I hardly EVER leave reviews for companies but this one deserves it. They were recommended to me by their sister shop for a suspension issue and got me in right away because I had some significant travel planned. They diagnosed my car quickly and honestly and worked above and beyond with me for pickup. Being a gal, it can be challenging to find a mechanic that is respectful and honest with you regarding your car's needs for repair. I could not recommend All American more. Thank you for everything!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would.Coming into Reno from Winnemucca, for an oncologist appointment, I noticed my battery light on. I had a brand new battery, so the only other option was a shot alternator, Great! Pulled over near Fernley and put the Googler on auto repair. 1st one up were these guys. I called, and Gabe said, "Get it here, and we'll see what we can do."Left my car with them, made my appointment, and got back to All American. I was able to drive home. Dealing with health issues and then car issues, I don't think they really know what a relief it was to be able to get home.Outstanding people. Outstanding service.

Just watched a video on YouTube with your shop. 99.99% of the shops out there would have charged the 1k the customer set as his max. For you to come almost $100 under for the amount of work performed is awesome. I've been in the automotive industry for 26 years, and shops like yours are what the industry needs more.

Recently saw a video where the people in this wonderful shop did a load of repair work on a woman's car. They knew she was having hard times so they only charged her for some greatly discounted parts. Im sure it took at least a full shift of a mechanic cranking away with tools and grease to repair that car but they didnt charge her for that part.I can confidently say the people here are real heroes.

I came to get my brakes fixed and I was absolutely amazed and grateful for the transparency of what my car needed. They provided a breakdown of everything that was getting put in my car along with prices. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my car at a mechanic and I have the peace of mind that my car is taken care of. Thank you to John and jimmy and a worker named nephew .

I ve used All American several times over the few years. Gabe and his crew are AWESOME! They are always up front and polite. They don t try and sneak things in that are not needed. I made an appointment for a specific time and they made me wait about 30 mins after that til they started working on my car but the money you save by going here instead of big corporate franchises is worth the possible wait.

The best place to take your vehicle. Gabe is awesome. And someone you can trust.Got a whole new suspension, lift kit, wheels and tires, and they took care of everything.Told them to keep a spare for me when I got new tires, then gave me the spare with the nail in it. Professional, friendly, and honest family business. I took my car in multiple times to replace a water pump, diagnose a check engine light, and an oil change. They do a spectacular job and always back up their work. My battery died after replacing it not too long ago. I brought my car back, and Gabe replaced it free of charge due to their parts being under warranty. Great turn around time, appointment availability, and reasonable pricing. Cannot recommend this shop enough.

Gabe and staff are fantastic. They will go out there way to clearly explain what they recommend for repairs and they stand behind there work. Prices are reasonable too. If you have not found a local auto shop yet give these guys a try.

24 hr turn-around time on a radiator replacement! Awesome! Within 10 minutes of arriving on late Tuesday afternoon they found the leak in my radiator. A particular CO.... place had it a week and said they couldn't find the problem nor get the car to duplicate the overheating. So after putting in another gallon of coolant over a week, I reached out to All American. I had the car back late Wednesday with a new radiator. Gabe and his team are great!

From out of town, had an electrical issue. Auto Zone on Prater sent us here. Amazing service, friendly, honest family owned place. Checked out our entire electrical system, made the repairs and we were back on the road in an hour. Very highly recommend Gabe and his staff.

I had an issue with my steering puling hard to the right when driving my 2017 Subaru Outback. I first went to Discount Tire where they checked the air pressure and rotated the tires, but this did not solve the issue. I then went to Subaru and they conducted an alignment, and the car still pulled hard to the right. I then reached out to Gabe Leija at All American Tire and Auto Repair. They had to take apart the car and found one camber bolt that had gone bad. When this was replaced it solved the problem, then they had to reconfigure the steering assist system. I know it took a lot of work to figure out the problem but they never quit until the car was fixed. They also charged me a fair price for the service and got me a killer deal on new tires. My husband has also had a really positive experiences with this shop. I highly recommend All American for both simple service and more complex repairs. If you want your car repaired by honest, knowledgeable, and courteous mechanics, you ve got to take your car to All American Auto Repair & Tires! This was seriously one of the most positive experiences my wife and I have ever had at a repair shop.We were traveling to Boise, Idaho through Reno, Nevada when our car engine light came on and our car started running roughly. Lucky for us, this happened near this shop. We called them, and they told us to bring it right over. Knowing that we were from out of town and on our way to Boise, they took our car in right away. They even gave us a ride to a Starbucks down the road so we could get some coffee and access internet while they checked out our car.Gabe called me a short time later to let me know about the problem that they had found with our car. He was honest and straight forward with us. He told us that the problem appeared to be internal within the engine, but that the issue should be covered under warranty by Kia.He recommended we take the car to Kia, which we did, and he was right. Kia said it was an internal engine problem and that it was covered under warranty.Gabe could have told us anything and charged us for the repairs himself, but he was honest and told us the truth! We really appreciated that! Again, Gabe and his brothers are great people. You can tell that from the moment you meet them.So, if you re looking for a place to get your car worked on, where the mechanics are knowledgeable, honest, and fair, (not to mention, very respectful) you ve got to take your car to All American Auto Repair & Tires in Sparks, Nevada.
