I had an excellent experience there. They were able to get me in the next day, and the job was finished before 2 PM. The price was fair and the work seemed top notch. Chip was great to work with. I ll definitely use them again.

We take all of our shop trucks here. Chip and his crew take care of us and always keep our fleet running right! They're an Honest and hardworking shop and I highly recommend them!

So pleased with Lancaster Auto Care. I now have a permanent mechanic & friend in the making with Chip. First-rate service, quality of the repair, addition to the lightning fast repair of my of my Jeep Cherokee. You'll have to let me throw a leg over that CR500 sometime. Joey D

Shannon and her husband (I didn't catch his name) are wonderful! I had squeaky brake that I had endured for a few months. Wishful thinking had me hoping that it might go away. Haha. Which never happens. After reading reviews after reviews for different auto places around town I felt comfortable coming here. I called and spoke to Shannon who was very sweet and kind. She got me in as soon as she could. I figured it was a bad rotor and that's what it was. Shannon's husband called me and informed me of the issue which was a chip in the rotor. He made some suggestions and let me decide on what I wanted to do. He said he could try to repair or replace it. I'm sure repairing it would have been much more of a hassle than to replace it. But he gave me the choice anyway. There was no pressure to do one thing over the other. My oil change light was on and he offered to do that as well if I wanted. Everything was done in a timely manner and my car doesn't squeak anymore! And I'm pretty sure they charged me less than what I was quoted. When does that ever happen? I will definitely go to Lancaster for all my car repair needs. Friendly staff and wonderful service. What more could you ask for?

1st these are the most honest amazing down to earth people I've ever met!!! Shannon is amazing and personable Chris kept it all the way 100% on what I needed and didn't need he even went the extra mile to check a few other things I didn't mention at the beginning and let me know what it was and the cost ect. Yes they are booked out a few weeks but I promise you won't regret waiting for your appt!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Such a pleasant experience! I went in with a huge oil leak thinking the worst. Bill saw right away what was causing the leak. The oil filter was loose and about to fall off! He suggested an oil change (and I agreed as it has been over a year since my last.) He spent an hour looking to be sure that was the only issue and also addressed a few other items I had mentioned (overheating, belt squeal and dashboard brake light coming on periodically). I was only charged for an oil change and left knowing that they had taken good care of me and my car. Thank you Shannon, Bill and Chip!! I'll be back as needed!! - Camilla Downs

Very honest people. Took care of what I needed at a great price and didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of extra work. They did inform me of other things that weren't 100% but also that there was no need to worry about it in the near future. I will be taking all my vehicles here in the future.

I was referred to Lancaster Auto to have some repairs done. Chip was great to work with and installed the performance parts I requested. The quality of work that was done has me returning in a couple of days to repair a cooling system leak.
