Disappointing. Night service guys were polite and helpful. But day desk coverage? All I can say is old NV style rude. 3 stories, refused to supply paperwork, no straight story on what was done on truck in 8 days. Not my problem as a customer they don't like the company the truck was rented from, but taking it out on the customer with different tales, conflicting stories, misinformation about job completion is completely inappropriate. I understand why the company has nearly all their work done elsewhere. One rear view mirror broken while there. Lock popped (forced break) on back of truck. The kicker was being told if they did not care about the customer they would not road test the truck. Really?! Sad in this day and age they have not figured out they are not the only act in town.

I had a part overnight on Thursday for Friday, and it didn't show up until Monday. They shipment came in, but my part didn't. I was refunded for the shipping cost. Customer service was great. I just needed the part on Friday.

I've been there twice. Not my choice. Both times they milked things. What should have been a minor repair turned into a major operation. The second time they said it was going to be four days before they even looked at it. Four days later they said three more. After a week has passed they said "That truck has other fish to fry" Meaning it was going to be an indefinite amount of time for repairs. "A lot of parts needed that are hard to find" I smiled without humor at that, the oldest line in the repairmans book.In disgust, both at them and my employer for leaving me stranded I quit my job with my company and rented a car to go home. Then I found the door of the truck had not been locked and several of my personal items stolen. (The lot is not fenced)The said they were not responsible. Drivers, if your company sends you here, my sympathy. Owner operators go somewhere else.

Great staff, was able to get us in on short notice for a proper tractor condition assessment. Honest, straight from the hip assessment. No BS!Fair price. Setting up a corporate account soon.

Fantastic customer service these guys are one of the best shops I've been to got me into the shop right away and constantly kept me updated in the progress of my truck and was willing to show me what was going on with it as well

1. They LieTruck broke down on a Saturday-called this dealership shop they swore they had all parts and could get my truck in right away. I called Monday to make contact and was told by Mike Dole, service foreman, that my truck would not be looked at for a few days and they might have it fixed by end of week. I called on Friday - Mike then says he didn t do anything with my truck because he didn t have my contact details-even after we spoke Monday previously. He was all in his feelings because I questioned him about why his employee lied to me over the weekend. A week later I get the truck back-we aren t even out of the parking lot and the truck is spewing oil out . Would never recommend this shop - Mike is very unprofessional as a foreman and his shop does not communicate well at all. You re better off at a mom & pop.

I had a coolant leak. I went in at 4 pm, they spent an hour diagnosing it right away, ordered parts, parts came in the next day & they did 4 hours of work. I waited in a nice recliner with tv. Done around 6 pm the next day. So a pretty long wait, but that's the nature of truck repair.

I was having a turbo issue so I called the service department. I've never been to this location before. I was told they are 10 days out on repairs. However, they worked me in with virtually no notice! Carl & Kelly in service really helped out & got me in the shop on the same day! The service tech Jeff was very fast in diagnosing the issue & performing the repair! This is an excellent place to do business with, they really care about the customer! Everyone I came in contact with was very professional & helpful! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road! You have a customer for life & I highly recommend this location for all of your needs. Thanks again! Jon -Patterson Transport

These people didn't fix my truck right, it broke down less than a week after having been in their shop, and the place doesn't have any place to park your trailer.staff is lukewarm to your presence as a customer.

Service is questionable, they are a busy shop I'll give them that. We asked them to call us with information on the time it would take to work on our truck. They never called... when we called they told us it would be noon, noon became 2PM and it's now 4pm and Im still waiting... not to impressed considering it should be obvious that we're driving fire equipment and need to report back to a fire this evening as they were asked to have it done in a timely manner. After receiving our engine we checked to ensure the air filter was replaced or cleaned.. It wasn't... I recall specifically asking them to do so.

Great people, very helpful and polite ppl. Very clean facility. Coffee they serve is very good, I don t think I ever tasted such good coffee. I needed a service done on the DEF tank. Only problem that wasn t such a big deal was Carl. He kept sayin he was going to check up on if they could get to the truck. He came back 45 min later saying no they wouldn t get to it cause the are to busy. Then I asked him to make sure they have the part for it. He said let me go check 1 hour later comes back Nd says oops I was in a meeting. Let me go check. But every time you ask him a question he just looks like he s lost or he doesn t know what to say cause he really does look like a air head. Am sorry Carl but I gave you three questions and you really look lost. But other then that great place to get your semi serviced. Highly recommended. But just don t get Carl to help you out. Keep Carl in the shop please.

This place is amazing. I rolled in at about 10 PM Friday night with a driveline vibration. I suspected a carrier bearing. They crawled under in the street and found the yoke nut loose. Dropped the shaft and hit it with the impact and set my air bags before they closed. This is the second time that they have kept me rolling. Last year they did a leveling valve on Saturday morning. The people are awesome. Thanks guys.

Whoever worked on my winshield the other day, walked all over my carpet with greasy shoes. There was grease on the carpet and on the steering wheel, on the console all over.You could have lay out some paper on the carpet as a consideration and professional courtesy. Next time, remember people live in those trucks you wouldn't want some stranger walking in your house with muddled up shoes (at least mud is easy to remove but not grease) I had to replace my carpet and clean my truck.

Never let them touch your vehicle. Parts Department orders the wrong parts, service department is incompetent and don't care. Recieved my truck back and they did more damage to it than they fixed. Broke the speed sensor and just left it hanging against the exhaust. Service Department continually lied to my face. Tow your vehicle to California or Utah before you let them waste your time.

If I could do more stars, I would.Everyone here is extremely nice and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Charlie Brown. He is a one man show. He has gone above and beyond anything we could ask for.The truck, We bought 2 weeks ago had the dpf system go out and derate to 5mph. After speaking with Charlie on the phone we had it brought here.They did a forced regeneration and felt it was fine after a road test. After a week of sitting , We headed out. At about 2 hours out the check engine light came on. I Called and spoke with Charlie once more, he advised we come back in.During this entire time our warranty was never put in the system. Charlie worked diligently and got it worked out. Thank you thank you.If anyone needs their tractor worked on away from home,and you are anywhere north of Las Vegas, there is no place better.1d

Ryan and the staff were Very helpful! They made sure the truck was ready to go and everything was working right before i purchased it. They bought lunch while we waited for the truck to get ready. Awesome trucks there. Definitely a trustworthy business. A+ thanks.

Waited 15 minutes for a will call pick up while the counter guy was texting on his phone. Absolutely no sense of awareness, and didn't seem to care that there was 4 people waiting to be helped.

I called inquiring about a truck for sale. Salesman promised to get ahold of me the next day with answers to my questions. He never called me back. I have left 2 messages and a text over the last 2 weeks. No reply. My guess is they don't care to sell 1 used truck to a small company from out of state.

Awesome place they fixed our truck very fast the same day. Very professional and friendly. They got the best coffee I have ever tasted. Would highly recommend everyone to get their truck serviced there.

34 years of driving, I have never been to a dealer that comprised of a total group of folks that care so much for their customer. Mark and Charlie went above and behond my expectations. I will certainly recommend Silver State International to other drivers, and I WILL come back...

Worst service experience I experienced in 36 years in the transportation industry. Made an appointment for a 2011 prostar, 2 weeks later and they still cannot tell me if they have even looked at.

The folks that work here are just totally awesome from the service department to The Body Shop they do absolutely whatever it takes to the best of their ability to help a truck driver

They bailed me out for the third time today. Just a blown airbag but they got me worked in and back on the trail. Last time was 10pm. Thanks guys.
