I used to take my vehicles to another body shop in town but their customer service has declined significantly in the past couple of years. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision in Sparks and I saw the good reviews so I thought I d give them a try, even though they were booked almost 2 months out. I m glad I waited - Jacob was very friendly and professional and did a great job keeping me updated. My car was actually finished a bit sooner than expected and the work was flawless. Hopefully I won t need to do any more auto body work but if I do, I will definitely be returning to Jacob at Caliber.

I was involved in a rear end accident and Caliber Collision was my shop of choice. I had received exceptional service during a past visit to Caliber for repairs. Sparks Caliber team demonstrated exceptional care, concern in repairing my car back to her awesome besutiful self.They definitely did that the and awesome customer service provided coincides with their motto. I really appreciate this shop and all they did for me when I was dealing with a difficult time after being reended in an accident. The guy I dealt with was Dave and he was amazing, as well as the front desk ladies were polite and helpful. They would keep in contact and update me even before the insurance, allowed me to grab my things if I forgot something in the car, allowed my friends that were wanting to buy my car to come view it in their lot so I could decide if I wanted to salvage it or total it. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I called them several times and they never once seemed annoyed or irritated with all my questions or indecisiveness about my decision to total or not. When I went to pick up my car, I was told I would most likely have to pay out of pocket to put the bumper back on. As well as the battery was dead and wouldn t charge. Dave went out of his way to try and find another battery laying around the lot that would work but when that didn t work and I told them I had one day left to return my rental he ordered one for me last minute. When I went in to pick up my car a couple hours later they told me I didn t owe anything. I was so surprised & happy and had fully expected to pay for the bumper/ battery fees. On top of not having to pay out of pocket to put the bumper back on Dave put it on to where it looked like it wasn t even in the accident, it looked better than when the car came in. They do care and understand that people are in stressful situations with their vehicles being in the shop. They even have coffee, water, popcorn, candy and let you chill out in the waiting room if you re waiting for your rental or your car. Was the best experience dealing with a body shop. Highly recommend. Nice people and environment. 10/10

Jacob at Caliber Collision took the time to make sure I was in the know every step of the way. My vehicle was repaired in a professional manner and the customer service and support from Jacob along the way was unmatched. After we got the car back from being repaired we notice a wobble and discovered the wheel was bent. Jacob went into action and made sure that the insurance covered it and immediately got it on order to be repaired. The front desk customer service was also amazing. Every time I walked in I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. I appreciate the care that Caliber Collision took with my vehicle and me! Thanks again to you all!

Giving them 4 stars because the quality of the work was great. However, they could improve their customer service. I never felt as though they had any regard for my time. Took forever to get an appointment for the estimate, took forever after that to schedule the drop off, and then, took forever to get the work complete. I understand they are a very busy shop and don t seem to be hurting for business. However, they should still be appreciative of every customer and show that appreciation through their customer service.

Brought my truck to them for a door dent.Their customer service was great.Their work, decent (I can still see where the dent was when I walk up to my truck at different angles)Brought it back to them multiple times for my door having a rattle when I drove it even over new, smooth roads.The third time I brought it back, the general manager said he would take a look at it myself, but when I got the call it was done, I picked it up to find that half way home the problem still perstited, rattling all the way back home. So I took it home, took the door panel off myself, and INSTANTLY found the bolts holding the window motor, and rails were loose. AND two were missing....the bolts didn't back out and fall to the bottom of the door...No, they were just missing.I called the manager to just talk it over with him to let him know my findings, and he never took my call or called me back.No attention to detail from my experience, but I hope they get better for other people

Was mislead several times and given many many dates of completion of which none were correct. I ended up having to buy another vehicle so I could get back to work. The dealership ended up coming to get vehicle. Was lied to several times as to the progress. I came to get some belonging out of car only to find out repairs they said were done hadn't even been started

My experience was bad from the start at the Saprks location. My representative was 30minutes late for my first appointment and "no showed" on my cheduled drop off appointment, then another 10 minutes on my schedule pick up time/date. Someone else took my car in and failed to communicate my requests. I was given an estimate of 3-4 weeks for the repair and called several times but had no call backs and very little comunication from my rep. After 8 weeks, I finally picked up my car and notice two new scratches that they said were there when I dropped the car off. They did not replace and emblem and I am now missing a reflector from my rear bumber. Upon recieving my bill, I noticed that they changed me $250 more than they should have. When I questioned it they reprinted the paperwork correctly. Good thing I caught it!! I had a horrible experience and would not recommend them.

Dude s Honda imploded on 65mph impact & barfed white shrapnel all over my parked Lexus- both sides. Luckily (or unluckily- depending on how we look at it) nobody was in my car so no airbags deployed & it couldn t be totaled. $21,000 damage & four months @Caliber due to parts delays caused by supply chain disruptions. Let sGoBrandon! CALIBER ROCKS

I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that is need for Car Repairs.I ran over a block of ice in February. Taking my car to A1 auto body for one entire month, 2x s 2 weeks at a time. My car was not fixed. It had suspension issues and the fender was not lined up as well as having gaps after the work was completed. I was going on 6 months of torment. I was so miss treated by the owner and examiner at A1, it was awful. Mark at Caliber, very professional and caring individual assessed the situation, ordered the parts needed, scheduled my car to fix it. It was done in less then one week. It drives smooth, suspension is tight, fender is totally lined up as well as the color is blended perfectly. I am so relieved and satisfied. Take your car to Caliber, you and your car will definitely be taken care of. They gave me a ride to and from my home. Very convenient. All employees at Caliber is very professional and caring.

Updated: I was able to speak with the regional manager about the situation. He was empathetic to the issues presented and gave me assurances that he would do what it takes to get the situation straightened out at no further cost. I was able to get vehicle in the next week. I waited for it and all outstanding issues resolved in a few hours. I bumped the rating up as I have lots of respect for any person/business that will recognize fault and work for reasonable fixes to the customer's satisfaction. I still couldn't give 5 stars due to the initial hassles but a level of trust definitely earned by approving the return visit and getting all issues resolved.Original: I had hopes my car could be repaired. They inflated the damage and bill so much that insurance company was ready to call it a total loss. 4 months later the vehicle came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I don't think they did anything but give me some rides and take the money from the insurance company.

You can tell just by the size of this company that they will deliver when it comes to auto repair. The staff that worked on the cars themselves they had immediately come right outside when we pulled up greeted us made small talk very polite and attentive. We needed ramps to get our car off the flatbed because some how we managed tto leave them home. They let us know they had none to put out to anymore on loan for liability reasons and we said we'd figure something out. Then the lady from inside the office came out no introduction or warm welcome. Just rude almost to the point of being offensive with her tone tells me no no your not taking your car down from the trailer here. We won't risk you suing us if it gets screwed up. You need to take it off the property remove it from the trailer then bring it back... then says you're a liability. Then as quickly as she appeared poof gone without another word back into the building. I have full faith in this company meeting all auto body repairs that we hired them to work there magic on. But the front office staff really should be significantly more receptive to people I mean come on your literally the face of this company. That should be handled more professionally with just a touch of sensitivity thrown in there since people come in there stressed out due to needing terrorism caused by an accident. No one wants to financially deal with a company more than once that is rude. Respect your paycheck..... appreciate where it comes from.

Thad a terrible experience at the Harvard location and when this location came up as an option with insurance this time I was hesitant...as I should have been. I gave them the benefit of the doubt which I hope you don't. Last time MULTIPLE trips to fix the same thing, this time same issue. They can't get the bumper to stay on.I have damage to glass on my car, staining, and no striping on my vehicle which used to be there due to caliber...and now pretty confident a scratch on my paint from this time I'm hoping I can buff out and a bumper that won't stay on.This company obviously cuts corners or something.Pick the other place your insurance recommends,NOT this one.

We use this business for body repair due to icy road. The process is very easy staffs are friendly. They always inform us the progress of the repair. Body Shops are all extremely busy as of late 2023 when i was serviced, with that said this shop is probably taking on more work than they can handle leading to lengthy completion dates and pushback of completion dates which would be the reason for 4 stars, the work itself was good, the manager was very professional and thorough.

This place is very screwed up. I had to wait a monthe for them to look at it. They promised it finished every week for a month, the every day for a week. Told me it was going to be ready Friday at 4 and it wasn't. Then on monday at 4 and when I arrived it wasn't ready. Then made me wait over an hour to tewll me they were haveing a problem with it
