Jafbros was incredibly efficient in fixing my car and getting it back to me. Not only did they have the lowest estimate, but they also seemed the most confident about being able to fix the damage. This auto body shop is the most dishonest shop in town. I went to pick up my daughters car after they had it for 3 weeks for a simple fix that Nissan of Reno had done the work on. I showed up to pick up the car and they refused to release it to me unless I pay them $400. Keep in mind my insurance had already paid the agreed upon amount for the repairs. They said they needed to be paid for their 25% mark up and I could have the car if I paid the $400. It took about 45 min of me standing there demanding the car before they gave me car. Extortionist!!!!! Don t take you vehicle here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Have taken my car in to them two times - fabulous service. The rental company was very slow in coming to pick me up, the owner tried to give me his car to drive that day.Jafbros gives a lifetime guarantee on their work. They back up everything they do, and what they do they do well. Can't tell my car was ever in a collision.

I brought my Mercedes in because they claimed they specialized in Mercedes vehicles. The job they did was not professional, and the bumper they fixed fell apart. Along with this, they messed up the inside of my car. There were scratches all over, and my car whistled while I drove it. I had to go to the Mercedes Dealership to get the whistle fixed. I can t believe these lousy workers are still in business.Service: Body & Trim

Not for those with serious car damage. I was treated like a disease when I asked for an estimate of my smashed driver-side door. The staff behaved like they wanted to get rid of me asap after briefly examining my Saturn. Poor customer service, must say. He could have worked with me on repair and insurance, but instead shook his head from the getgo.I plan to have the car repaired elsewhere, needless to say, and will not be returning to this hole in the wall.

I severely wreck my truck about every 6-12 months doing yeehaw stuff. Long story short this time my mechanic couldn t figure out the issue and referred me to Jafbros. The guy who runs their shop is PHENOMENAL. He called me twice throughout the day to narrow down the issue and even texted me photos of my frame specs. I just went to pick up my truck and instead of just handing me the keys he proceeds to crawl under my truck with a flashlight IN A SNOW STORM and spend 10 minutes showing me exactly what s wrong because I said I want to fix it myself. 12/10 service.

If you have a lot of money for rental cars, they probably are the best bet. However it took them two months to fix my car. That's 175 a week times 8 weeks for car rental. Not so much Jafbro.

Great service. Locally owned and very easy to work with. Very happy with prices and service. Great atmosphere and very clean waiting area. Have had work on several vehicles and never been disappointed.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE If I could rate this place -18060 I would they are the worst place in Reno my dad wanted for the car to be buffed and they painted the bumper and charged him 700 dollars they had the sequoia for 2 weeks and they still didn t do the job right he left it for a week came back and they didn t have ANYTHING done again my dad told them what he wanted and we came back 1 week later and they charged him for what he didn t even want and wanted to charge him 500 dollars more for the buff (which he asked for in the first place) service is HORRIBLE!!
