guys have worked on my vehicles from oil changes to big repairs, and I've never had a bad experience. From pre-scheduled appointments to same day emergencies, the level of professionalism and care has never wavered. Thank you all for always taking care of my family.

Googles making give them 1 star but in reality this is the most unprofessional auto shop in the state of Nevada. Constantly lying to their customers and then when asked about their lie they became hostile n hung up on my grandpa. we took our truck in for an oil change, that s all we asked them to do. the next day when it was time for pick up they told us they ordered a part and plan to replace the part without our permission or consent. they wouldn t let us take our truck home because it was already on the lift and it s a lot of work to get it off. I suggest going to anywhere else but this place, this place has by far the worst customer service and the worst customer support in Nevada let alone Sparks/Reno.Terribly run business, ran by just as terrible of people. The owners to the exact worker himself, should be very ashamed attempting to take advantage of a 79 year old man who only needed help with oil change.

Do not recommend this shop they will say things are wrong with your car even if they are not and try to over charge as well. They said my motor failed when that was not the case at all and quoted me at $14k to fix it but they also wanted to keep the old engine as well which I thought was weird because why would they want a failed engine. I took it to another shop and it just needed transmission fluid and a tune up which came out to $2000. If they see you have little to no knowledge in cars they will definitely try to take advantage. It was a very unfortunate situation in all honesty.

AMAZING SERVICE. I found a deal for these guys on Groupon and it was too good to pass up! I called same day and asked if they could get me in for an appointment, they booked me for an hour and a half later. The Groupon wasn t working and wouldn t let me pay for it so I took screenshots. Sparks auto care, honored my Groupon even though they didn t have to! They did my oil change in under 30 minutes and I was really pleased with my service!

I ve used this shop several times for oil changes they are by far the most affordable shop in town. Great price on a alignment too. I would definitely Recommend this place over anyone else.

Yesterday- Did a Groupon for $50 full synthetic oil change for wife's car (regular 70), paid the 7$ additional disposable fee, as expected. Dropped the car off, called back within in an hour telling my wife it was ready. Picked it back up, wife noticed some minor paperwork blunders that we figured were no big deal but now have me questioning work performed- mileage on the receipt from 14 months ago was the same, next service sticker was quoted for only 3k miles when we were supposed to have gotten a full synthetic. Checked dipstick today clean oil but hardly any. Not the confidence you want from someone servicing your vehicle. Hopefully someone can make this right..

Saw the good reviews about this place and decided to go here for assistance with fixing my truck. The facility had plenty of parking. Staff was very kind & informative. I never felt any sort of pressure or like I was being cheated. They were able to fix my trucks breaks and rotor within only a few hours. The people here are honest hard workers!

I really got a feeling this place was trying to scam us on air conditioning repair. The repair was under warranty and they told us the warranty would only pay for part of the repair and labor. However, when we called the warranty company, they told us they had approved the entire repair. Sparks Auto wanted us to pay $400 on top of what the warranty was paying. Felt like we were being scammed so we took the diagnostic we paid for and left.

I was stranded in the Winnemucca area while driving between California and Chicago. I called to bring my car in the next day. These guys saved me by fitting me in early in the morning I showed up. They did great work for a surprisingly low price from what I'm used to in CA. I safely arrived in Chicago a few days later. Thank you so much! Service: Transmission repair

Took in my 2014 Jeep Patriot. They were fantastic. It was towed in, they called as soon as it arrived. Diagnostic done within the hour, estimate was less than I expected! The only place I will take my trucks to. They charge around the same as everywhere else, hourly about $100/hr but the difference is that they are honest and straight forward. You won't find anyone haggling you to have unecessary extra work done. Now if you are the type of person who needs to be told how to maintain your car and you want the 137 point useless inspection of your vehicle every time you bring it in for a tire pressure check ... then Jiffy Lube is right next door. But if you just want specific stuff fixed and taken care of ... this is the place to go.

Performed an oil change on my daughters car, the very next day the check engine light came on so I called the shop....they want $99.99 to perform a diagnostic on the car!!! Last time we took her car here they screwed up and put the incorrect oil filter in. I cannot believe I trusted them to do another oil change!I DO NOT recommend this place!Service: Oil change

Used this service twice while I was in town and I couldn't have been happier! They had appointments available when I needed them, fast but effecient work and honest. The price was competitive with the area and the quality of work was great.I feel safe getting on the road for a 1700 mile drive after having my car serviced by this team.

Had a lot of work done on my old Subaru: head gasket, wheel bearings, timing belt & other deferred maintenance. Runs like a dream now. Got many quotes, theirs was best. They didn't try to upsell on stuff I didn't need, which I appreciate. I did have to call frequently to ask for updates, so my only note is that customer communication could be improved, but I don't mind calling, so keeping it 5-star. When my Uber driver dropped me off to pick up my car, he laughed because he's used them for many years and has always been satisfied with work & price.

Brought my car in for an alignment, techs did great job on the alignment, charged a great rate, and had me out the door in a timely manner! However, my car is lowered, and when the tech finished he carelessly backed off the rack way too fast and my fender and bumper got pretty messed up. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got back to work. I drove back to the shop and the manager was very understanding of the situation. They immediately put my car back up in the air and fixed the damage the tech caused. Unbeatable customer service! Will be back in the future for all my auto needs.

I've been coming to this location for a while. It started out with me using one of their Groupons, and it was totally worth it. The service is exceptional. They always have time to get me in. I keep coming back to this place for my oil and transmission fluid changes. Definitely a place worth keeping on your list for Auto Care.

They tried to rip us off. They said we needed the differential replaced for $3800. They didn't ever look at it to determine what was wrong. We did some research and found that it shouldn't cost for a new one more than $2000 at the most. Don't go there. Took the car in. Charged for testing on the cooling system. Specifically asked if their Pressure Test tells if the thermostat is working which they stated multiple times it did. Stated my thermostat was fine but my water pump needed to be repaired as that was the issue not the thermostat. Charged me $400 to fix something that most likely wasn t broken, test the system and fix a leak no one else said was there. Less than a week later my engine light is back on. Called them would no even LISTEN to what I was simply and calmly stating and HUNG up. Called back and REFUSED to give me the owners contact information to resolve the dispute.Service: Engine repair

Was on a road trip and needed an oil change. I bought oil and a filter from AutoZone and they recommended this repair shop across the street. So being new to the area I took their advice and called Alpha repair shop and spoke to Victor. He quoted me the price of $15 to do my oil change with my own oil and filter. That is a great deal! They were fast and courteous. Nice guys!

I took my car to Sparks Auto to have a diagnostic done on it because it was overheating. It turns out that I needed a new radiator and a and fan switch. Their cost to repair this was over $1,600 (they said mostly labor charges) which I couldnt afford. So after shopping around I found another auto shop to do it for $520. Even though they are thorough and friendly, they are really really expensive.

Great price AND time on an oil change. However when I brought my car in I had no pieces unattached from my car . Upon leaving I noticed a silver strip that connects to my door hanging off the door. I had to super glue it back to my car just for a few days later, it was missing from my car. (Flew off I'm sure). Also I felt as though I was being judged by a shop full of men. Heads up boys, I can change my own oil. I figured I'd support a local business.

Gave the shop a call the day before, and brought my honda pilot in first thing in the morning. I needed rear springs and a wheel bearing replaced and their team took care of my vehicle. They're really quick and honest with the work they did, as they got my vehicle back to me the same day and helped me out with parts that i didn't know needed replacement for the job to be done without a big hassle about it. Also, their shop didn't make a big deal about me bringing my own parts, which is nice. I will be back for more work to be done and I hope more people in sparks nv check them out.

These people have done a very good job on my old Honda. Their shop rate is reasonable and you can supply the parts. I shipped a crate transmission to Sparks Auto Care and they pulled my old transmission and installed the new one for a very fair price.

This is one of the few shops in town that are willing to fix components instead of replacing everything. Smart technicians open the capabilities for them to do many types of repairs. I have never been more comfortable sending in my family to a shop than I am with this shop. Timely repair and knowledgeable staff. Ernesto was helpful and even listened to my dad talk, in my dads words, old man talk and offered reassurance when we dropped off the truck. Our vehicles are important parts of my families daily lives and the down time for repair -was not even noticeable. Victor and Gabe were helpful and enjoyed small talk which made this more of a personal feel than a business experience. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone.

This shop is amazing and goes above and beyond trying to help you. They genuinely care about their customers. Ive had trouble with many shops in Reno/Sparks but this shop blows them out of the water. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to explain things to you and wirk with you. Will defintley return here for all my auto care in the future.

I will recommend this shop to any person in need of any type of car repair. Given that I am a female, I never felt intimidated nor obligated to get their the services that they were advising to get (because other shops are pushy with female customers). They always do an amazing job whether it be something small like an oil change or something more complex like an engine swap. Great place!

Great prices for services, friendly staff and very professional. I felt very welcomed and I can really trust these guys I always come here for all my cars needs never once I had a problem or complaint. I also love their waiting area there's lots of chairs to sit from and magazines to read while you wait, T.v and they even have wifi so that's good too.
