Had my car repaired there after a minor accident and I must say the quality of work they did is amazing. While the vehicle took longer than their initial estimate, it still beat other duration estimates I received from other shops when I was choosing one. One area they could improve on is to keep customers updated without waiting for us to call. One call a week is enough in my opinion. Other than that, the quality of work is excellent

I am absolutely disappointed with this business.I am writing this a year after they worked on my vehicle, though I was unhappy enough when it happened.Last year I took my car to them for some body work after an accident covered by my insurance. Dropping it off was nice, and on their sheet I chose to get frequent updates and left my cell number with them. I will say they NEVER called me. If I wanted an update, I had to call them and ask. If you don t want to keep in contact with your customers, don t ask them on the intake form how often they want to be contacted!Secondly, after my car was given back to me, I noticed it was driving weird, so I took it back to them. This was on a Thursday. They called me back later that day and said they had missed something and had to fix my front driver s side wheel, and that I should have it back to me Friday afternoon. They never called. It was a long weekend, and so I was without my car until that coming Tuesday.Part of their repair was fixing the undercarriage cover that keeps debris from getting into the engine. During the accident it had been broken and it was hanging down, making it dangerous to drive.Well, a year later I am driving to my cousin s wedding, and I hear something, and my car starts driving funny. I pull over and the under-engine cover is hanging down again, to catch air and drag on the ground. I call High Tech and give them my info and they say that that cover wasn t something they worked on and that they wont cover it under their warranty. If they didn t work on it, how did it magically get put back up after they worked on my car? I think they just don t want to warranty their work.So please, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You will regret it. I certainly do,

In my experience, avoid this body shop.Every step felt like a hassle, from scheduling the consultation, to filling out paperwork, to getting the work completed. My initial consultation was scheduled by my insurance company. Fortunately, I called the shop beforehand who stated I wasn t scheduled and scheduled me out a few weeks. Mistakes happen, right?I bring my vehicle in to get pictures, order parts, and figure out a plan. All interactions felt cold minus the beautiful, loving golden retriever. I filled out paperwork and was told one panel was supposed to be repaired while another would be replaced.A few weeks later, I get the call to schedule drop off for a couple weeks out. During the call, I inquire how long such a repair should take. I m told two weeks but that it could change after they stripped the panels. I should have inquired more.My car is dropped off on a Monday morning and the woman seems surprised, despite being the one who scheduled it. I m told to fill out the same paperwork I already completed. When I mention this, I m told they didn t have a digital record of it. So, I complete it again. The form asks for communication frequency, and I request to be informed daily. I m not usually one to push, but I figured daily would make sense if it s a 2 week fix. It was stated that it should take between 24-36 hours to get the panels off and have a better idea of the repair timeline.Thursday comes around so I call. I m told one panels can t be repaired so they need to wait until it arrives: 7-10 business days. I m a bit annoyed but understand production and shipping issues exist. I receive another call/voicemail a week and a half later indicating the panel should now arrive just over two weeks later. Fine. At this point, I don t have any options aside from waiting. The expected arrival date comes and goes. I call two days later and leave a message for the person who originally called about the panel. Tom (I think?) sounded truly understanding and said I d get a call back the next morning to figure out what s going on. I heard nothing by noon and finally decided to start calling between duties at my internship. I called once and the phone connected then disconnect. Called again and had a woman put me on hold while she got ahold of the person I was looking for. Again, it sounded like the phone connected then disconnected. I waited until just before 4:30, called again and spoke with someone who said they now decided to repair the panel after an insurance agent came out to inspect. He estimated about a week a half. Conversations with my insurance company confirmed they were in the dark about the decision to repair, not that they were much better to deal with.A week and a half turned into two. It took my significant other, who had been without their vehicle for over 2 months at this point, having a conversation with the shop. His biggest question: why would you even take the vehicle if you thought you d need to replace the panel which was on back order?I finally got my vehicle back with repaired (not replaced) panels. They look good enough. Upon pickup, there was confusion over who would be covering the remaining balance. Fortunately, this got solved quickly. There were many things outside of the shop s control, but they dropped the ball in several ways. Communication was unacceptably sparse or problematic. This shop had my vehicle for over 2 months during the peak of graduate school, commutes to internship, work, and everything else. If you want a shop that treats you like a person whose vehicle is a major necessity in your life, I can t recommend going here.

This review is a copy from the survey they sent me & thought I'd share my opinion here:Went in to get my transmission fixed. My car is almost a decade old now & has been through some rough patches, but I pay a good amount of attention to the chips and dings that come along with it. One thing I know for a fact is that the driver door that I'm always going in and out of did not have any previous chips... until now. I can't prove that they were responsible for this particular damage because anything could've happened in-between the time my car was towed to the shop and the time it took for me to retrieve my car back, but I figured I'd mention it since it motivated me even more to write this review because from the very beginning there was a lack of customer care. Nobody ever seemed friendly there from day one so it seemed like they hated their job. Regardless of my customer service experience, one thing that was really irritating was the fact that they kept lying about the time it took for them to even just take a look at my car. I went through Geico's Xpress Repair service & High Tech Collision was recommended by my claims adjuster, which was supposed to be easy and convenient for me, however it was neither easy nor convenient from both parties. I felt like I had to be the one to make the effort to reach out to both of them to get things done... In the end, my car rental costed more than my deductible because of the lack of prioritization from both parties. Also, because of the lack of trust, I never felt comfortable with the entire process. The only reason I continued with this job is because my repair is supposed to be gauranteed for the life of my vehicle (I believe through Geico). The only reason I did not give the lowest review possible is because the job is done & my car is driveable at the time of this review.

The work they did on my Mercedes Benz was alright but it took them almost a month to fix a fairly small dent on the rear bumper and replace the tail light. They did order a brand new Mercedes Benz tail light but I didn't drop my car off to them until they called me to say the light was delivered to them & it still took close to a month. I had another experienced mechanic tell me that it was only a 15 minute job to fix/pull the dent out so Idk what they were doing with my car for almost a month. After all was said and done I give them 4 stars but they should really work on their time management, if they are gonna milk the insurance companies for money then do that s*** to somebody that doesn't depend on their car for work..

I was involved in a hit and run and needed to get the front end of my car fixed.I had called around a few places, one place that had the most reviews said it would take a few weeks to get me in but I thought hey they must be good. The staff ended up being unprofessional so I went to High Tech. Figured insurance was taken care of it so it didn't matter much.Glad I did, the whole team was cool as could be, helped me out, took time to look over the car and had my car back to me in no time at all. I even got the option to be updated daily or when the vehicle was done, which I just chose "when done".They did a killer job, the car looks like new so I know where to bring the car next time.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with High Tech and would recommend them to anyone that needed body work. They repainted a portion of my truck and matched a very difficult color beautifully. The staff there was incredibly friendly and professional and kept me updated on the repairs. If you need a body shop this place is worth the visit!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

1. The shop didn't park the car correctly and it rolled off into a fence. The manager told me I'M the weird one for using the hand brake to park in a manual transmission car. The hand brake is also called the parking brake. I guess I'm crazy for parking with the parking brake. He also wasn't very shy about asking if I'd like to file another claim and pay them more money. He was very quick to ask if I was interested. The audacity.2. Upon leaving my review, I received several phone calls with harassing and threatening messages. Upon declining those calls any further, I was then harassed through Facebook for several weeks.3. Progressive later informed me that upon inspection, they will be holding the shop liable not for the negligent parking, but rather, the fact they GLUED the front bumper cover on with some strange black putty, rather than use screws, nuts, or any other intended means of repairs. The only way to repair the car is to smash the bumper to pieces removing it.4. After leaving my original review, the review was deleted. Seems like they didn't like having criticism for their bad business practices and poorly behaved associates.Avoid at all costs.

Tom and Jay were great to do business withcar was ready when they said it would be and looked fabulousI also understand that delays happen and parts are difficult to get sometimes.. so I wouldn't have been upset had it taken longer than expected. Great experience and would highly recommend

I dropped off my car for repair and told the service advisor that the car is not to be driven off their property. The service advisor understood my request. High Tech Collision contacted me inquiring if I would be interested in using All American Auto body because the shop would be able to complete the repairs faster. I agreed but advised High Tech Collision that I would transport the car to All American Auto Body shop. The service advisor asked me to give him an hour to put the car back together and I agreed. This was a lie. Unknowingly, High Tech Collision had my car in transport without my permission. Instead of being truthful that they handed my car keys off to a stranger the shop used deceptive business practices. The other shop returned the car back before we arrived. After repairs were completed we reviewed our dash cam and discovered the deceptive business practices of both shops. The employee at All American Auto Body was racing my car to and from the body shop so we wouldn't know they were driving the car without authorization. The employee was coughing in the car, going thru the car, playing with stereo, paddle shifting and doing a poor job of karaoke. No covid sanitization occurred and we were allowed to take car and drive to All American Auto Body shop. All American Auto Body also used deceptive business practices and did not advise me of the incident. Both shops did not practice Covid State Guidelines as directed by Nevada Mandate which is caught on the dash cam. Neither shop advise us that the car was on the road or protected us from catching Covid-19.Service: Body & Trim
