The team are truly experienced BMW experts with a deep working knowledge of all things from basic service and maintenance to performance mods and catastrophic repair. They take the time to understand the customers needs and work to provide economical solutions while ensuring a standard of quality expected on a BMW. A simple example is their use of Liquid Moly oil when performing oil changes vs. lower quality oil. Another example is the research they conducted and options provided to me on an aftermarket performance exhaust for my 2019 M850i (tuned)

Bimmer had our car for a 3rd opinion - they were honest and professional and shared clear communication. Dropping off and picking up my car was so easy, they have a great modern system set up for everything. The feedback and detailed issues with my car and corresponding quotes were all sent over text. This made our decision for fixing our car so easy! Would definitely use this shop again!

After years of faithful and without a doubt the best service anywhere. There is no other brand of vehicle I will own and nowhere else I will let touch it. John is honest and does not try to upsell you. He will work with a budget and will not send out a car he's not willing to put his own kids in. This is the shop that you will naturally grow roots with. STOKED! Wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else. They have done full inspections on used BMWs I've bought. They find the smallest issues that could lead to bigger things if not caught early. They are honest and recommend parts that will lead to a smoother ride and last long. Every time I've picked up a car from them I know the job is done correctly and have never had any issues after a job they have done. I've sent my dad and boss to them and they are now loyal customers too.

Since day one, my vehicle has been taken care of here. Staff is always nice, mechanics explain all the process well with these machines from over the pond. 6mm is your friend with BMW. They also work on a lot of race/track vehicles that are good to drool upon. Out of my budget, but love to see those!

My husband and I have been getting our vehicle serviced with John and Sonny for several years now. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. When I had an unexpected engine rebuild they made the process less painful than it needed to be and worked with us to get it done. I will forever be a loyal customer and can t recommend this shop enough!

Recently had the transmission replaced on my 2015 BMW 535. John and Chris helped me source a suitable replacement without having to rob a bank or give up my first born children and got me back on the road with ease. Excellent service as always!!! Bimmer Experts will always have my business.

I cannot recommend Bimmer Experts Reno enough! I have been bringing my BMW 535 to them for maintenance and repairs for a while. The owner John, the master mechanic Sunny, Chris at the front desk, and everyone else have been an absolute pleasure to work with.After moving to Reno from the east coast, I was wary of the mechanics here because I had read horrible stories on car forums about them trying to rip you off, but Bimmer Experts is definitely not in this category.The owner John is of the highest integrity and also a very capable mechanic. On multiple occasions, he went out of his way to help me with my car or recommend only the right repair job when I was recommended a bunch of unnecessary repairs at other shops.I have been highly recommending them on multiple BMW enthusiast forums, and other forum members have reported the same positive experience. They are a solid, locally run business that I would trust all my current and future BMWs with.

The team at Bimmer was incredibly helpful and provide great service. I was visiting the Reno area on a Friday afternoon when I had a major breakdown in my X5- I called them up to see what they could do - they answered the phone and were so understanding, I was able to have my car towed there right away. They were super informative on repairs and cost and flexible on pick up timing since I am not local. Would recommend!

After blowing a hose/seal on the clutch master cylinder on our daughter s 1989 BMW 325i I was between a rock and a hard place to be able to repair the hydraulic clutch components. I was not able to go forward with my own repairs since I had a knee replacement scheduled the next day. I called John and explained the dilemma and he was willing to do the necessary repairs ASAP pending parts acquisition. He pointed out a plethora of other problems, but since it is not my car I declined to go any further. I had gone through this car from stem to stern about 15 years ago and I was not willing to expend anymore time and money on repairs that would have amounted to a complete restoration.Thanks for your service and understanding in this matter.Steve

Stop looking this is the place to take your BMW. John and his team at Bimmer Experts are the only place I will take my E93 N54 moving forward. I do a lot of my own maintenance and and repairs. My car has several performance modifications. I tried to tackle a job that was beyond my ability (LSD swap) and tools and wound up having to have it towed to have them finish up. In my conversations with John it is clear he has a passion for BMWs and knows them better than anyone else I have spoken with in the past. The shop was very clean and well organized, the waiting area was very nice and they are in a convenient area of town. For any future work I do not do myself I will take it here to have done. John, thank you for taking your time to talk through options on how to best move forward with the car. I look forward to finishing building it with your help.

This place is great, they got me an appointment made much sooner than expected. Vehicle service was performed and finished right on time. Price was much cheaper than the dealership. I have brought my X5 in to John 5 times now and will continue to bring my BMW s to him. Very pleasant to work with and very professional staff. These guys have always taken care of each problem with integrity. They re fast, careful, and give a full breakdown of what s happening and what needs to happen. I had my run flat tires replaced here and I got a hole in one of them. Usually you have to replace run flats if the hole is deep enough. They let me know it s patchable and it was free since I had those tires replaced by them. No swindling and no bs. Good guys and good work!Services: Tires, Oil change
