I came to this location in a bit of a pinch as one of my windshield wipers went flying off while I was driving. I was in the area so I gave Jiffy Lube a call and they were able to squeeze me in right away and install new wipers for me at a super generous price. The people that work here are super kind and thorough when inspecting your vehicle :)

Great service. Julian (Prater store) was amazing, prompt, friendly and did a good job of explaining how the headlight restoration process works (I can see now!!!) Oil changed, headlamps given a new lease on life and I m a happy customer. Greeter was on it, check out process was easy peasy and my coupons really help keep it in my price range.Thanks for a Sunday morning pick me up! I feel accomplished!

Always super fast, curtious and know their jobs! Got my smog/registration done and for only $40 they made my old 2013 head lights SPARKLE like brand new!!! HIGHLY recommend Sparks on Prater for the best team!

Super nice guys, changed my oil and topped off my other fluids. They even wiped my windows. They also Informed me that they were unable to perform my tire rotation due to an issue with the lug nuts I was not aware of. I got In and out very quickly with great service, I definitely recommend this store.

I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and smog. My last two experiences have been awful. Will not use Jiffy Lube again. I went today 01/03/2024 to get a smog check and was asked if my keys were in the vehicle and I said yes. Then I was told I would have to come back in an hour to have the smog done because the tech was on lunch. Then happened a week ago also, I was asked to come back because they were to busy. Also it was suggested I go to the one on Los Altos and now today turned away. What a shame two employees were there and neither one was doing anything. I went across the street and paid $35.00. I have a hard time believing employers don't cross train. Will not use Jiffy Lube anymore

Customer service was exceptional! The employees were helpful, kind, informative, and efficient. I will definitely return for oil changes, smog checks, and other maintenance needs.

Oh my gosh the store on prater way in sparks,NV It's a great store I'm so glad that I went there they were wonderful!!! So helpful they did a great job they checked everything explained everything so that I could understand!! Then the young man asked about my headlights I told him that I was getting set to get new ones he said that They could clean them Just like New And Guess what that's exactly what the headlights look like "Just like new Thanks for doing a great job for me

Absolutely terrible. I would never EVER go back. I went to get a simple oil change and they gave my car back w a vacuum leak. They will never get my business again. Do not come here unless you want your car to need $2k in repairs.

2nd oil change on my 2022 Dodge Challenger RT Hemi Blacktop Edition. I noticed oil in the garage after the 3rd month. I wish I would of noticed it right away but being my wife's car. I don't drive it much. She brought to my attention that our brand new car was leaking oil. I immediately said take it back to Jiffy Lube Prater location Reno/Sparks Nevada. She did so. The technician was nice & apologized for the worker that did not tighten down the oil pan plug which leaked oil for 3 months under our Challenger. Fired the technician. Cleaned for over an hour the oil mess on our undercarriage. What I don't understand is the technician actually charged her for the oil change, apologized again. I'd be more worried about the damage this may have caused leaking for 3 months & driving it in this condition not knowing. Nevertheless I am taking the car to the Dodge dealership to have the cars engine diagnosed. I need to make sure no hidden damage occurred. I am do upset over the whole ordeal.Service: Oil change

Got an oil change done. Was out in a half hour. Nevon, Julian, & Shelby were great!. Dope vibes & they know what they're talking about. Not trying to scam you just taking care of your car.

The worst oil change experience I've ever had. They lied about the cost and didn't show me that my oil was full before telling me to leave. Didn't check my tires even though they said they did. Had to run down the street to get an air filter for my car. Absolutely unprofessional.

Yes I really liked this service , I have always gone to jiffy lube but these gentlemen were exceptional they were very professional and courteous. I needed to get an oil change really bad as I have been driving from California to Nevada frequently to take care of my mom. Julian @Jiffy Lube got me a next day appointment. They were fully staffed with several people working on my car at once: Shelby, joseph, julian, Mario and Nevin. They changed the oil/oil filter, topped off my coolant and also told me the services that I need to do next time when I can afford it. They also cleaned my car windows and vacuumed inside my car. All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable of their job, quick and thorough. Very professional! I really appreciate that Julian recommended an auto shop to take care of my transmission/tune up on my car; services that Jiffy Lube does not perform at their shop, so it's nice to get a reputable referral. Thanks everyone for all your help today on my car and being so sweet I will definitely come back and recommend you to others!Service: Oil change

I was in Sparks NV and needed to change the oil it was 6-10-22 I always bring my own . With that been said not only they never changed the oil but they put an old one into my vehicle.( I never got the rest of the one I bought) . Exactly 10 days later ( I can prove that ) I had to take it to my regular mechanic who has a lift. He found not only was the plug rounded but it was also cross threaded. He needed a pipe on the handle of his wrench to get it off.( Basically he told me they neve did anything at all of course I had to pay)I had to have the oil pan replaced at my cost!A fifth grader can change oil after a lesson or two! On top of that they never put me in the system ( got the bill from them) I've doubled checked that with another Jiffy Lube company. I've contacted the district manager still waiting for his reply to view the video. Don't have time but not gonna let it go if I'm gonna have to I will take them to court. Be aware avoid at all cost.Service: Oil change

HORRIBLE!!!!! I spent half of my day there. I don t want to spend any more time writing a detailed review. Long story short, they charged me over $150 for oil change that I had a Groupon for $89 for, took them two hours and they don t put your vehicle back together properly.! I had to go back for them to put my air filter box back on which I didn t ask him to take off in the first place I wasn t offered any kind of apology or discount. From the moment I told him I wasn t interested in their upsell. They were super rude, I overheard the manager say get him out of here

Super fast and professional service. Pricing was very transparent and reasonable, slick touch to present it all on the iPad. They wanted to replace the filters and top off some fluids for an additional charge but were respectful when I declined. They even cleaned my windshield, which the dealership doesn t even do. They also did my smog check and registration super fast. I was really pleased with the service and will be back in 5,000 miles!
