I went to 3 places to get a quote for tires. Brandon was very courteous, knowledgeable, and presented confidence. Les Schwab is not the cheapest of any of my quotes, but they did great, efficient work. Dorie helped me to order and purchase at the front desk. She explained the warranty and followed up with the alignment guarantee very well. Sean made the call when the service was completed with a very professional demeanor. They finished before the estimated time and have many locations for repair if needed. Thanks for keeping your shop and front room very clean and tidy. We will recommend it to others.

Made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. When I got there they said they can t do it because the front tires are a different tread than the 2 new rear ones . So I left and when to Afforable Tires and Wheels in Sun Valley. They assisted me immediately. I will never return to Les Schwab again.

This shop is amazing. I took my car there to have the brakes and alignment checked. I would have sworn I needed new brakes, but less than an hour after I dropped my car off I received a call. They said my brakes were fine and my alignment was within spec, they also said there would be no charge. After having such amazing service, I knew I had to go back. To my surprise I found a nail in one of my other vehicles tires, so I immediately took my car here to have them hopefully repair the tire. Less than 10 minutes after arriving, I was already on my way out because the nail didn t fully puncture the tire so there was no issue.Sure you could say I m just lucky, but I feel like other car shops would try to sell you something or charge you for the inspections. This store has earned my business for life because of the fantastic service I ve received over the last month with both of my vehicles. 10/10 will visit again.

I brought my truck to get my tires rotated yesterday. I pulled up to their parking lot and as soon as I got out, I was greeted by Jeremy s friendly smile. He said good morning and how could he help me. I was very impressed by the wonderful customer service. I went in to check in then waited. Wow! What awesome service. They were done with my truck in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Jeremy and Les Schwab staff for your amazing customer service!!! You guys always put customers first We will always bring our trucks to you! It means a lot to be treated so kind and with a smile!

While on vacation the brakes on our Tahoe started making noise. I stopped at the first shop I could find. Their diagnosis was I needed brakes on the front. Always in the past I have had good luck with Schwab so I made an appointment a few days later down the road at one closer to where we were staying. Upon inspection Sean found the front brakes were at 75%. The issue was one side of the parking brakes were metal on metal. Sean quickly got the parts in and got me on the road home at fraction of the cost and time of the first place quoted. Thank you Les Schwab.

Great service and low prices for quality products and work. It took me years to try a Les Schwab because I'd always heard that "it costs more but the service is worth it" however I've found that while the service IS excellent- it DOESN'T cost more!

Awesome service today! Picked up a screw on the way home from work today so went straight here. Lucky me they were a bit slow and 30 minutes later the tire was plugged and I was on my way! Free of charge even!

Our car, an Aveo 2005, was leaking. My husband took it into Les Schwab, at 501 Los Altos Pkwy, Spanish Springs, NV, 89436 to have it checked. He was told that the brake cylinder needed to be replaced. We paid $637.33 on 2-20-24 for a master cylinder and bleed, flush and installation. The car continued to leak. He took it back and was told a hose wasn't connected. It continued leaking. He brought it back again and spoke with a manager. This time he was told that the water pump needed to be replaced, and they don't do water pumps. We had the water pump replaced elsewhere on 3-1-24. The leaking has stopped. Was the replacement of the brake cylinder necessary?? Was the water pump damaged when the brake cylinder was repaired? Overall, an unsatisfactory experience, unanswered questions and a total cost of $1700.

This was my first time at Les Schwab. I was promptly greeted by a gentleman that asked what services I was looking for. I had made a reservation and he brought me I side and told me he would call with the findings and a quote. I walked nearby to a new chicken restaurant and just sat down when the called with an update. The called when it was done and what I liked was the gentleman that worked on my vehicle was the one that checked me out. He had all the details and explained thier warranties to me. I will be back.

I have gone to another Les Schwab for years and found them helpful, honest and friendly. I recently moved and this location is closer to where I live now. I had an issue with one of my tires and decided to try out this location. They are just as great as the other place. They answered all my questions, checked my tires so I would feel safe and then didn't charge me as they found nothing really wrong. If you want a good honest company that goes above and beyond caring for their customers, Les Schwab is the place. No matter which location you choose.

Los Altos by the Jiffy Lube, and if you are coming from Pyramid, just a bit past Sonic on the right side. Friendly, and fairly fast. Recommend middle of the day middle of the week for fastest service. I've shopped at Les Schwab for years. Always reliable.

I've been to Walmart Tire plus and I couldn't get a tire that had a nail fixed but my husband Steve Scott said let go to Les schwab they will fix it I walked around went to Bank of America and took care of business when they called and said it was done I had my card ready to pay and I didn't pay a penny Thank you so much I will be going to them from here on No more Tire plus credit card this is twice they save me

Had brake problems on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler. I took the vehicle in on Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning I recieved a call with a quote for repair of brakes. The price was exactly what I had figured it would cost. I approved repairs and that afternoon the vehicle was ready. These guys have become my go to for tires and auto repairs. Thanks guys...

The mechanics are super nice and respectful. Normally the guys will try to mansplain things to females (it s happened a lot) but these guys will explain everything the same. Yes they ll go in detail but they won t be demeaning to you. The store is very clean and has a little food in the waiting room. Been going here ever since they opened over here. Great service

Went in with a flat tire. They patched it up and put my spare away and checked and filled the other tires in a few minutes. All with a smile and no charge. 5 stars!!

In and out within an hour. Got alignment done and got parking brake tightened. They were busy but the truck got put on the lift right away. This is the point of an appointment. Thank you.Go back to get my Toyota Tundra rotors resurfaced and have a alignment. They took a hammer to the side of the damaging a rotor. Now it has to be replaced. Heading there now.4/18/18They knowledge but they didn't replace both front rotors for free.

Took my work truck in to get a screw taken out and fixed they were quick about it said tire was fixed in the afternoon when I needed to leave the office looked at the tire just to make sure all was good and there was the screw they said they removed. Took truck back told them screw was still there they said well you must have had two screws I guess my overall question is don't they look at the entire tire to make sure there aren't two screws so just wasted my afternoon waiting for the tire to get fixed a second time

With how they have managed to mess up all my rims with attaching the wheel weights. I will never buy any tires from them when they can't take pride in there work or responsibilities in there fault.

Took great care of my family and offered a discount for our used tires, something Costco refused to do. Thank you for the prompt service. Appreciated the complimentary popcorn for the kids to snack on and coffee for the wife and I while we waited during the install,

Fast, friendly and courteous people. Got me in and out in about an hour for four tires. Unfortunately I haven't been able to drive the car since I put tires on but I am very happy with the service I received.

Top notch service. Ordered a wheel sensor and the team installed it 5 minutes before closing. It take about 15 minutes on my car so they could have told me to come back but they stayed after closing to help me out due to my work schedule. Great team at this location. Highly recommended and I will return for other purchases from this experience when my schedule gets normal after the holidays. Thank you!!
